My Dad was being treated under Vijay Malladi. The surgeon is definitely good ..we just had a small procedure and not surgery , but they got us admitted for 4 days ... Dr . Sachin Chaudhary is the most unprofessional and worst doctor I have ever seen. Dr Malladi is good but remember ..never ever consult Dr Sachin Chaudhari.

Kindly make this surgical procedure utterly affordable and not cross Rs 20,000. We paid Rs 80,000/4days for an impressive surgery however, feel cheated with unnecessary Dr visit, hospital charges.

Worst doctor. I was having stomach infection and he diagnosed it as viral infection. MITR is just taking unneccessary money from patients and they diagnosed it wrongly so that patients will keep coming to them and then they can take advantage of people.

My relatives hernia surgery was performed by Dr.Vijaykumar Malladi .One of the most down to earth and soft spoken doctor. He explains about the surgery very well before the surgery and after completion of surgery. Surgery was carried out very well with latest laser technique. Hospital nice and clean with all facilities. When we reached to the hospital there was no room allotted to us for one hour and asked us to share the general ward till we got private room. This was not expected by us. We were in dilemma to cancel the surgery. After room allotment everything went on smoothly till discharge. Food quality excellent, sub-staff services excellent, room cleanliness excellent, staff is supportive and polite.

The best hospitals in the locality and comparatively cheaper. Staff and doctors are well qualified and very polite. They explain the problem and it's treatment in details. They we'll never press you to get admitted or have the surgery. However, they recommend the best possible treatment with your concern. The behavior of doctor and staff are very good. I had interaction with Dr. Sachin Chaudhary (physician) and got the treatment under his care. I was suffering from Dengue with very low platelets. I was almost recovered and discharged in a day. He is very polite and explain the things in details. I also came to know about the Dr. A K Singh, (Urology Surgeon/specialist in India) He is well qualified and one of best doctor in India. He is Gold Medlist from AIIMS. The charges are also quite minimum as compared to other hospital.

My father (Mr Brahmadutt Singh) got treated here for Urinary tract related problem in Jul'23. I have never seen the hospital worst than this. My mother got injured while morning walk on 6th October and we rushed to the nearest hospital. Without cleaning the wounds they applied the ointment. I had to take her to Apollo Belapur. She got 3 stitches. Today again I came to this hospital keeping my previous experience appart. This time it is worst than that. Admin officer state away refused to remove the stitches on her palm. No empathetic and talking about the rules. I give zero rating to this hospital. Guys be careful.

Ilness was tonsils with high fever, which is curable by antibiotics. Doctor was clueless. All tests under the sun done. E.g . Sonography, TB,Dengue, Chest xray etc. Hospital overcharged and made a bill of approx 28 k for 3 days. Medicines 10k.. They refused to share itemised bills by saying system does not allow and originals submitted to insurance provider. Doctor visited 5 times and charged 800 per visit i.e. 4k. Even Pvt clinics reduce 2nd visitation charges for same illness. When inquired received answer that these are the rules here. Facilities are average. May be good for Urology surgery etc. Nurses good.Make your own decision.

Dr. Bharat Kumar is best orthopaedic doctor. He done my aunty's shoulder surgery. He is very polite and helpful doctor. Very soft spoken and experienced. Now she is fine. I highly recommend this hospital and dr. Bharat. All staff also very helpful and like family.

Hospital is very good. Doctors and other staffs are very nice sympathetic and best in their field. I think this is one of the best hospital in India for pediatric urology. Dr. A K Singal and Dr. Ashwitha Senoy are very cooperative and prompt in resolving the query and are best in their field. I think this institution is best for hypospadias treatment in the India.

Hospital Doctors & staff are supportive. They attend you very quickly and properly direct to concern person. Hospital admission process was easy and after treatment consulatation is also good. Hospital is clean and neat. Cost wise it's within budget and they do consider patient request.

We did not see such a worst private hospital which provides very poor pathology services. We gave sample for urine culture test on Oct 23, 2023 and it was advised that it will take 3 days to get the reports. I went to the hospital after 10 days on November 4, 2023 to collect the reports and follow up with the doctor. It was told that the third party lab don't have the records about processing of your sample, hence they are unable to provide the reports and you have to resubmit the sample for testing. It shows what kind of importance this hospital gives for customer service. They didn't even track the reports of the tests done, which ultimately exploits the patients inspite of making advance payments for test. They are not at all bothered about inconvenience faced by the patients. Also the lady staff who takes the sample for testing was very rude and arrogant. Don't do pathology tests in this hospital. We are consulting with the lawyer for filing a case in consumer court as it is a matter of threat of life of patients (in terms of delay in treatment resulted from blunder in providing test reports) which indicates negligence of the hospital.
