Horrible service... Waiting at the medical record office to meet medical record officer since last 3 hrs! No waiting lines, just me. The officer since to be having a busy day, and a busy lunch of 2hrs. If this behaviour is common, i would love to know, why am i made to wait. After 3hrs I meet him to know that i lack some documents. This would have took just 5 mins of his time, but no, had to wait. Expecting a reply.

Hi...My wife is pregnant and taking all treatment and advice from this hospital from last 8months ...Now she had started her 9th month and she has some digestion problem so today on 29/7/2019 one senior lady doctor told to admit her urgently...I started the process of admiting her by making admiting slip by room my 27..As I went to labour ward for admiting her the doctors just gave me a sily reason that they don't have any empty bed to admit her...So u can go to other hospital...How can they do so if patient is coming to yoru hospital from last 8months and end how can u say this word .....It's not a private hospital it's a government hospital it's ur duty to arrange bed and rooms...Government is giving all this things becoz they are receiving taxes from public they have to give facility.....They should arrange beds and rooms....What is use of giving clean hospital if u just don't have simple beds and place for ladies pregnant patient..

Poor service. Typical govt hospital, where everything moves slowly. Operation is delayed as Dr's or anesthetist are not available. They will keep patients for days and will not operate. Hospital charges patients for blood reports, medicines, plaster, implants etc. It is an hospital for the poor and they dont complaint. Shameful that we are unable to provide better medical facilities to our own brothers and sisters.

Nice , seemed to be clean . Proper Sitting arrangements for vaccination . Provided with hard copy of certificate. Overall a good experience. Well managed staff. Just could be faster. It took me 2-3 hrs to get vaccinated. But nothing bad as such in location.

My mother in law took here as she was covid positive and fracture femor on Saturday 17th sep.2022 at night. dr.over there said if you are ready to keep your patient here for surgery then only we will keep her here then we asked for how many days he said may be 1 month. We asked 1 month how will keep her here ? Then he said then we will not admit. At night patient was in pain due to fracture but dr. Never cared . Really horrible experience.

Doctors are never punctual on time Patient was admitted around 8am in emergency ward. But later it took 14 hrs for next round of doctor to the patient wat typ of treatment you are suppose to give to a patient admitted in emergency ward tottaly unprofessionalism. went there for an ear checkup, an earbud from an earphone got entered in my ear. when i went there they were laughing by listening to it and told me that they do have anything with them to check inside view of my ear, they had one instrument in which the light was so dim that they cant see anything and same they told me and they were smiling as if they did something they are proud of. if a municipality like nmmc cant have the desired instrument what could u expect from other place municipalities . this was my first visit and probably the last one as well.

I was admitted in Vashi NMMC For around last 10 days as I was affected from covid.the place is quite fine, nurses are understanding and helps us when we need something, doctors are awesome especially Dr. Reshma katke is one of the best,as I don't saw her face,but yes she helped me a lot for recovering me. Wrost doctors and nurses at delivery room. They talk rudely and abuse and slap to pregnant womens. They are careless for save babies and pregnant women's life. I admitted my wife in emergency in this hospital because my baby's throat was stucked by double cord. In this situation they didn't do scissor for my baby. After 2 days they escaped my wife.I and my family requested many time to do scissor and don't escape but they didn't do scissor and escaped my wife. Immediately I went to private hospital and they did scissor in 20 minutes and shown me double cord was stucked tightly in my baby's throat. They save my baby's life. I have proof. I will do case on those doctors.

Cleanliness is Good. Premises is also huge. I had got my Mom to diagnose. Doctor checked her and adviced admission. We went to counter no 26 and collected the admission form. They guided us to 3 rd floor. My mom was already not in a condition to walk. We came all the way to 3 rd floor. On the 3rd floor, the Ward Incharge told us that U need to take the patient back to OPD and get her checked and then doc wil prescribe medicines and treatment. we had to again take her bk down 3 stairs. After reaching OPD doc sent us back again without check up.

One of the best government hospitals I have seen in my life..I delivered my babay in this hospital.I had some issues with my delivery because I was overweight but all the drs. Staffs nurses took so much care and gave me best possible guidance support and treatment and I must say the amount of efforts drs and nurses put in is really incredible. They spent hours and hours treating the patients and I have seen many times they don't even get Time for their food..they treat each patients as their own family..drs are humble staffs are humble over all an excellent support by everyone. I was in the hospital for 1 month and I never felt any thing wrong in the treatment infact my 1st daughter was born In private hospital in delux room but this was much more better then that..I would love to thanks all the Drs of labour ward who supported me and took care of me throughout..and would suggest every one to go there as I am sure they will recover fast..
