Very helpful staff compared to staff of LIC at other branches. Infact they will advise you on closure of policies and attend to your queries in a very sophisticated and meaningful way. I've been to many LIC Offices, but the manner in which they operate has changed my perception towards LIC atleast for now.

Went with my Wife and 8 month old son, person sitting at first counter didn't return even after 30 min, had to enquire twice before finally some one came to help me, some insurance sales person even tried to sell me lic insurance even after saying no and tried to misguide me to another branch for claiming my maturity benefit, thank you for the favour, will think twice before going for LIC again, Just to add, had a great experience in your Jogeshwari East LIC branch , LEARN FROM THEM

The staff at enquiry counter is very rude. He is not ready to help customers. Even the assistant sitting behind dont help customers. The assistants sitting behind frontoffice staff are very rude. Responsive place

I visited this place on 18th January 2022. Well this place is beside highway and is easily from highway. It's on first floor and is only accessible through stairs. The environment here is calm and gives positive vibes. But it felt like typical Government office. On the day of my visit, the internet services were down and I had to wait in queue. People here are supportive and responsive. I liked one thing here that is, here they strictly follow COVID norms. Hope you too have a nice time here and your worked to be completed in first visit itself.......

It's a branch office good to pay your premiums. It obviously doesn't look like as shown in picture. But it serves the purpose.
