Doctors are mostly unavailable.. staff is lethargic and unfriendly..

Have been visiting this hospital for the past 4 years for regular vaccination of my child...a good supportive staff...they ve digitised the registration services and now the fees can also be paid using Gpay etc.

Poor Staff Service, Doctors less availability... Very Offen Rejecting Emergency Cases.... High Billing... NOT AT ALL COOPERATING....

The best hospital I would suggest for treatment, docs and nurses well co-operative, I had been tested positive.. and my case was critical.. Docs and their team put their whole efforts to cure infection and they did... The whole team is professional... Actually they are the real warriors.. doing 8 to 9 hrs with pp kit is not tht easy.. Where they can't drink water or pee.. Either so my whole respect to the team and a salute..

Very disappointed with hospital ..No proper services and facilities . The patient needed sonography , the hospital tells the relative to take the patient to sonography centre without taking any responsibility. The staff has no coordination with eachother. When asked for service from hospital, hospital denied and put the sonography on hold. When discussed with staff, the staff is not supportive and to the surprise not even one patient was there at hospital when our patient was admitted. Service is not good and Hospital needs lot of improvement.

Worst after service in this Hospital. This hospital says full cashless service which they give but the deposit they take won't be returned easily. After insurance settlement I got my refund after 2.5 month. I approached them they just told me come tomorrow our accountant is not present, then doctor not present then all calculations are done but doctors sign not done. Everytime I go there they give reasons.

Recently I had a laparoscopic hysterectomy surgery at sunrise hospital. I stayed there for 4 day. I have decided my surgery at sunrise, because of the expert doctors' team, the hospital has! The nurses were also really caring and attentive all the time. One can surely get a corporate quality (!) experience with a warm heart (!!)

Visited for knee pain, had very good experience. Dr. Jagtap listened to my problem and answered all my queries calmly. No unnecessary tests/x Ray. Satisfied with the treatment.

Dr Ingale is a brilliant doctor. Surprisingly, they have a good staff, which can take good care of each patient. Physicians are also good, they know how to communicate and give sound advice about health and medicine.

They are not refunding deposit amount early, after receiving payment from Insurance company. receiption staff are not proper educatiled for claim process.

My father was admitted for 5 days.. Initial detection was dengue doctor treated him for dengue, but did not notice about increase in creatine level even after doing the reports... After discharge we had to admit him again as he was not able to walk and had swelling on hands and leg whole body muscles are paining potassium, sodium, protine levels are down in report .. In cashless treatment they have made handsome bill of 53k but sadly the treatment was not upto the mark

Great experience! Made a same day appointment of Dr. Deshmukh and got in right away. The front desk staff Ashwini and one more and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful. Dr. Suresh Borade & Amol Deshmukh both are very helpful polite and understanding, gave realistic expectations and timelines. I will definitely recommend this hospital need clean, and it will not charge you unnecessarily, Eight years before my son was born here, and last week he was diagnosed with Dengue, we have admitted him with very low platelet count, and withing 03 days he shows up great result of recovering, I will give 5 star to this hospital.
