I've been a patient at this hospital multiple times, The Residential doctors are very caring and nurses are understanding, and highly skilled. May be it's so easy for them to say a no.. Me & my husband with our folded hand requested them please provide immediate relief meantime we will try to find a better hospital,but they didn't listen, this one no took the precious time and i'd lost her untimely. I with my family(wife and child) went for fever and met Dr, anjali pelvia. During the initial interactions she was polite and asked us to conduct covid test for all of three. We did Rtpcr samples on 19th march and asked us to get the report next day. So next day we gone to this hospital and got positive results in covid for my wife and son, but for me they could not able to conduct proper covid test as they have not collected sample from me due to poor training. and same day immediately that Dr anjali pelvia refuses to meet in person and sent us communications through sister to refer covid hospital. But we were about to ask Dr to just to have an idea about covid and discuss continuation about current medicines , but she refused and not even to meet with 5mtr distance and poor attitude and rudeness. I don't rely on their good conscience of her profession and totally upset. Will not recommend to any body.Also during their lab sample collection, the person (nurse) who is collecting blood was used her hand gloves to strap my arm instead of using tourniquet which is standard procedure. She failed to collect blood from left hand and thrown that used syringe and collected blood from right hand by using hand gloves to strap arm. Very pathetic and untrained lab nurses. I am requesting all visitors to have a knowledge and be sure they use proper tools.

We got our 17 months old baby boy operated on 23rd Dec'20. Flawless management , caring doctors, sisters, brothers , RMOs .Very clean ambiance... Had a terrible experience in Medicity kharghar. My Mother was admitted for diabetes for 5 days, she had general diabetes complains weakness, fatigue, pukish shaky limbs. Dr Anjali assured to give better treatment but she couldn't treat a normal diabetes patient and here she failed as a good doctor. Where doctors take oath to save patient's lives here I experienced that few docs just focus on just earning money. Even though after 5 days during discharge procedure my mom informed doc of not at at feeling well to which Dr said it will take time. After 1 week of discharge when we contacted doctor she straight away asked us to show to some other doctor saying we have done all tests and given her treatment. I couldn't belive to the response we got. Finally, my mother was treated by a local Diabetes specialist and in a week she was all good.

Their only agenda is to make money. Showed my mother for an ailment and these guys portrayed extremely high BP and Sugar levels. After a quick 5 minute checkup by the doctor, they unprofessionally kept insisting really hard that she needs admission. Then after getting out I immediately showed her at another Kharghar hospital within 10-15 minutes and there her BP & Sugar levels were substantially lesser. Literally just borderline. Their doc spent close to half an hour in diagnosing with utmost patience, gave meds for home and said admission is not at all necessary.

One of the best doctors I have met till date…. I went to his hospital in emergency during COVID second wave times where my great grand mother (aged 87 year) got UTI infection and high fewer. All other hospitals declined admission without understanding the problem as well as no respect to age. She got diagnosed with serious infection and 3cm stone which required surgery and her age was not on her side. But hats off to Dr. Palvia, he did the successful surgery and removed the stone. Not only that the kind of care and dedication she got both Dr. Palvia and his wife who is also senior doctor at that hospital, resulted into quick recovery. We felt like they are family members taking care of her. Never seen such a care and respect towards patients from majority of doctors i met other then them. In Kharghar , the treatment was give to patients was very wast because in hospital you kept RMO in the hospital they are not proper doctors they are interns they check the patient but prescribed all medication was not proper they seen in the book which medicine are give to the patient is this you called a RMO they see in the book and write the medicine on the prescription which are given to patient. I thik the RMOs are you kept are totally confused. And about the fess of the hospital is very high. First visit we can consider. But second visits you also take the same fees 500/- was very much . So pls manage your doctors staff properly one keep proper educated dr as RMO. Thank you

I was treated for a broken femur by Dr. Bhor (Orthopedics) in 2021 and later for the implant removal in 2023. Dr. Pramod Bhor is nothing but a tyrant In his field and I have no doubts about his proficiency and his results. He has a fantastic team and I owe my uplifted spirit and a new life to him and his team. He has a great team debuted at Fortis Vashi too which gives u a seamless experience. I m from a PSU and I know that the standards maintained by Dr. Bhor are not easy to maintain especially when he is the first robotic surgeon of his era in Navi Mumbai. P. S. He is has a different sense of humor but totally necessary (sometimes on a stricter side🤐). If Dr reads this post then he won't be surprised.

One of the worst hospitals I've been to my life starting with my father had severe headache dizziness so we admitted him in the ICU, the RMO Manish Kumar was yawning constantly it was 2am around the doctor was not attentive he took out an ECG and gave us wrong results the next day one cardiologist came and asked to do some test to which he disappeared no answer till evening, no priority given to such an emergency case we were helpless and had to move him to another hospital the next day and the cherry on cake the hospital bill was 30k plus 5k medicines for not even 24 hours ...worst worst experience ever pathetic staff the visiting doctors are never on time and they arrive at their own sweet time do not recommend this hospital at all

Very poor service and even OT consumables are charged separately though they are part of packages..unnecessary medicines are prescribed and sisters and resident doctors sleep during night and no one is bother to attend patients during night hours.... Service quality extremely bad...

The doctors and staff is not professional. I was in pain still they asked me to go back. I fainted at the reception and then also they said it'll be fine. It did not though. Even after 30 days Dr. Pramod Bhor was suggesting me high dosage of pain killers when he should try and identify the root cause of pain to which he said it's gonna be fine with medication I have increased the intensity. I hate the fact that they treat every patient as just money making machine and not trying to help them.

Our experience with Dr Arvind Is excellent. He did spine surgery for my mother and did successfully. One this that we like is that he is particular in this requirement and understands the problem statement and provide the treatment accordingly. I had consulted Dr Rajeev Palvia for abdominal pain. He is knowledgeable and caring. He treated me very well. The housekeeping staff was also good. We faced some issues with room allocation in the hospital and also there were communication issues. Rest all was good.

I have enquired one week before in Medicity hospital about cashless medical facility that time they have guided and said facility available you can visit to the hospital. Accordingly we have visited today and take consultation from doctor. Even though doctors are good hospital facility is not good for patient. Post consultation when i have enquired today again for cashless facility that time admin staff replied that cashless package is less and doctors are not ready in such package for delivery so we have to make full payment and get reimbursement from insurance agency. This is very pathetic and unexpected answer from staff. Management is avoiding cashless facility then remove their names from such cashless facility and stop doing publicity of your hospital.
