Very lack of amenities. In NICU they are not having ventilators. Due to this on last minute they said transfer your baby and arrange ventilators hospital also arrange cardio ambulance. In this journey I loose my baby. For them it's just experiment but really humble request to hospital u r not capable then close this hospital. They don't care about patient. Learning student doing treatment. Please don't go here.

The most pathetic experience I have had so far.I visited in the evening to see a general physician with complaint of severe abdominal pains.The doctor was more engrossed in his mobile phone than examining me. He was Keen on getting me admitted without even waiting for sonography results or anything.I insisted on getting the sonography done first.Post the results, it happened to be some cyst related issue n was directed to their gynaecologist who was no different (engrossed in mobile and chatting). NO CARE FOR THE AILING PATIENTS. UNPROFESSIONAL AND MONEY MONGERS.

I was waiting with my mom to show the report in the morning then afternoon 1:30 pm I came to know that the doctor has left in the morning itself.the doctor had gone in the morning why have I been waiting till noon . All the learned doctor who have only cellphone in their hands chatting and talking in the phone. Extremely bad, rude and careless behavior towards patients and attendees by few doctors. However they are few good doctors too. The hospital management should focus and take strict actions against the drs and staff who behave badly with the patients and their family members. I am kindly requesting the management not to encourage such behaviors and gain a bad name for the hospital.

Very Bad. I took my Grand mother twice for a fitness certificate for an operation. We consulted the MD there. Both times he said that her BP is very high and that she needs to be hospitalised and treated. We took second opinion from 2 other doctors. In both cases her BP was normal. She was finally issued a fitness certificate without the need for any BP medication and underwent the surgery successfully and she is fine for the past more than 1 year. I had to shell out close to 1000 Rupees for the connsultations... this is only a Money mnting business.. please stop cllaing it a hospital.. it is a business.

Worst experience ever! A relative of my was operated here. Medical students carry out operations here and they spoiled my relatives health. They had cut her urinary tract gave her huge cut. Approx 19 stitches operation. Nurses and doctors were rude to her when she shouted out of pain and yelled at her to shut her up! This medical facility should get shut down! Never go here except if you want to face health issues for lifetime. All the good reviews are given by hospital staff and relatives.

Worst Hospital, And Management. Bad for patients, They don't care about patients they only care about money. Even nurses in ICU don't care about patients and all students are there worst management. Don't go here. They don't have a heart, doctors don't say sorry properly after death of patients and they don't even inform ASAP to the family of patients about patient's death. Not recommended to Pregnant ladies. I lost my baby because of the students who Handle ladies in the labour room they did not have sufficient knowledge about what treatment should give in emergency and senior drs also not available that time.

This is one of the oldest hospital in the area but has not changed with time. Even many govt. Hospitals are better than this. One doesn't feel of being inside a private hospital. Many of the doctors appear to be trainees. The staff is not keen to attend to patients, no privacy while examining a patient. Cleanliness is very poor. Needs lots of improvements.

In the middle of labour pain there Dr told me go washroom yourself.. and when I told call my sister they told no one has permission to come with u go yourself.. and told u are the responsible what ever happens to baby.. Evan they don't want there bed to be dirty.... And when I was crying Dr and nurses like ok cry we will sleep.. they actually sleep.. not recommend to my enymy also... As discussed earlier with Dr Manish. He told us that medical charges will be charge on Medi-claim (cash less) But now he is not taking any responsibility related to this. Saying you need to pay ₹40,000 on cash basis’s. Now he is giving me suggestions to visit Medi City and take 3 lakh package. If you did not have a Medi-claim facility then why lied to us. Very Bad experience with your service. You have charge ₹40,000 to me but there is no relief to me.

I went there to consult Mr. Manish Gautam, skin specialist , two times (second time for follow up) . My experience is the lady sitting on reception doesnt know how to respond to a patient she was continuously on call and not even listening properly what we want to say. Doctor's time is 5:00 PM to 06:00 PM but he will not come before 06:00 PM. Who doesn't care about time I don't think they should be rated '0' ... Consultation wise he is ok. And yes despite having swiping machine they won't swipe card. So if after reading this you really want to go for consultation, carry cash.

Worst experience ever. My family ( Spouse and 2 kids) did a Covid test from MGM Hospital as they have to travel Dubai and surprisingly it came positive even my 8year Daughter and 2 1/2yr Son. . We knew that, they have not exposed anywhere and not had a single symptoms of Corona. So I asked them to do a another test from Apollo hospital, Navi Mumbai on same day and as expected it came negative. Also, they have taken more amount (2800rs per person) than as regulated by Govt (2200rs). They don’t have separate counter or attender for Covid positive patient which were coming while my wife was in queue for billing.

Never seen such a dirty hospital till now...all the nurses and interns are full, they don't have any knowledge...no common sense to talk to patients at all.. Pregnant women are requested not to visit this clinic by mistake. Without any knowledge, the interns and nurses there play with the life of the patient and the baby..they are just passing the time, they are sitting with their finger in the mobile phone, while they are standing in front of the patient, they make them wait and sit in front of them drinking vada pav tea.
