Well managed and clean hospital

LOOT, LOOT, Fraud. my brother had an accident and on emergency we went their for the treatment on the night of Holi, The doctor was not even keen to check my brother how is the wound initally they are telling us if u can afford the service then be here orelse try muncipality hospital. how the hell is he to judge us. next we went to Reliance Hospital Koparkhairane.

Its one of the best hospital with affordable rates for middle class people. CEO Dr Mahesh has fulfilled his promise & discounted the final bill on my Sister Inlaws Operation & hospital expense. Even the Oncologist Dr Rahulkumar who operated her is a good human being which in today's time are less seen. Overall a very good hospital with nursing staff & All Thanks to SSD & team.

Not good for patient who have mediclaim policy... From previous 4 days I'm admitted here but still there is a no improvement.

We met Dr Shweta in March,22. The aura of calmness which she carries with herself can't be described in words. She is so humble, so grounded with such an expertise of 20+ years. I always had a phobia with Hospitals but the way she guided us throughout the pregnancy was extraordinary. Mine was a case with complications but her motivation and positivity gave me so much ease that i really enjoyed the journey. I completed my full term and now blessed with a handsome little boy! Thank you Shweta Ma'am, you will always be very very special to us! No words can describe how thankful we are to you from our Day 1 interaction with you. Such an amazing human being you are! dr sneh thadani took full cash payment for laser hair reduction and suspended the treatment partly. As it was causing us inconvenience , we asked for refund but she paid less than 1/4th of the amount back to us. Pure money making business. All her treatments are very expensive, and price for single session is so high that you'll be forced to opt for full package with no installment option. I do not recommend her clinic as I saw zero results from treatment.

After lockdown the hospital started showing inhumanity towards paitent, I was visited to OPD (consultation charge 800/) with my mother on 2nd October and Dr. has suggested some blood test which usually takes 4-5 days to get report, I have visited again to show the reports after 7days without paitent and they are again took 700/ follow up charges(before lockdown it was 500) and they are providing head shield and taking Rs. 25/ but with the logo and name of the hospital which is illegal. People should make a strong protect against it that they are taking money from paitent and paitent family with complete utilisation of the free advertisement of the hospital.

SSD hospital came as a saving grace for me … I started developing very fast heart rate and felt really bad on a Sunday morning. I came to SSD hospital as it was the nearest hospital and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life .. the staff was very fast to understand my problem and the doctor on duty was very fast to react. Dr Aarthi was able to identify the problem and she gave me the correct treatment which has helped me to be on the road to recovery much faster. Thank you once again

They have all the facilities which needs to become a good health care centre, but they really lack in terms of good doctor, they hardly have any specialists. From diabetes to kidney ailments everything is only handled by general physicians which is really poor. They tend to deal everything alone and therefore make patients suffer badly. Choose a hospital where they can atleast address your proper health issues.visiting ssd is a waste of money, time and efforts.

One of the worst Hospital... My experience in Casualty ward was totally Bad and the staff behaviour was totally ridiculous and cruel. They wer busy only in one patient because they wer suppose to get big money from him. They totally ignored my Dad whose diabetes was very high and BP was also very high. They directly said to get admitted in the hospital no medicines was given by them as he refused to get admit in the hospital. Then I went to the Lions hospital they treated my dad with soft behaviour. Never visit this hospital only money making process. Totally Insane.

Charges for consulting+facesheild+registration fees 800+50+50 =900 sonography charges 2300 it's too high.. (if you visited again for consulting in next 15 days again they charge 800 rs. The hospital and doctors total loot formula is going on...

This hospital just have an aim to collect as much money as they can through giving unnecessary medicine and treatment. And they don't have specialist , only general physicians. And when we ask about the treatment they are all speechless. They have all the facilities but it's good for nothing . They don't take emergencies which can jeopardize someone's life. Even the ENT specialist treats so badly that it can lead to other problems. So, whenever you have a choice to visit here, think twice and save your life.

Unfortunately, I went there for heart issue which I was not aware of and SSD also couldn't identify. BP & ECG taken every hour for 5-6 hours. finally I was transferred to another hospital as SSD didn't have the required skill and equipment. Charged 20000 + 5500 rs medicines IN 6 hours. I dont have any personal conflicts with SSD but 30000/- is big amount for middle class people. Medical Insurance is common now a days, so please use it wisely and avoid SSD.

they loot people, here you will find gang of doctor , lab tecnician, sonography, who will completely pull you in trap. Please dont go here even they call for free treatment. Please beware from Specially Dr. Rekha Kaushal .

Staff is courteous, Helpful and Knowledgeable. They help you with everything possible in their hands. Only drawback which I hope is temporary is the non-availability of canteen inside the premises and the food they deliver for patient is sometimes get cold as they get it from other hospital canteen.

This one is a long due review for Dr. Shweta Upadhyay... I would like to thank Ma'am for making my pregnancy journey smooth and hassle free with her support and guidance. We consulted Dr. Shweta Upadhyay in the first week of August last year that is 2021. From then till my delivery date, she has always guided me in the best possible way... Though my pregnancy was not complicated but I am quite a nervous and anxious person, each time during my visit to Doctor, I had an ample of questions and she was very patient and did address to all my questions. She has been the most informative, supportive and caring doctor I have met. The nine month journey with her has been so easy and comfortable. Even during the birth of our son (it was a c-sec) she kept talking to me which is something I will always remember. Our pregnancy journey with her been a blessing !! My son was admitted to hospital on 03-Jun-2023 for High Fever. When I was admitted to emergency ward the nursing staff in emergency ward is not experienced. They can't take blood samples properly due to which lot of blood wasted. When we were shifted to 7th floor under Dr. Shushmita Gupta...she is very nice and experience pediatrician. My son get well in 24 hours time. The nursing staff on 7th floor is very good and cooperative. On 7th floor room no. 1 bed was in broken state and not repaired. The AC was not working which was repaired after complaint. Overall good experience and thanks to Sai Snehadeep Hospital for best treatment and best of luck for future improvements.

It was my first surgery and Excellent treatment by Dr. Anupama kashid. She is very understanding and listens to your concerns. She explained well in details about procedure of surgery and recovery. Nursing and cleaning staffs are very polite in nature. Good cleanliness maintained in hospital. The experience was very good in SSD from admission to discharge.

awesome hospital I was hospitalized here for surgery yesterday in my right hand under orthopaedic doctor Rohan and experience was so good. i had plate implant in right hand finger and it was smooth surgery. it was my first surgery of life and i didnt feel like first as OT staff is so friendly. I have been coming here from 12 years and hospital staff is so friendly, front desk is also super supportive and more important is ease of claim process. I would recommend few doctors from here such as J N Kaushal(Physician), Rohan bhivgade (ortho surgeon), shweta upadhyay (gynaecologist), Amit saxena ( pediatrician)

Dr. Arathi Gadwalkar is a great doctor who is truly invested in patients’ health. She takes care of her patients like family members and pays close attention to detail and considers a variety of factors when prescribing a treatment plan. Dr. Arathi Gadwalkar is a great doctor who truly have a lot of patience and thorough knowledge for patients’ health and safety. She understands and acknowledge patients history and give a detailed explanation. My father was admitted for malaria and dengue where she did an amazing job with guiding us with proper medication She is very prompt in responding and follow ups. I visited SSD 22 Sept after calling Mr. Vinay, who said that vaccination is available and I can come by 3 to 4 p.m. I took short break from my office and reached at 2.50 pm, but receptionist informed that since there were very few individuals for vaccination, they have closed for the day at 11.00 a.m., and I can get the same from other hospital OR some other day. Mr. Vinay was completely unaware of this information. Yesterday my friend met an accident so we immediately rushed to this hospital as it was very emergency, I really appreciate the hospital staff and doctor for their quick response they immediately took my friend to emergency room for treatment, now my friend is ok he had minor surgery on his leg but he is fine, within 1 or 2 day he will be discharged from hospital, i am very thankful to doctor and staff and will recommend everyone this hospital for any medical assistance.

All doctors and hospital staff is really very caring and attentive. But the hospital is quite expensive. I got admitted due to chest pain and within 2 days they billed us huge and called me for follow up 5th day of discharge. When we went for the follow up they charged us extra 700 rs .there was no place to rest properly for relatives of the icu patient.

Really feel fortunate that we found out about this hospital and decided to do my wife's delivery of twins here. In today's times where we see every hospital or doctor trying to loot from patients, SSD hospital comes out honest and ethical. Every one, from the front reception staff to the cleaning staff and nurses and doctors and the admin staff, everyone was helpful. The final bill was exactly as per the chosen package, no extra charges. The service was as per apollo standards. The floors and the rooms were regularly cleaned throughout 24 hours. The admin staff were pro-active in approaching us and checking us if we had any issues. Sisters took care of the kids pro-actively. So happy to see doctors being honest and not trying to loot us or trying to extend the stay. My first child was born in another local renowned clinic, but it was a pathetic experience. We have even explored other renowned over-expensive new age maternity hospitals. After this experience, we feel satisfied that we got more than full value of our money spent. For hardworking middle class, this hospital gives a sigh of relief. We will definitely recommend everyone in our circle and to readers here to consult in SSD first before taking any decision of your upcoming procedures.

One of the best hospital in Navi Mumbai. My son was admitted for his tongue tie release operation. The care we received was very good and the staff also is well behaved. On 19th july I was suddenly infected with severe fever ,n needed emergency treatment,. Knowing that hospital beds were difficult to get in Mumbai,my daughter took decision to call up sai sneh deep hospital in NaviMumbai who without any delay admited me in ICU n started emergency treatment for high fever.n carried out all tests on urgent basis including for covid. I tested negative for covid.n treatment was directed against other infection. They controlled fever n infection so well that in 4 days i was made well,though weak due to my treated sickness. The Hospital had very good doctors, nursing staff,in house equipments, n regularly checking staff. The costs were very reasonable n with cashless facility.I wonder why patient wait for hospital bed in Mumbai where as good facilities r in such hospital.I highly recommend this Hospital.

Dr. Rekha Kaushal at SSD is an experienced and very professional gynaecologist with tremendous years of work experience. Her timely guidance and supervision helped me deliver my baby without any complications. She is always available for our service and instant help whenever needed. All the process right from day 1 to the delivery of baby was smoothly executed and also the hospital facilities, nurses and staff are excellent. We were greeted with cake and a photo frame. Also, the main entrance door was decorated with balloons. There was no issues faced during the whole process and I am thankful to Dr. Rekha Kaushal and whole team of Sai Snehadeep Hospital.

Not visited yet, but oversea review I am giving, Sai Snehdeep Hospital is Koparkhairane's first multi specialty hospital and one of the best multispeciality hospital in Navi Mumbai. It is spacious, fully air-conditioned, state-of-the-art 80 bedded hospital with 12 bedded fully-equipped ICCU and 6 bedded NICU. It has all other ultra-modern facilities & advanced clinical & diagnostic equipment managed by highly qualified clinical, para-clinical and non-clinical staff. Our first project Lakshdeep Hospital was established in 1989. It has been 25 years and Lakshdeep Hospital was to be one of the preferred destinations for quality Health-Care from all over Navi Mumbai.

if you want to be DEAD then go to Sai Snehdeep Hospital. The hospital failed to recognise a medical emergency of a heart attack and took 45 minutes to admit my mother to ICU after we paid money upfront. By that time, my mother's pulse dropped and she couldn't be revived and died 2 hours later. Is the responsibility of a hospital/doctor only to collect money and not save a life. Such is the condition of healthcare where it has failed to recognise the seriousness of a heart attack where every minute is important and they took 45 minutes only to admit my mother on the fateful night of September 14, 2020. My father and sister have gone in depression due to their decision of taking my mother to this unethical hospital and my mother ultimately paying the price with her death. Not enough was done in a timely manner. If anyone can learn from this and a life can be saved, I and my family will get some kind of closure. It has been more than 3 months since my mother left us but the thought that she could be saved still haunts us.

Went for Covid vaccination. No AC. Fans were not working. Even did not provide a proper Bill/Receipt for Covid vaccine. Not even a digitised Bill.

Excellent service with supportive staffs. Our experience in OPD as well as in ward was good. Sisters are well behaved and supportive 24 hours. Price is bit higher but hospitality is quite good.

Please don't go for vaccination here they are wasting time as per the schedule not happening as per the slot time it is not happening. Stafe also not giving proper answer 2pm to 3pm is our lunch time if your slot is at that time what I can do wait for some time.

All doctors and hospital staff is really very caring and attentive. My friend was admitted in emergency when all the other hospital were occupied with covid patient and therefore we took our friend to SSD hospital which was really best decision as all the covid measures and protocals were followed and timely treatment could have saved my friend. Thanks to hospital staff, doctors and management of SSD Hospital.

My father got operated here, the place is very nice and friendly. The staff is good, the cleanliness is good, the doctors are brilliant. All small and big precautions are taken by staff to ensure patient's comfort.

The cleanliness in this hospital is awesome. The whole nursing staff is cooperative, well trained with lot's of patience. Overall recommendable for hassel free treatment.

I had my first baby at SSD, there is no doubt about Doctors and Nurses care , intelligence and guidance,but had multiple issues with cleaning and other services they provide in Delux rooms, my child was in NICU for few days and nurse should be there with her 24*7,They do not have enough staff so sometimes they ask parents only to stay with child. will advice others that get treatment from same doctors in other hospitals instead of getting admitted in SSD.

Overall, a very good hospital.... the front office team, doctor's panel, nursing team and housekeeping and support staff are very responsible and responsive to the patients needs. consulting services was very understanding of our needs. Keep up the good work.....front staff Minal working very good His attitude is very good She is working very hard.

Fraud alert: Unfortunately caught in a affordplan based payment fraud at Sai Snehdeep Hospital. I have balance in affortdplan payment option but hospital has stopped taking payment from affordplan so lost my money. Never expected this from SSD hospital where I have been visiting from last 2 yrs now.

My daughter was admitted here for 2 days. All co-doctors , nursing staff & cleaning staff was very polite & they all have took excellent care of my daughter. All the facilities provided by them are upto the mark and very good. Definitely going to recommend for this hospital to my family & friends.
