I’ve
started
focusing
physical
fitness
in
the
year
2011
and
have
made
gym
an
integral
part
of
my
daily
routine.
Have
been
to
various
gyms
in
Navi
Mumbai,
Hyderabad,
Ahmedabad
and
other
parts
of
Gujarat
too;
however,
I
haven’t
come
across
worst,
unprofessional,
outdated
and
pathetic
gym
like
Birajdar
Fitness
till
date
in
my
life.
Have
listed
out
various
reasons
why
anyone
should
think
1000
times
before
taking
admission
in
such
a
gym:
(a)
Gym
equipments
are
outdated
and
even
after
several
reminders,
they’re
in
the
same
bad
condition
which
poses
injury
threat
to
any
member.
Whatever
you
recommend
or
say
to
the
owner
goes
in
vain,
as
the
only
intent
is
to
increase
business.
(b)
Unlike
other
professional
gyms
where
the
owners
are
fitness
certified,
the
owner
here
doesn’t
have
any
kind
of
certification
on
physical
fitness
of
any
sorts.
One
of
the
recent
cases,
where
a
member
had
a
serious
back
injury
while
working
out
was
made
to
rest
on
the
floor
for
more
than
2
hours
without
taking
any
immediate
action.
Member
was
screaming
in
deep
pain;
however,
the
owner
didn’t
call
the
ambulance
or
any
medical
help
at
that
time.
It’s
only
when
few
members
intervened
to
call
the
medical
help
and
looking
at
the
situation
getting
out
of
control,
finally
medical
team
was
called
by
the
owner
after
nearly
2.5
hours
which
posed
a
risk
to
that
member’s
severe
injury.
So,
you
can
just
imagine
how
safe
you
are
while
working
out
in
this
gym.
Irony
is
that
the
management
didn’t
even
have
any
medical
help
number
saved
in
their
phone.
(c)
Video
has
been
posted
on
the
gym’s
Facebook
page
where
a
member
is
doing
workout
bare
chested
(without
any
cloth
on
his
upper
body)
and
there
were
no
restrictions
on
his
clothing.
However,
when
I
and
one
other
member
started
wearing
sando
–
a
normal
gym
attire
used
for
working
out,
there
was
a
immediate
notice
that
was
pasted
in
the
gym
the
very
next
day
stating
that
‘no
sando
allowed’.
This
means
that
the
gym
clearly
has
double
standards
for
different
members.
You’ll
be
personally
targeted
here
by
the
management.
So,
go
for
gyms
where
there
is
no
personal
vendetta
against
you.
(d)
Recent
update
given
by
the
owner
was
that
the
gym
will
be
removing
heavy
weights
from
the
gym
very
soon.
So,
for
fitness
enthusiasts,
I’d
recommend
don’t
go
to
this
gym
at
all
because
you
won’t
find
any
heavy
weights
in
the
gym.
This
gym
would
be
meant
only
for
patients,
as
there
would
be
barely
any
heavy
weights
in
the
gym.
(e)
Basic
courtesy
is
clearly
missing
in
the
gym,
as
the
members
are
being
spoken
to
very
rudely
as
if
we’re
bonded
laborers
–
be
it
on
fees
renewal,
or
introduction
of
any
weird
rule,
etc.
(f)
There
is
hardly
anyone
overlooking
your
work
out
i.e.
no
guidance
available.
So,
if
you’re
doing
any
workout
in
an
incorrect
manner,
it
can
pose
serious
pain
or
injuries
to
your
body.
Based
on
the
above
legit
reasons,
I'd
strongly
recommend
people
NOT
TO
GO
TO
THIS
GYM.
Instead,
go
to
nearby
professionally
certified
gyms
for
workout
so
that
you're
exercising
under
the
correct
supervision
at
almost
same
cost
or
somewhat
marginally
higher
than
this.
One
word
of
advice
-
Never
compromise
on
health
because
of
money.
Choose
wise,
live
happily.
