Carefully read this If you are rich then this hospital is for you. If you are middle class kindly search for somwhere better. 1. Once entered you have to pay 50K deposit. So be ready for that. That too will be given back (if not used) after 45 days of discharge 2. ICU bed charges 10 K and they will make sure patient will be there till you exhaust your mediclaim. 3. The reviews you saw regarding clean and well maintained are partly true. Only the areas such as reception, entrance,common lobbies and ICU are clean (obviously). If you want to see cleanliness you must visit General ward. Refer to image below. Utter disregard to hygine and cleanliness. And the cahrges for general ward bed are 3000 rs. 4. Doctors are many times missing and nowhere to be found and amazingly no one knows when the related doctor will arrive. So make sure you stand in the passage if you wish to be seen by the doctors. 5. Billing department will call you everyday to clear your dues so make sure you have enough amount in your bank account. 6. Discharge period for mediclaim holder is ENTIRE day. So be ready for exhaustion on your discharge day. 7. If you are politically well connected then billing department will give you discount. Wow.....great right Welcome to India. I was not connected so I was one of those unfortunate ones who paid with no penny less. 8. There are 2 canteens. One at the ground floor for SHOW OFF. and you should visit the canteen at second floor from where patient have their food. Here you will disgusting smell.no hygine. No cleanliness. 9. Toilets where relatives stays are so dirty and barely maintained you have to use toilets at ground floor.

Very worst hospital, they are only for making money. money end then patient also ends. Also dont argue with their staff else they will intentionally kill the patient as of done with mine father in law and other 2 patients. Especially some of the doctors and nursing staff are such a person that they only want to enjoy the name and fame of hospital and management are blind to see that. Most of the rating done on google and on their website are done by their staff (Fake ratings). I request the management and admin persons to have a surprise vist to the hospital, so that they can understand what this hospital is doing.

The level and standard of this hospital has gone down.. The past fortis was very nice as compared to present fortis.. No organisation.. No proper system... We were just roaming and no coordination from the staff.. The talk amongst themselves.. The doctors appointment was at 1 but till 2 he was no were to be seen... This is not a patient expect from the hospital.. Very much disappointed.. Good bye fortis won't visit again. I better prefer Apollo.

I’ve come to this hospital many times before. My review is strongly resonant of the second time I got admitted here. Their security harasses any friends or family who might be visiting you. They made my mother in law wait in the heat for long to see me without good reason. They could have easily invited her inside to sit as she’s a senior citizen. My wife found hair in food ordered from their canteen. After this when my wife tried to bring food for herself they tried harassing her for bringing food from outside Their internal process slowed down the discharge by almost 3 hours - where me as the customer suffers Their security treats patients like thieves who will run away without paying the bill - even exerting physical power for this. Hospital security feels comprised of club bouncers. The walls, toilets, beds, chairs, etc none have been maintained. At this rate this is going to look like a government hospital soon. The doctors and nurses are great polite generally. I’d visit these docs in their own clinics rather than coming to fortis.

Posted on before two months ago: My experience was very bad. 1. Doctors have no value of patients time. 2. Too costly. 3. Sending lot of un relevant marketing messages which is annoying. Even after requesting numbers of time, it has not stopped. The operator pick down the phone. We gives the mobile number for contact purpose and not for marketting. I guess the hospital uses a software which sends messages automatically hence no need of operator. I think this is not good behaviour. DONT PROVIDE YOUR NUMBER WHILE REGISTERING. There is no system in google review to reply the post , hence i am posting the reply here as on 21st Aug'20 Dear Team, You are doing your job for showing a regret on google reviews. But you are not looking at the compliance & promises being made by you in every reply. Its been 3 weeks that you promised us to stop meaningless messages. For your information i am still getting the same. NOW ONWARDS WE CANT HAVE A SINGLE HOPE FROM YOU.

Excellent management and support staff. Super clean and hygienic. From regular opd to operation theater everything is so well managed. I had my c section there and the 4 day stay was very pleasant experience. From the dietician to nurses to cleaning staff, all of them.are worth million praises. Such smiling and genuinely caring nurses and the staff is friendly too. They know their job best and are always there asking for feedback and implementing it.

My grandfather was admitted at fortis Hiranandani. Because of the pandemic we were not allowed to be with him which was ok. But during that time his sugar had gone low and despite informing the staff several times, no help came. He was then helped by a patient's family member. Also the other patients were given rice , dal , veggies and buttermilk whereas my grandfather only got rice and dal. On asking why he didn't get the full meal, the staff said they will bring the proper meal but they never came. Patients are at their mercy and this is how they take care of their patients. Putting this review so that this doesn't happen with any other person.

The TPA team is pathetic while giving refund of your deposits. They do not answer the call, messages. When you try to reach you through board line, the moment they know the patient details, they disconnect the line. Really bad not expected such things while seek refund of your own money.

Dr jignesh Gandhi saw us on Sunday I don't know any such doctor who have so much dedication. Advised test got it down on priority my case was different and difficult but he made me so comfortable post surgery also Punctual, caring ,knowledgeable all this qualities make him unique and the best. Hospital services are good even the sweeper boy is courteous. Nurses are prompt and good. Thank-you or taking caring of me

Our experience with video appointment at Fortis is terrible. 1.Their MS Teams app doesn't work properly. No IT team supporting doctor. 2. Neither patient can hear properly nor the doctor 3. No one lifts their reception numbers. 4. Absolutely no coordination between their non medical team and the doctors. Medical reports reports sent to Fortis not reached doctor before the appointment time. 5. Proiscription ofdoctor has not reached the patient even after 48 hours.

We had a very positive experience at the birth of our baby with the help of the excellent Dr. Manjiri Mehta, nurses of labor room and twin ward. Very polite, warm, professional and incredible hard working. Thank you Dr manjiri and her team at fortis for looking after my daughter in law during her pregnancy, they made us feel safe and have helped us every step of the way. Bhagyashree from management was really helpful throughout our stay. Twin ward all nurses soben, reema, ann marry they all were showed wonderful care that we haven't experienced before, everybody does brilliant efforts.thanks to Sakshi mavshi for providing extra care and didn't hesitate to provide us.

Hospital is grand and very clean, personnel's working there are also courteous but things move slow. Some are busy with mobile even when giving injection. Emergency services here is very good and affordable. Experienced it twice for my family. OPD is very well staffed, Doctors are experienced. In all I'm satisfied by their service. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE FORTIS HOSPITAL AND NOT FOR DR ATUL PATIL WHO TURNED OUT TO BE A LIFE SAVER FOR MY MOM. Do not go to Fortis for any treatment. They just care about money and nothing else. I regret to get my mom operated at Fortis. So I admitted my mom at Fortis for her revision spine surgery. Post admission she had undergone fitness and was told that her TSH is very high so she cannot be considered fit for the surgery. She was then asked to undergo many tests including xray, ultrasound, pulmonary test etc.. and then was discharged the next day. They charged us over 60k for one night and performed many diagnostic tests even when she was confirmed not fit for the surgery. This is purely extortion of money as I had insurance. Post her discharge we repeated her TSH and it was a bit high but could be considered as normal considering her age. This time I consulted my friend who is also a Dr and he gave the fitness for the surgery. We got her admitted for the surgery and the surgery was performed by Dr Atul patil (HE IS SIMPLY THE BEST). Post surgery she was shifted to the ICU when we asked, we were told that her blood pressure is a bit high. the lady Jr Dr was very rude all this while. When we argued that she has hypertension since years and that we control the same at home with medication she got agitated. She was insisting to extend my mom's stay in ICU for another 1 day just because her blood pressure was high. We couldn't take it anymore and asked her to be shifted to the normal ward because we realized that the hospital was just behind the money. There was no need to extend her stay in the ICU. My mom also has Parkinson and we asked her to be evaluated by a neurologist there. The Neurologist visited her and did nothing they just added a visit. My mon's Parkinson seems to have advanced as her hands were shaking uncontrollably and she was experiencing gait freeze a swell. This was ignored by the them. She was visited by a physician as well and her other vitals were ignored as well. My mom had some chest congestion already and post surgery it became worst. She was discharged soon with no further improvement. At home, her health deteriorated and she couldn't even move. I again consulted my friend who asked me to get her admitted to a local hospital where he practices. She was admitted immediately and the very next day she had a smile on her face and told me that she is feeling wonderful and after 2 days she started walking on her own. She was evaluated by a Neuro there and her Syndopa dose for Parkinson was adjusted. Fortis refused to give the itemized bill and I happened to get the same from my insurance company and realized that they have billed me for Terifrac injection which costs around 5 thousand and it lasts for a month but they never gave it to us at the time of discharge. When I escalated this they said ohh it’s a mistake on their part and they will ensure that it doesn’t happen again and they delivered the injection to us. Dr Atul Patil who performed the surgery is a gem of a person. He has a hospital in Kharghar and we couldn’t perform the surgery there because my insurance doesn’t cover his hospital. Dr Patil has done something that other doctors couldn’t do.. we consulted many doctors in fact one of the best doctors from Apollo, Global, Jaslok etc.. I will always be thankful to Dr Patil for the exceptional care. And if you wish to add a response asking me send an email then with details then let me tell you I have no time for all this. I have been in touch with patient relations exec Saliya who was very helpful in listening to all my issues but she couldn't do much.

My overall experience at Fortis Hospital Vashi is excellent. Starting from a good car parking lot, the well disciplined security, the hygienic canteen service, the ambient atmosphere of hospital lobby and room and last but not the least the round the clock service rendered by well behaved experienced nurses gave me total satisfaction. I did not face any problem with admission and billing procedure. Actions speak louder than words, and constant enthusiastic presence of Dr Farah Ingale, Dr Ninisha, dietician Rashi madam and all other doctors who attended bed number 417B breathes life in me. And finally I believe I would be lost if I weren't in the hands of Dr Prakash Sankapal. His cordial nature and the way to handle such complicated surgery made me happy. May god bless him to attain the peak of fame.

I must thank the twin ward staff they are so capable treatment is excellent. We were in room no 416B the rooms are classy and the gives 5star ambience.doctors on the other hand are so perfect they make you understand everything in detail and make you a part of treatment plan.the support staff is perfect. Excellent treatment for Cataract surgery in both eyes for my father who is 75 years old, done by Dr. Harshavardhan Ghorpade, who also did cataract surgery for my mother in both eyes in june 2018. Overall great experience from Doctor, who mainly keeps paitient relaxed before, during and after the Surgery. Fantastic!!!

It was a wonderful experience with Dr. Manjari during the most crucial time. It was lockdown and situation was worse in Mumbai. She always helped, encouraged, counselled me when I was all alone in Mumbai as no one from my family could make it during my pregnancy. I started from day 01 meeting Dr. Manjari and she helped me in all ways and I am really grateful to met her as had issues with Sugar / Slip disc, but she guided me in best possible way. In my opinion, she is the best Doctor I ever came across in my life..

I had a horrible experience with Fortis Hiranandani Vashi. I had gone to the ER with severe breathing problem, which was later determined as due to lung infection. I was admitted to hospital for 26 days, out of which 16 days was in ICU. Fortis Vashi lacks good Senior Intensive Care Drs. They did so many trail and error medications on me. Every day blood was being collected for tests, I am not sure if all these tests were necessary or were being done to bloat up my bills. Same for medications. The Nurse and support staff were good. Beds were torn and in bad condition.

I was very fortunate to have seen Dr. Manjiri Mehta for my delivery. On my initial visit she was incredibly thorough and detailed and I felt so confident in continuing my care with her.  She talked me through everything in a way that I could easily understand .  Dr. Mehta  is the prefect combination of warm and professional which I greatly appreciated throughout all of my follow up visits.  My husband and I are now the parents to a 2 year old and are so grateful to have started our journey with Dr Mehta . She  is polite, honest and straight to the point. She made me feel at ease throughout the entire duration of my pregnancy and delivery. She has always been very responsive to all my questions and addressing all my concerns in a calm and timely manner. I would like to thank Dr Manjiri Mehta and the entire staff of Fortis Hospital for taking such good care of me.

Due to the Global pandemic Covid 19, things have gone to new normal, my wife was pregnant and was detected covid positive, we decided to admit her in Fortis Vashi, Dr Manjari Mehta was her Doctor and she was very good and she helped her with the delivery process and gave regular updates to me, I also need to mention Ms. Nisha Bhise she was available through out the admision and discharge process and the regular updates were also provided on a timely bases, Thanks to Dr Kumar Salvi for guiding us for the babies update and positive response.

My experience at the fortis to repair my mother-in-laws Incisional hernia and exploratory laproscopy was wonderful from start to finish. Dr Sharad provided us with the greatest confidence,answering all my questions and giving in-depth detail of what to expect during and after the surgery,doctor came by often to assure that the incision is healing well. Dr manish sontakke is our orthopedic doctor he is one of the calmest and helpful doctor, gives right diagnosis and help comfort the patient and relatives. Nursing team in single ward is very good, all staff including housekeeping food n resident doctors are good. All helped alot we r really happy with the treatment.

We had two back to back surgery for my family members (mother and mother-in-law) in June'23 at Vashi Fortis hospital. In both the cases, we came for consultation with Dr Nandan Kamath at the hospital OPD, who is a visiting consultant there. On his advice we decided to have the operations done at Vashi Fortis. From financial consulting, estimation, room booking, OT timing - everything was managed seamlessly by hospital under direct instructions from our surgeon.There is no compulsion to do pre-surgery tests and tests done at other labs were taken for the first case. Yet in the 2nd case, we opted to conduct all pre-surgery tests at the hospital itself, purely because of convenience as all tests are done under one roof. On the day of surgeries, the operations were done fairly on time, as mentioned in advance. Both pre and post surgery, nursing staff gave appropriate attention. Also the housekeeping staff maintained proper sanitation and hygiene throughout the stay. However on the days when the ward was having patients in the full capacity, the number of house keeping staffs allocated were felt to be less. Particularly the ward which houses knee surgery patients shall be staffed with more house keeping staffs as patients are unable to go to toilet post surgery and totally dependent on house keepers. This area may require attention and improvement. We have availed both single occupancy and double occupancy rooms. Both are spacious, temperature controlled and 1 attendant bed is also provided for night stay. Food for attendants is available on call at a reasonable rate, but no home food is allowed inside the ward. The admission process was smooth and got managed within 30 mins or so. Rooms are pre-allocated. Documentation was not felt to be excessive. However time taken for discharge, particularly by billing section, was too lengthy, even for the case when insurance claim was not involved. This certainly requires improvement. As the delay was longer, we finally decided to do the final settlement based on the expenditure summary given to us as the detailed bill was still not ready, even after 5 to 6 hrs of discharge given by the doctor. Also when a 7 +1 day ICU package is taken based on doctor advice, and the actual stay is altogether 6 days without any need for ICU, still the room charges are taken for full 8 days. THIS SHALL BE STRICTLY AT ACTUALS. Overall experience is satisfactory for both times. Doctors, nursing staff, house keeping staff, administrative staff - everyone as an individual did their best. HOWEVER, some improvement in the areas mentioned above by management will be a very welcome step from patients perspective. Thank you. Edit: For the case, where insurance claims were involved, our case was very efficiently handled by Ms Nisha. Her response has always been cordial and prompt. And have always kept us updated as and when there was any development. Please keep up that spirit. It's very reassuring for the patient's family, who are already in distress.

My father Mr. Ulhas Vasudeo Parab was operated for umblical hernia in Fortis Hospital, Vashi in May 2023. Surgery was performed by Dr. Jignesh Gandhi. Overall experience was excellent. As it was a planned hospitalization and I had decided to avail the cashless mediclaim services offered by my employer (corporate mediclaim), Dr. Jignesh Gandhi asked me to meet Ms. Sweta Roy. Ms. Sweta Roy explained me the overall process of the surgery that was advised to my father and also provided an estimated expense summary. Besides that, she also addressed all of my questions, satisfactorily. After a week's time, I provided all the requisite documents as requested by Ms. Sweta Roy after which she asked me to consult with Dr. Jignesh Gandhi and decide on the date of hospitalization. We have been consulting Dr. Jignesh Gandhi since past 5 years, whenever there was a need for surgery. Like always, he guided my father and prepared him mentally for the surgery. On the day of hospitalization, the admission process was super smooth. Dr. Pallavi Thombare who was working under the supervision of Dr. Jignesh Gandhi went through all the reports/investigations related to the underlying ailment and asked my father to relax and not worry much about the surgery. Besides that Dr. Jignesh Gandhi was kind enough to upgrade the room category from General ward to Twin private without charging any extra tariff as one of the room was vacant that day. The surgery was performed successfully. The nursing staff and the other ward staff was warm and courteous and provided excellent service. My father is recuperating well. I would like to sincerely thank the Fortis Hospital management for providing excellent health care service. A special mention to Dr. Jignesh Gandhi, Dr. Pallavi Thombare, Ms. Sweta Roy for handling the case in a very professional way. Besides that, I would also like to sincerely thank the entire nursing staff as well as the ward boys and girls who catered to our requests promptly.

Situated in a remote corner, it is nice quite place for a hospital. The ambience is very good. There are help desks everywhere and in this time of Covid, adequate precautions are taken. The doctors are polite and most of them honour the appointment time. The appointment booking on phone needs some improvements. It takes a long time.

Worst hospital experience in my life ICU doctor don't even visit ICU for even once in an day. Nusrse don't even response the patient if they are calling them. For only one MRI they will take the patient in the evening 7 if the MRI is told to do in morning 10, my patient is in critical situation just because of forties only, forties Don't take quick action towards serious patients they only count days and make them more longer only to make big fat bill. Worst hospital ever !!!!

Dr. Farah Ingale and Dr. Atul Ingale have saved me from life threatening bacterial pneumonia. I was not able to breathe but they convinced me that it will be normal soon with medication. Really they are angels on earth. We visited 1st time for consultancy. No proper covid arrangement. Made to use lift for 1st floor, when in covid it's not adviseable. While booking through fortis app the cost was shown 1300/-, after visit bill generated to 1600/-, reason is cost of ppe kit. Why per kit cost is charged per billing? Hidden cost.

I was admitted to the hospital for my delivery. I had a comfortable stay and procedure in tha hospital even during this pandemic situation all thanks to Nisha, Monica and the well trained nurse staff. Special thanks to my Gynae Manjiri Mehta and her assistant who helped me through my operation and recovery thereafter.

One of the worst ppl. Waited 4 hours to discharge the patient . Zero star rating they deserve .

Total waste of a hospital with no regards to customer service. Dr apparently got fever on the way to hospital as there was only 1 patient waiting for the consulation. I would prefer another hospital from now on. Went to Apollo and the experience was very nice. Better coordination and cooperation from staff members. Most of the doctors are consultants in both the hospitals. So would rather go to Apollo now. I plan to move my parents consultations as well from Fortis to Apollo. Fortis team can update here what action was taken post the call they had with me to understand the situation yesterday. Else feedbacks calls are just a formality.

They are not attending calls for inquiries also at these Pandemic times.

One of the worst hospital as narrated by one of my close friend. She lost her nani who had gone walking for a general check up after which they admitted her and she never came back. Money minded, target oriented, inhuman.

It was a great experience with Dr Manish Sontakke. He instilled positivity in me and helped me came out of illness. I was admitted for 5 days at Fortis Vashi. And I would highly recommend this hospital to everyone. I am impressed with its commendable services provided. I am thankful to nursing team and housekeeping team for thier relentless efforts . Management team is excellent and was there for me 24/7.

My wife got referred from BPT to vashi fortis under Dr.pawan ojha He is extremely good at his work. Counselled well the medicine and treatment is effective. Dr.Digvijay is also talented at his work nice well spoken. Nurses, housekeeping food was good. Lots of thanks to all .

All the staffs were very nice during the treatment of my wife. She suffered a brain stroke. When we brought her here in forties, within the next two hours, they diagnosed the ailment and started the treatment, which was much needed that time. I have taken treatment from outside but it ws jst for temporary pain relief but the pain and issue was persistent .After coming to fortis under Dr.Atul ingale and Dr Sumit Mehta they both saved me from a lot of pain. The hospital staffs are very professional and helpful Radiology staff, nursing staff, housekeeping staff dietitian team Rmo everyone was extremely helpful. The services are lil costly but the services are extremely good and I think for services we all can pay a little extra. Thanks for the care.

Best hospital I've been too so far.the ambience is very clean and hygienic.very good and supportive doctors.i would like to mention Dr mirza ,dr preyas,dr kumar very friendly doctor I've seen so far.i forgot after meeting them as I'm patient. I can see drastic and immediate positive changes in my health here after the treatment. The nurses here are all kind sister vinita, sister megha.they treated me like their family member. On 8th September shifted my mom from BPt hospital to fortis hospital vashi . She was very critical had stroke wasn't speaking or moving . Worst treatment given. COVID patient needs to take follow up for own treatment. And delay in discharge was observed. when they realise pateint is good by health they stopped/delayed attending patient and make sure thr cost will start increasing by making delay

We showed our ortho doctor n took medicine fr few days but it didnt helped much We visited Dr. Manish sontakke in Opd and took treatment fr a week he gave the diagnosis after reports and also planned our treatment accordingly He was recommended to us by our family n friends now as We have taken treatment from him we can definitely recommend him for ortho related issues. The surgery was complex he did it precision he was extremely supporting.his treatment is on point . My newborn baby was admitted in NICU from last 3 month.we have never seen god but we can say now we have seen GOD in white coat in this hospital. We had my mother’s hysterectomy done under the care of Dr Manjiri Mehta. The surgery got a little complicated but she handled it very well and my mother was normal and stable just the next morning! She properly explained the surgery procedure in detail and also explained countermeasures she would take in case of any complications. She assured us and visited my mom everyday till she got discharged. The whole staff was extremely helpful and they came to check on my mother every 15 minutes or so and they were all extremely kind and helpful. The dietician also visited my mom everyday to make sure she likes what she eats. The food they gave my mom was light and tasty. The physiotherapist visited everyday after the surgery was also very kind and cheerful. My mom was admitted for five days and the price for the stay, the surgery and medicines was lesser than we had expected! They handled the insurance claim on their own and made sure we got as much cover as possible. They also took measures to make sure that we could safely avoid the COVID ward. All in all we are very satisfied with the service and we are so glad that we chose Fortis!

What can I say about this hospital,they saved my life! We came here all the way from nagpur to attend relatives wedding in vashi.not expecting such situation happend to us.father was feeling uneasiness in heart due to that we rush to Near by hospital emergency department i.e,fortis.we were totally new to this place.there doctors and staff attend us so immediately as ECG went abnormal.Without second thought Dr.Brajesh started treatment had organised the necessary tests, identified 3blockages.and arranged the insertion of the necessary stents,and all is now well. Best Orthopedic Surgeon Dr Manish Sontake, Within last 2 months he had done hip replacement surgery of 2 of our relatives. Within a period of 1 month patient is back to normal. He can do all his activities as earlier. Very dedicated and Great Follow up by Doctor. Also his Diagnosis is great, less medication. Highly recommended.

Best Dr Farah Ingale.she is our family doctor and one who genuinely care about her patients. I have diff diff health issues but she takes care for everything, all I can say is she is only doctor on her I trust the most and I follow her health guidelines religiously. Last month my wife has undergone cataract operation for both the eyes in Fortis. The services provided by Hospital, especially Dr Harshavardhan, staff etc. are excellent. Dr Devkumar R N is an excellent doctor. He operated on my mother a year back for her sinuses. The results were fantastic and my mother has recovered completely. I would highly recommend him.

Overall an excellent experience in this hospital. Doctors, nurses, mausi, ward boys, other staff were really helpful while my 5 days stay. Canteen food is really healthy and is provided according to patients health requirement. Hygiene is also great. Just cutting 1 star due to delay in starting of the treatment but once it began it was in a fast pace. Patient and relatives have to take regular follow up for tests and reports during their stay as it is their responsibility also that treatment happens fast.

Fortis is our 1st choice for any health Complication.clean hospital.upon clinical encounter, Dr Farah and her team who made a precise decision and explained the issue very clearly.nurses were very kind and professional. I had a fracture in my arm and as per Doctor Saurabh Kulkarni, New Panvel, a surgery was required. As advised by him and as per the convenience we decided to get admitted at the Fortis Hiranandani Hospital, Vashi and our decision proved to be proper. The TPA Coordinator at the Hospital assisted and helped us promptly for getting pre approval from my TPA, which reduced our hardship and mental stress and I could easily get the admission without any sort of worries. The Hospital personals including team of Doctors and the staff are also cooperative. Cleanliness, which is a top priority for any Hospital is remarkably good. During my stay in the Hospital I didn’t face any discomfort or issues. In this process from the beginning I had occasion to talk 3 persons from the TPA Desk of the Hospital and all helped me very well. My partner got a Laproscopy Mymectomy done on the 10th of July. Dr. Hina Shaikh from the Gynecology department was really sweet. She made her feel like her younger sister. The surgery was done by Dr. Sambit Nanda alongside Dr. Hina. All the people, especially all the nurses during the stay/recovery were really good and cared about the patient whole heartedly. I would like to mention Nurse Hebziba, Shanti for looking after her really well. Even most Mavshis were good. I would totally recommend this hospital for the Gynecology department.

Regarding surgery experience and hospital facilities are good (5/5) / Pushpa nurse was very supportive after surgery/ entire staff from cleaning to doctors are very helpful and supportive. They entertain each and every query of yours.

Good doctors, competent and caring nursing, and well maintained hygiene. All helped in getting through the illness. Hospital stays are never a pleasant experience but Team Fortis did their best to make me feel at ease Thanks also to the support team from Customer Service desk, Nisha and Ajay who helped to make the admission and discharge process smooth

Quality of doctors are very good and good treatment received. Special mention needs to be made for Mrs. Nisha for her prompt assistance right from explaining the insurance claim process before getting admitted to settling the final expenses during discharge. Her kind cooperation is very much appreciated. Big thanks to her. However following needs to be improved drastically: 1. Nursing staff : Constant follow up required even for medicine for admitted patients. Not enough staff from afternoon till next day morning. Needs better coordination with fellow colleagues. 2. Housekeeping : Again multiple followup required to care of patient's routine needs. Some of them are unaware of basic things like providing hot towel for wiping the body. Need to remind them at least 4 times to refill the drinking water. 3. Administration dept. : Very poor co-Ordination within each department for final billing and discharge related procedures. Had to wait for 8 hours to get discharged after getting clearance form the doctor at 11 am. Too much time taken for each and every thing. 4. Inhouse Pharmacy : takes too long to get the receipt for your medicines. System needs to me better managed. 5. Patient visiting hours slot to be added in the morning also.

My patient was admitted for endoscopy procedure under Dr. Harshad Khairnar sir. We had a great experience with Dr. Harshad Khairnar sir (gastroenterologist). Overall We had nice experience in hospital. Specially Mr. Pradnyesh (Financial Couselling Conversion Dept) was very polite, cooperative & helpful. There was only one problem in claim processing i.e. very slow process in claim intimation & also in query reply by hospital end which leads to very annoying experience while patient discharge.

Third class service . today we are come at 9:00 o’clock and we also get appointments in advance but still right now 12:42 pm is done but there is no technician for tmt ecg test and no any answerable person in hospital for care of patient . Very bed service we got .we wait total 20 patient right now

Hygiene is maintained. Calm and Composure is maintained by staff. Doctors and Nurses are quite friendly which makes the patient recover faster. I am glad I took my daughter to Fortis even though it was far from my house, it proved to be fruitful.

Nursing, Housekeeping, Physiotherapists, Doctor's (specially Dr. Pramod Bhor and Dr. Dnyananda) were all very cooperative, helpful and doing their duties at their best. Non medical costs which insurance company doesn't sanction, could have been reduced to lessen the difficulties of the bearer. Flooring, waiting chairs, furnitures need renovation in many places. Suitable beds are to be provided for the attendants of general ward who stay in the hospital at night and should not suffer by sitting throughout the time. The building needs a facelift and repainting urgently.

the overall experience was good. facility provided was superb. definitely the price speaks it all. but as an experience it’s been good. hospitals need to start clean and attentive which they are. apart from slight night time delays.
