Overall my experience was a good one. They were super busy, had to wait a couple of minutes at the entrance. We were then attended by Akash, who made efforts to quickly understand what our choice/ taste was. Go to Tanishq is you are looking for traditional kind of jewelry, go for quality, go for trust. So much collection in gold. Lesser in diamond. Rest of the staff was dressed up for Diwali and was busy clicking pictures posing in different angles, giggling away. Which to me as a customer was annoying. Minus this point the rest of the experience was good.

I visited Tanishq Vashi Sector 17 and preferred to have the services from Abdullah Siddiqui as his Google rating was good. This is one of the best decisions that I have made. Abdullah has great knowledge in diamonds. He helped me to understand different varieties of diamonds and their clarity which ultimately gives shine to the stone. He patiently understood my requirement which helped me in saving a lot of time as then he suggested few pieces which were exactly as per my requirement. I visited this place to sell old jewellery and buy new adding additional funds. All paperwork work done post melting etc. The representatives are very unprofessional. 1st when I walked in I was allowed to wander looking for a person. And he left to the lift asked me to go to the next floor. There everyone was shocked how no one was with me. Then the process started. When it was about time to pick jewellery the person who was handling left me and asked someone else to take care, then the lady in turn asked another person. Now, this person was so irritated, he said bluntly decide which one then I will show you. He was making rude remarks now and then as if it wasn't in my budget. I was buying two jewellery pieces one a gift another for myself. Together the bill would be 80k and above. This guy seemed so interested and treated like I was a beggar. I complained to the manager. She was not willing to listen but chose to cut me and apologize. Since then I never went back. Pathetic place and service, even worse they didn't offer water nor cookies!!!!!!!
