Hospital is good. But we can't work there with a peaceful mind. The time of interview they said one thing and lateron they change it and compel the staff to sign in to the bond paper which is not applicable in any hospital. And hostel providing for the staff is not at all good. No proper ventilation and fan. If complaint them they tell bring your own fan. In this climate the staffs are suffering a lot in that hostel. So better not to send your ward for a job here.

In this hospital - Doctors are good - Nursing team leader (Benny) and nursing staff of 4th floor are at best below average. - Response time to on call or emergency button in the room is > 20-30 minutes. So you must plan for such emergency. - Housekeeping staff is least interested is cleaning and mostly not available when required. - Even if your patient is vomiting no one bothers to listen. Nurses conveniently say ‘Mamma aayega’ (Support staff will come but they do not inform further). - Nurses to bed ratio is very low - Cleanliness is much below expectation. Only superficial cleaning is done. Overall not good experience and the place is discouraging due to a support staff and nursing.

Hello Greetings for the day!!! Here I have a bad experience of the doctor. Pankaj Maheshwari. First of all Dr. Do not listen to the concerns of the patient and is always in the attitude like there is no doctor as good as him. If patients calls to doctor for some concerns, he says "Aisa call nai karna" hum visit k liye aayege. See, we have concerns we will call and we want reply to our queries. Patient Mr. Anilsingh R. Thakur got admitted in the hospital on 26th August, 2020 and Dr. Only visited in the OT. I hope so queries were not resolved. Dr. Has very good knowledge. No doubt. But Hospital should not forget we patients come to your hospital and Hence, u earn ur revenue and all employees get paid for it and even doctors are paid from the money which we spent on for the treatment. So no body is doing favour on anyone. But if you are a doctor you should be very calm, very down to earth and should answer all the question. Very very dishartened with the nature of Dr. Pankaj Maheshwari.

We used the services of Fortis for our first pregnancy. Right from initial formalities, the process was very smooth. Needless to say, the hospital has very well trained team of gynaecologists, paediatricians, physiotherapists that work in sync with each other. The hospital is very well staffed. Senior nurses are very well trained and experienced. Fortis has well trained team of in house lactation experts. Their advice helped us during initial breastfeeding.

Pathetic service. Doctors are good but the staff and management has gone down the drain. This was one of the best hospitals 5 years ago. The current management has spoilt everything. They don’t serve breakfast and start giving medications. How is the patient supposed to bear the medicine without eating anything?! They will admit you immediately but the treatment starts only after 5-6hours! I have never seen such a pathetic service! Please improve! This is not the way you treat patients!

My mother, 80 Years old had a fall recently & had compression L2 Spine fracture, she was Bedridden for 15 days, From one of my friends I came to know of Vertebroplasty is a procedure in which a special cement is injected into a fractured vertebra performed by Dr. VIKAS GUPTE, a small surgery in which Bone cement is injected in the fractured bone, I consulted Dr. VIKAS GUPTE for it and on his advice we decided to undergo surgery in FORTIS hospital mulund, due to surgery my mother could recover the very next day. Without surgery, waiting for natural healing, she would have been bedridden for 2 months & many complications like bedsores & urine infections. I would suggest to undergo this surgery .THANKS DOCTOR for quick recovery..

One of the best hospitals in Mumbai Region, and one of my most trusted hospitals. The Nursing staff is extremely professional, well trained and experienced and the Team of Doctors is excellent. My brother was treated for COVID-19 and my father underwent Hernioplasty recently, both received extremely proper care and treatment. Keep up the good work!

    (Translated by Google) Experience that cannot be expressed in words but tries - I had heard that Mulund Fortis is a very big hospital. In this Corona period, Fortis Hospital is becoming a resuscitation. With the help of Kiritji Somaya and my friend Sagar Kulkarni, I got a bed for my father in Fortis on the 22nd ... I was relieved but suddenly in the middle of the night I got hungry to receive my father's message It only took 1 day because then there was a sister and some congregation there to take care of my father like my father so that my aching soul would calm down. Even if I called in the middle of the night, my father would get all the facilities on one phone ... in a big hospital like Fortis Dimanti has a lot of people but I don't know why my father used to text me ... I used to forward the same message to Chetan Surani, Omkar Gaikwad, Milan Shah and Rohit Bhandarwar ... so what? In a few moments, Baba would be questioned and he would get the facility ... Maybe Baba texted me and whether he got what he wanted or not, Baba would have texted me a little to make him feel better if someone came near him. The inconvenience is the same now, no matter how much you do But once brought under observation, the four of them did not allow any complaint to come again ... Initially, the doctor himself used to call twice a day and once a day to inform about Baba's health ... Baba's diet ... Baba's physiotherapy, Baba's treatment. It happened ... Omkar and Rohit took care of Baba just like their own father ... Both of them and Madam Milan Shah liked Madam the most. I will always be indebted to everyone 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I am deliberately writing at the end about Dr. Rahul Pandit Sir ... At present, due to Corona in the state, if anyone is more busy and struggling than the government, then Dr. Rahul Pandit Sir takes time to check Baba many times. Kelly ... Dr. Rahul Pandit Sir and Kiritji Somaya came running for me like God, I will always be indebted to them As soon as Baba returned home safely, these were the words of my family, friends and well-wishers ... * Because of Fortis and all the above congregation, Baba returned home safely * (Original)

The lady at the billing desk entrance located at ground floor is very uncooperative. We had my uncle who underwent a surgery for which we had to sort the billing documents related to insurance, the insurance process is quite extensive and we wanted that me and my husband go sort it out, however the staff was not allowing to move inside the billing counter stating COVID as the reason. I don't think the staff understands the problem and hence I don't recommend this hospital to anyone as it causes quite a lot of irritation due to irrational restrictions. Also, I saw the lady at ground floor outside block B who stopped us was herself not wearing the mask properly and then quoting COVID protocol to deny us entry. I hope the hospital takes appropriate measures to help patients and their family instead of harassing them in this way.

Doctors are highly qualified and experienced but the administration can be improved. Besides them having all the data of the patient, we still need to go and collect some reports in person instead of having online access. The staff need better training in hospitality probably. They made us back and forth few times for no reason except that they lack clarity.

Fortis Hospital is one of the top hospitals. I was in their maternity section "The NEST"- the whole of 10th floor is specially created for mothers and babies. I am specially grateful to my Gynaecologist - Dr. Girish Sabnis, who took utmost care and made my whole Pregnancy journey very comfortable. I am also specifically thankful to my Baby's Pediatrician- Dr. Jesal Sheth. She's a super doctor who provides you with small little details of your baby and builds your confidence on how to attend and understand your Baby and their sounds and language. I am also thankful to all the assisting doctors of Dr. Sabnis and Dr. Jesal Seth - for always being around and addressing our concerns. Also, the physiotherapists are very good and visit you twice in a day. The dietician for taking special care in giving foods that boosts supply of breast milk. A special thanks to Lactation Counselor - Dr. Suchita Ghag for counseling you for the right methods and techniques of breast feeding- she's just more than wonderful and her techniques are extremely necessary for 1st time mothers like me. Additionally, I am thankful to the whole team of nurses- to name a few Shree Lakhshmi, Karishma etc. on the 10th floor who attends you within a minute of your ringing a Bell for them. They are caring and make you feel extremely comfortable and are ready to take every small little duty. Last but not the least, the housekeeping staff for maintaining necessary hygiene and for being on their toes to keep the best of the standard cleanliness in and around you. I am thankful beyond words to the whole team at the Fortis Hospital for making my Postpartum journey comfortable. Rating : 10/10 AND, BEYOND.

Very good hospital & professional staff. Its more expensive than other hospitals but they have good transparency in all communication. They have a dedicated Estimate department which gives fairly accurate estimate of a planned treatment. Also they provide companion rooms for relatives during operation & ICU phases. Go for it for quality treatment provided you have a health insurance.

Dear Fortis Mulund Family, Just wanted to convey my heartfelt thanks to all of you for treating my wife, who was admitted for Covid. Right from the beginning, the experience was wonderful.A special thanks to Mr.Chetan Surani and Mr.Durgadas Shetty who took great efforts in providing a bed and then personally attending me and assuring me of all possible help. They were very positive in their approach and displayed commitment to their profession. The admission process was done without any hassles. I also want to thanks Dr.Anita Mathew who skillfully treated my wife so she could be discharged on the 6th day and even called me and appraised me about her health. I would specially mention one thing with great respect, the day my wife was discharged, she offered some money to the nursing staff as well as the house keeping staff as a token of gratitude and appreciation, but not one of them accepted it in spite of her insisting a few times. This was a pleasant surprise for her. Lastly i salute your entire team for your dedication, commitment and social approach towards humanity and treating the patients in their difficult times with utmost care.Keep up your good work.God bless you all. Best Regards, ACP Indrajeet Karle SID Thane.

my mother, kumkum jindal, was treated at this hospital for a CABG she stayed at this hospital from 12 aug 2020 to 24 aug 2020 the hospital in all its services is impeccable let me begin with the most important, the nursing staff 1) under sister Tito"s guidance, they were the best, it would be unfair to name one, but each one was extremely polite, they knew their work, they were caring and dealt with my mom with utmost patience All the nurses at the ICU are always on their toes, not a moments rest 2) the house keeping staff-they themselves were very very clean, and would make sure every corner of the hospital was kept spick and span 3) service by sodexo was on point 4) security lady - Asha, always smiling, busy checking everyones passes but with a smile 5) last but not the least a special shout out to Dr. Satish Javali- he answered all our questions with utmost ease, we felt safe with mom under his treatment, gave us nothing but positive vibes.. they could improve their food quality having said that, fortis mulund is one of the best hospitals...

We were given an appointment for 5PM and got to meet the Doctor only by 9PM. Thank God, we didn't get the patient along as we only wanted to share the reports. It's surprising that Fortis charges ₹1600, consulting charges for checking the reports. Anyways am fine with that. But in this pandemic situation, I think making the huge crowd of patients (many of them were standing as they didn't get place to sit) wait for so many hours is incorrect thing to do. Also I checked with the receptionist if it was the usual thing to happen and he says sometimes it's even more crowded and waiting for long is everyday activity. A proper management in appointment is important. I would say a maximum of 1 hour is fine waiting for a Doctor. But waiting for more than 4.5 hours is really felt Sad. Am sorry for giving a straightforward but genuine feedback. Hope that improves. Otherwise I would say Dr. Boman Dhabhar is a brilliant doctor. And that's why we didn't mind waiting.

While the facility and infrastructure is world class the management of patient inflow is poor, doctor's attitude and behaviour is extremely rude and impolite. The testing staff is not welcoming and reception staff though very polite has zero visibility of exact schedule of the doctors. Appointment term is a joke.

Fortis Hospital Mulund is my go to place for any health related issue, whatsoever. It is here where I first visited Dr. Sangeeta Raodeo in 2021, an OBGYN par excellence. She conducted my lap myomectomy surgery in Jan 2022 with her able team of doctors and nurses and I have been visiting her ever since. I conceived in Oct 2022 and my LSCS was planned in the last week of June 2023. Throughout my pregnancy Dr. Sangeeta had supported me immensely with her kind and compassionate ways and her positive spirit. What I have always been awestruck with about her is her grounded nature inspite of her immense knowledge and expertise. The OPD nurses too were kind and friendly. Come June 2023, a new maternity ward was inaugurated in Fortis Mulund, named the 'Nest'. Dr. Sangeeta urged me to plan a visit to the ward prior to my delivery. I was absolutely smitten. The ward looked and felt nothing short of a good 3 star hotel. The sober decor, the furniture, the colour theme all were to the point and it removed whatsoever little discomfort I had in my mind about getting admitted to a hospital. I got admitted on 26th June night. My surgery was due the next day. The pre-op procedures started at night and the so very kind and compassionate nurses took care of them in such a way that even the most uncomfortable procedure seemed easy. In the OT, my anaesthetist took complete charge of me. She counselled and comforted me and she made the epidural shot so easy! I had heard so much about how painful it was, but in her hands everything went smooth. The OT nurses hele onto me when I was shivering in fear, with utmost care. My Gynac Dr. Sangeeta is an amazing person and a doctor. The entire procedure went smooth, all the while my anaesthetist filling me on the details and seeing to my needs. A zillion thanks to the OT staff. Cut to my recovery phase in the hospital. It wasn't easy with the pain from the C-section and my heightened pain sensitivity made it worse. During this period almost every nurse who attended me saw me weep in pain. What touched me the most was their extreme caring attitude. They took such good care of me and my baby! I had mental peace though there was physical pain. A special mention goes to Sister Aswini, who in true sense of the term behaved like a sister to me. When I was in pain, she placed her hand on my head with a lot of affection, relaxed me and took charge of my baby and everything she did, she did with high spirits and the warmest smile. I must mention Sister Srilaxmi, sister Ruchita, Sister Anu tresa, Sister Siddina and every other sister whose name I have missed. I do not know the names of all the attending nurses but they have all been very kind to us. Sister Shuvangi would come and visit me every single day and see that I was comfortable. She also taught me the nuances and importance of breastfeeding the baby. The housekeeping staff and canteen staff were all very courteous and helpful. Rekha maushi, one of the housekeeping staffs was very sweet and kind. The day I was released from the hospital the sweet sweet nurse sisters under Sister Shuvangi had arranged for a cake cutting ceremony. We were deeply touched. Honestly speaking, after the ease and comfort of the hospital I kind of dreaded coming back home. Once home, I missed the hospital and the sweet nurses and their support, however crazy it may sound. The 'Nest' is an experience. I am sure it is the manifestation of a prayer of every single individual working in the maternity department. My heartfelt gratitude to every doctor, nurse and staff of the maternity ward in Fortis Hospital, Mulund.

It gives me a mess pleasure to write this testimony of what I have experienced at the Fortis Hospital, Mulund where I have visited with my wife for pregnancy’s procedure. It is our first baby after a long journey of married life. My wife is a patient with chronic Blood pressure and during pregnancy it got worse, she was almost breathless and in additional to this she had severe pain due to swollen Legs. In Fortis Hospital, firstly we met Dr. Sangeeta Raodeo, Gynecologist who is extremely sympathetic and admirable personality to meet with as she ensured all timely actions to be taken for premature delivery of my wife as a result of it; we have been blessed with a boy baby. Even Nursing Staffs namely Karishma, Nikita etc were prompt in providing all medicine prescription on time for speedy recovery of my wife’s post delivery. Due to premature delivery, our baby / new one was low weight. Then Dr. Jesal Sheth, Senior Pediatrician, NICU Ward, Fortis Hospital swung into action alongwith her team and took all timely actions / protocols necessary for the well being of our low weight baby. Dr. Jesal Sheth Madam apart from being a Doctor is a charismatic and energetic personality, what sets her apart is not just her technical expertise but also her compassionate approach towards the Infant babies in her NICU Ward. There was also outstanding support given by Nursing Staff and Intern Doctors of NICU Ward, who works under supervision of Dr. Jesal Sheth Madam, to name few Dr. Nafisa, Dr. Megha, Dr. Anjali, Dr. Ana and Nursing Staffs OF NIC to name few Aarefa, Sulakshana, Sandra, Sharin, Karuna, Reshma, Gautami, Manisha, Gayatri, etc., who works under the vigilant supervision of Tito Madam, Head of NICU Ward and least known and vital to say that Cleaning Staffs who ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene condition on the 10th floor, which is especially kept reserved for Pregnant ladies and Infant babies admitted in the Fortis Hospital. Dr. Jesal Sheth’s counseling sessions were very important to attend as she assisted us in understanding behavior pattern of our baby and clarified several queries therefore; we are and will be in continuous touch with her for our baby's Medical assistance in future. From the bottom of my heart, I and my wife are thankful to all the Doctors (Dr. Girija Suresh, Dr. Anita Mathew, Dr. Sameer Sadawarte, Dr. Sharang Ravindra Wartikar Dr. Sweta Budyal and Staffs of Fortis Hospital, Mulund, who medically treated and took care of our baby and brought a proud, memorable and auspicious moment in our married life by handing over healthy baby in our empty Hands. God bless all. The Nursing and supporting staff are very courteous and takes care of all the minute requirements very well. Would like to thanks Ms. Apurva Kadam, Sneha Madam from TPA Department for being prompt and helping us through all the documentation works in Billing Counter.

_My son was in a critical condition when we took him to Fortis hospital, Mulund west. But the doctors and the staff were very quick to start with the proceedings for the treatment. We were very worried for him but after some time a security guard Mr. Shyam Sundar Nirgun arrived over there by greeting us with a Namaste. He was very polite in interacting with us, his kind words of asking us to be patient, to keep calm and trust the process gave us mental strength. He also asked us not to worry and to have some food to stay physically strong as well. Mr. Nirgun's presence literally felt like an avatar of god. The base and importance of such kind words certainly plays a bigger role so as that of medicines. I would personally salute security guards like *Mr. Shyam Sudar Nirgun* who help in increasing a person's mental strength in such situations apart from following their own 12-hour duty. I am very thankful to all the staff of Emergency ward 🙏🏻🙏🏻_

I recently delivered my baby girl at Fortis. I was under Dr. Atul Ganatra's care and he made sure to make our first time delivery experience as stress free as it could be. Upon meeting him and Dr. Freni the first time we felt an instant comfort level and knew we were in good hands. Thanks to Dr. Rajen Doshi and team for seeing us through a jaundice scare and constantly easing our first time parents worries about the baby. A big shout out to the excellent nursing staff led by sister Tito especially sisters Adhira, Sneha and Jismy for being the rockstars they are. Their dedication to their work is exemplary. A big thanks to Minal Patankar at the sonography section front desk for helping me out of a tight spot! The rooms could use renovation and some old equipment may need replacement (I'm told the new wing is much better and is being used for Covid care right now)

The staff, Ms Seema Kotian helped in explaining everything in detail and was very good at follow up. Mr.Pratik Atre and Ms.Ankita Lad helped a lot with Insurance claims and their advice helped a lot. The Fortis Hospital Mulund has been very good for my family for last 5-6 years. We had multiple occasions where my family members were hospitalized for various reasons, but all the treating doctors came across to us as very compassionate, knowledgeable and taking decision in the best interest of patient. 6 years back, my father-in-law underwent CABG (bypass) which went successfully. Dr. Rajeev Karnik and Dr. Nilesh Maru were very supportive at that time. Recently around 4 months back, my father (80) was admitted in the hospital for his COVID-19 treatment. He was there for 12 days in ICU. Dr. Haresh and Dr Preyas Vaidya treated him excellently, and we truly appreciate the care provided to see him through that difficult time. Even 2 weeks back, my bro-in-law underwent CABG and Dr Rajeev Karnik and Dr. Manish Hinduja and their teams were so forthcoming to help and assuring. The updates provided by hospital team even during the 6 hours long process was very comforting. It’s heartening if you are assured that your patient is at great hands and is being treated with utmost care. Thank you so much Fortis Hospital Mulund for valuable service.

    (Translated by Google) My father admitted him for angioplasty, thank you for the angioplasty on the same day he was admitted, but before or after the angioplasty, the doctor (Dr Hasmukh Rawat) did not consult in any way, not even met us ... While the angioplasty was going on, I was told to stop in the waiting room (which was actually the store room) but no one came and told me that the operation had not taken place even after the operation. It took about 4 hours. The bed was taken for angioplasty at 11.30 am and shifted to the ICU at 3.30 am. While shifting, I told the staff that the patient had breakfast at 6.30 am and did not eat anything even after I completed the PROCEDURE in the ICU. There was nothing to eat even when we met, tea and 2 biscuits were brought while I was there. We were told on the day we were admitted, that angioplasty would take place on the same day, the general ward would shift the next day..but the next day at 1pm (giving feedback at 1pm) none of the hospital staff contacted us, Since the waiting room is not close to the ICU, he cannot visit the patient, nor does he understand exactly what is going on. (Security staff help as much as possible by following the hospital rules ... 👍) I will post overall review after discharge ... So far, the angioplasty was admitted on the same day, only 2nd star ...

Since the pandemic, Fortis has always been helpful and prioritising towards my police staff and helped in recovering them as well with proper medication , I never thought that I will be the one facing this virus along with my wife as she had come in my contact too. It was with the help of Mr Wankhede and Mr Chetan Surani I was able to get a covid ward and start the treatment as soon as possible together with my wife . I’m grateful that me and my wife were treated and kept together in the same ward and were in total presence of the doctors and staff . I Thank Dr. Kirti Sabnis for giving her 100 percent in this situation and will be always thankful. Also , my son who was at home was tested positive after two days and was alone at home .Then ,With the guidance of Mr Wankhede and Mr Chetan Surani we opted for home care programme for my son and his treatment was started soon as well and recovered fast . After the discharge me and wife were back home and were in constant touch with Fortis regarding on our updates on the Health and observation of our medicines and nutrients intake. With all this experience I faced I’m really humble and grateful to All The Doctors and frontline workers of this pandemic who did not have any second thoughts to give up on our life . With all my personal experience faced and in my life and death situation I’m very positive about our doctors and government who are indefinitely giving their blood and sweat for us . I can’t be thankful enough throughout my life to Doctors , Mr Wankhede and Mr Chetan surani for connecting every now and then and being a helping hand . My kid is admitted in the hospital. The doctors are really good, but the nurses care more about maintaining paperwork than patients. No timely check and medicines, proactive patient care is totally missing. Even if you ask them, you will have to remind them thrice and still wait for hours for simplest request.

Single AC rooms stink and there was non stop noise at night of some machines running apart from shouting of nurses and ward boys.. Patients find it difficult to sleep due to so much noise ..Nurses forget what the doctor tells them to do or were too busy attending to other patients as they had to be reminded of what they need to do.Also most things seems to be out of stock

The surgery was done on time and everything was a success. We were also discharged 4 days from the date of surgery. There were no post surgery complications. Doctor was also kind enough to inform me after the surgery that everything went OK. Mr. Akshay helped us through the estimate and admission procedures and also fix up the date of surgery. Times and again horrible experience in terms of appointment. They book the appointment, makw you wait for 45/50 minutes and even if you are first in the line, they will send some relatives in ! Are the non relatives not paying? People donot have time value? Going to hospital is picknic where you plan the whole day? I have alteady spoken to your PE team, in person and they have assured of updating me on the proceedings. I hipe they do and take actions on the given Doctor. Also not to forget, like I shared with them - the appointment booking is a stupid exercise which a patient has to do, the doctor goes on the round at the time of appointment (when patients are waiting down), the team has no courtesy to call up patients and inform incasw there is a delay in doctor's schedule. Hope administration understands it is not teh doctor who is at loss as they are making enough money in their private clinics and visits; it is not patient who is loosing because after couple of horrible experiences they will find another hospital where they charge less fee and treat you better ( like I will do now), it is the hospital who is fetching bad name, it is hospitak who will loose respect, trust and number of people coming to them. This "chalta hai" attitude can be really very expensive!

  • 1/5 Vivek K. 2 years ago on Google
The doctors are undoubtedly good. But administration is major let down. Appointment has no sanctity, reception in OPD is rude, you cant step out as you pay in advance .. doctor coming late is a legit excuse. as per the receptionist, for people to wait hours post your appointment time

  • 1/5 Salil B. 2 years ago on Google
Very badly managed OPD. Post operation we went for the follow up. OPD staff does not know where doctor is and when he will visit OPD. They will never inform you or update you on expected waiting time. After waiting for more than 3 Hours we returned back without consultation. OPD staff promised to refund the consulting charges in 24 Hours, but we had to follow up multiple times and got refund after 4 days, that too after a lot of fight. Not at all recommended.

We have been visiting the hospital’s oncology day care department to get Chemotherapy for my brother. The staff here (Shubhangi Pawar and her team) is extremely efficient, caring and meticulous. We feel like we are at home during the 5-6 hours that we spend here every fortnight. The housekeeping and general ambience of the department too is worth a special mention. Though visiting a hospital again is something which nobody prays for, we would recommend Fortis Mulund for the special expertise and care provided by them to all. Thanks.

I've recently completed treatment under the Oncology department at Fortis hospital. My experience has been completely painless and hassle free throughout. The nurse staff has been most cooperative, professional, loving and friendly especially Sheetal G, Asha, Monica, Shubhangi, Reshma, Poonam and Dr Sneha from Onco department have been really kind and helpful.

Have been here for nearly 4-5 times till now in last 6 years for my family members and myself. The admission process was fine and they have tried to consider all procedures hassle free and under standard (but somewhat flexible or human) protocols. Overall a satisfactory experience. Mine was always under the corporate health insurance every time, so relate this experience accordingly.

I'd say that it's the best hospital in Mumbai City. I myself was admitted over there and this hospital saved my life not one time but twice. Basically i had COVID and clotting in my brain but their skillfull doctors team gave me a 3rd life. The sisters and brothers are polite and they are the once who will give your medicine on time in your private room . They have the facilty of general ward as well as the private room (where i was basically). The private rooms are clean and has TV and telephone to call someone and TV for entertainment. Doctors visit you daily to check all the reports and discharge you when they feel like the patient is well and dandy. The canteen is 10/10. Clean and tasty. They also customise each set of food (breakfast, dinner and lunch ) according to the patients. They have a OPD which is overpriced in my opinion but the doctors are the best you can find around. And also i think that OPD's receptionists are slow and sometimes rude due to the lack of their experience. But overall to say it's a 10/10 hospital for any diseases you may have. It's an international hospital where people from EU and US etc come to treat them selves. So yeah, it's a class apart.

The doctors are really good. They listen to your problems also answer all you queries. They will also explain you the treatments. The TPA department is very active. The nurses are always on their toes. The admin team will always make sure that the patient and the companion gets good services. I writing this from my personal experience. We came from Kolkata for treatment. They provided me the stay as well. Came here with lots of worries and going back happily. God bless everyone. Stay safe stay happy

i would definitely recommend this hospital to all. It's a bit crowded but manageable. Also bit expensive if you don't have an insurance. My dad had a major surgery in this hospital and the doctors did amazing job. Gaurav gupta and his team performed well beyond our expectations. They explained every process in very simple language . They also listen to patients and go beyond their way to help patients. This hospital also has separate department for govt employee schemes which makes it easy to apply for govt assistance if you're eligible. I'm thankful to whole liver surgery department because they basically gave a second Life to my dad.

Just had the most beautiful delivery experience at Fortis Maternity Ward. The nurses and staff are extremely professional, helpful and patient. Motherhood is an overwhelming but thanks to the nurses and the specialists - me and my husband felt at ease. The nurses did a sweet cake cutting ceremony and gave us gifts when we got discharged! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you sisters and doctors and everyone who helped us navigate the first few days of parenthood with so much kindness.

I really liked all the services and Doctors. Everything is really awesome. Just need some more space for 4 wheelers parking. And picking up the vehicle from outside of the hospital by traffic police is not appropriated as people might be in medical emergencies. Please consider. Rest of all is awesome.

If you are expecting you and your patient will get timely response then it’s wrong choice. You go any movement on TPA Desk, Billing Counter you will find only one person managing the whole crowd. Surprising in ICU or even in private ward the house keeping and the nurse will respond to your call not before 30 minutes and keeping the patient unattended whether he want to pass motion or passed urine or need any urgent assistance you will get exercise they are short of staff.
