They have their own set of rules, in the very hard time they asked people to resign. They will only talk about their engagement with employees. Their policies to hire is also tedious + when i received my salary it was not according to paper and to this they will have their own set of explaination. I even tried reaching hr to that i felt ignorant.

I have almost work 20 months in epicenter at suburban diagnostics process, i have 13 cl nd pl left, i told 1 month before that i need cl or pl in month of dec 2 in first week and 2 in last week 31 dec, they have not gaven me and so much pressure of work and no incentives on time not even single holiday in whole year ,for any festival, no appreciation ever even if u work hard, and assistant managar anil patwal he spoke soo arrogantly to agents, so many people left job cause of him, i also gave spot resign cause i dont like working under him. I want to join epicenter again but just because i gave spot resign i cant join epicenter again really this is very harsh for someone who really wants to work with you guys.

None of the staff members has adequate knowledge. Forget about the staff, even the 'branch manager' does not have adequate knowledge to assist. She seems blank. Since 4 days I am continuously visiting the bank & trying to re-activate my Internet banking. Even today it shows as "locked'. Visit your branch". HORRIBLE service. HORRIBLE system of State Bank of India.

On 03-10-2019 I visit this SBI Bank Branch. When inquiry on counter about opening of Saving Account, he show me other person and told to ask him. I went to the the person , deliberately provide false information about Opening Basic Saving Account. Forcefully selling Insurance Policy saying its compulsory if you wish o open Account with Bank. Also forcefully said, account will not open if you do not accept Debit Card. Also, give wrong information by saying first fill SBI YONO Form online via APP and than came here with all proof for KYC and than we give you Pass Book, Check Book, Internet Banking Password etc. instantly and after 15 days will give Debit Card & Insurance Policy,. When I search online with SBI Bank Website, I found that, if a person fill SBI YONO app he is not eligible for Pass Book, Check Book and any type of Cash Transaction at Branch.. What a Cheater Person he is and what a EMPLOYEE of this Branch all are ....

The branch number doesn't work because it's not been recharged. The staff comprises of utmost stupid people who does not basic etiquettes. They lack knowledge and the answers will depend on their mood. There are only two guys who are doing their job perfectly one is the guy who provides only instructions and the second is a girl. Who does desk job. Pathetic service by sbi. Printers don't work.

I went to enquire about Education loan, not helpful at all..the staff was not willing to give me information and was very rude...I highly recommend not to go with this branch for any service...its not worth.

I worked in epicenter for hardly 3 months. My queue was shifted to another branch. So few of us left with proper resignation. I also have my 3 months experience letter. I gave interview again in August & cleared all the rounds for chat process. Submitted on the docs. Even bought a laptop. On the joining date the HR told me not to attend the induction, my rehiring was on hold. Due to some negative feedback. When I haven't done anything wrong then where does negative feedback arise from? My 3 months experience was good and was happy to re-join. As I stay nearby. But now am really disappointed. I feel as if Epicenter doesn't need honest employees to come back.

Worst company ever! I got selected in april 2020.. Was told my batch would start on june 2020 everytime my batch was kept on hold.. Again i was told to give interview on july, got selected.. Still they kept saying my batch was on hold.. I was even told to buy a laptop in this pandemic situation,i bought a laptop on my credit card nd now i have to pay the EMI for that and still they are saying batch is still on hold ,HR MAMTA told to look out for something else and they don't even regret that they told me to buy a laptop and now i don't have a job .. WORST COMPANY EVER!

Very wrost experience with SBI. I visited SBI bhayander East Branch from last 3 days. Some time they said server issue some time they said after 3 o clock we are not able to open account. Even no one cooperat to us. Today 05.09.2020 I am sitting with my wife and my kids since 12 o clock pm but still they not giving response and said i will take onther 1 hours. Right now time is 2.45 pm. Am not accepting this kind of service from staff. They have to improve or change the efficient staff.

Direction - At bhayander station west catch sharing auto to Dmart and get down at last stop(dmart). This company is located besides Dmart, it's visible when you get down from auto. Considering the Location and crowd, Employees are quite good.

One of the Worst branches of the Largest Public Sector bank - State Bank of India. They have such a Huge space to execute banking with Convenience and ease but when they have a Useless Bank Manager nothing can be Expected from the Staff members! There's some Manager who's a Gujarati, who's all talks with Zero capabilities in executing, addressing needs of Customers. If you complain regarding basic problems like most of the time their Printers are not Working he will ask you to use banking website for information & transactions ( Recently Bank has installed a Automatic Printer outside the Bank). The bank is short of Staff & most of them have a laid back attitude, there's no Professionalism from anyone! They are only interested in getting Salaries for doing Nothing! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The No. One Bank is not even having a service like Co-op Bank There is no complaint Box or no direct contact no to compliant any one. Even now the govt Employees are working normally but the SBI bank is having the worst service...
