1 star rating is based on my experience. Apparently It seems a good hospital but there are two major deficiency observed by me. 1. My wife was admitted for a non baby gynecological operation. The hospital is not at all equipped to handle non baby cases. Everything is completely focused around mothers and new born babies that they do not even know what are the requirements for other patients. Even the nurses are not trained to handle such concerns. Bells are not responded to by nurses, food as per doctor advise not given, dusty rooms, stained floors, etc 2. Billing and clarity of what is being billed is totally missing. We were given a package for the operation and at the time of discharge we found almost 35% additional amount - so what is the package only they know. Thus my 1 star ⭐ rating It may be very good for expecting mothers but certainly not for other cases

Terrible experience. They worked hard to get this review because I would usually not bother reviewing a hospital. My wife is facing a pregnancy bleed and has been treated very poorly. From hours of wait time to poor accommodations, I wouldn't recommend this hospital to my worse enemies. Do not get a double room if you have the displeasure of being here. They give favor to whoever complains the loudest. They allowed the opposing side to control the AC and decide when she could make phone calls (whispering her condition to the concerned family). They told me that my presence as the husband was not allowed in at 10:00 A.M. Because having myself and her mother put us over the one-person visitor limit. She got such poor sleep with all the noise, and the ventilation makes you feel like you are in a humid jungle. Yesterday they denied a gift of a bag of apples. Saying, "no fruit allowed." The coordination between staff and doctors couldn't be worse. Procedures do not align with the timing of the doctor's hours, making her care timing hindered. Last night it was after midnight before the staff delivered the medicine the doctor had approved hours before. So if you want your wife to be put at additional risk during a pregnancy complication, this hospital is for you. We will try MGM instead. This hospital is utterly disgraceful, and this is saying the least. We only attempted our stay here based on her sister's good experience with a single doctor. They may write back trying to explain away this trash service, but if you are a risk taker, feel free to come here and see for yourself how broken this establishment is. You put 20,000 as a down payment to stay two days with good doctors mixed with uneducated staff they found under a nearby bridge. Update* second visit because they over charged the first visit and the only way to get the money back was through a credit being used next visit. It' going on 2+ hours of waiting for a simple injection. The receptionist says, "I don't know what to tell you."

The most unprofessional hospital I’ve ever witnessed. My sister and her husband paid 10k amount for a room before the due date but later on they didn’t liked the services provided by their doctor and staff. Throughout their check ups and visits they keep on emphasising on c-sec which my sister didn’t wanted, she wanted to have a normal delivery but the hospital really keep on pushing for a c-sec, like they don’t believe in the process of natural birth at all. They are a bunch of money hungry hooligans. My sister canceled her booking and then proceeded with cloud9 which by far gave them a wonderful experience in comparison. It’s been a month and motherhood haven’t returned their 10k amount saying their policies are different whereas when we went to cancel the booking in person the person on the desk assured them that their amount will be returned after some deduction. Now they are denying all the claims. I suggest you all to please stay safe and don’t bother coming to this hospital if you don’t wanna get looted.

We had a really great experience at Motherhood, they have all the maternity and newborn care related facilities available in-house which is convenient and very good. Hospital is really clean and well maintained and have nice/clean rooms. Special thanks to Dr. Pratima for smooth delivery, Nisha for all administration related work she explained every thing to us in detail, Shekhar for all the insurance related formalities & Dr. Prashant Moralwar for taking care of our newborn.

Very good hospital, the ambience is excellent. Doctors are very good, professional & experienced. Excellent cleanliness maintained. This was my second visit to the hospital. The first one was in Dec. 2019. I experienced a big change in the quality of services. Prices are high but fair enough as the pricing policy is explained while enrolling. This is a premium hospital and customers expect good level of services. I am slightly disappointed with the services of their staff. Nurses & mavshis needed to be called multiple times even to get drinking water. There are complimentary things like a family photograph by a professional photographer, cake cutting ceremony while leaving the hospital, pink/blue colored poster on the door of your room based on baby's gender. We never got any of these complimentary items. The staff had their own excuses for not providing the complimentary gifts. The discharge process is agonizingly slow, needs to be improved. We were given clearance for discharge at 4 pm, but we got actual discharge at 8.30 pm.

I delivered my baby last week at Motherhood Kharghar. To specify, was very impressed on the very first day itself. From all the consultations to my delivery and still continuing with the follow ups - the staffs at the billing, Mrs. Nisha at Divine Lounge, to the Nurses at the Nurse stations each and every has maintained the standard of the Hospital. Also to specify about my doctor Dr. Surbhi Siddhartha has been extremely supportive and her presence itself has a positive vibes around. A doctor worth suggesting ahead. The Hospital does take care of every minute requirements and will be there for you. Extremely satisfied 💓

This 1 star rating is for their rude behaviour with patients who do not opt them as their hospital or do the bed booking but due to some genuine reason had to do cancellation. It’s a patient choice anyhow to do cancellation on any genuine ground within time and then it’s a service provider duty to refund their and when an amount as big as 10k. Now the scene is they are not returning and making excuses and blaming the patient that why they canceled and also they haven’t mentioned about any cancellation policy. Maybe hospital services are very good but this kind of rude behaviour with one of my known has forced me to give 1 star. You are hospital and you should take advantage of anyone’s helplessness.

Worst hospital ever with no ethics money is the whole sole agenda of the staff working here. They are giving wrong opinions in order to extract as much money they can will not give advice anyone to visit this hospital.

It was nice experience with this maternity hospital… The services provided was satisfactory.. The lactation consultant Dr. Sohni Mam helped me a Lott for breastfeeding because I’m having a flat nipple and she guided me how to latch a baby for breastfeed..I was so worried that I would be able to feed my babies.. She is very helpful and supportive for mom to feed their babies…. Other Doctors give their visit frequently n help patients..Thank u so much all motherhood staff and doctors for giving best treatment👍

Had scheduled a video consultation with one of their doctors 2 weeks back. We were given appointment of 5 pm that evening after paying consultation fees upfront. When asked for receipt it was told we will receive it over mail after the consultation. We joined video call 5 minutes before and waited for doctor to join. Since Doctor didn't join for next 15 minutes we called up help center which suggested to wait for another 10 minutes. So we did continue the video call. Another 15 minutes passed, again we called help center, they informed previous patient is taking up more time hence the delay. We still waited till 6 pm, for an hour, in hope doctor would join, but it didn't happen. Finally we hung up. Doctor called up at 6:05 pm asking why are we not in video call. When we told her whole story, she informed she is only available after 6 pm and appointment scheduled at 5 pm was mistake from the hospital. So the excuse given earlier that doctor was busy with previous patient was a blatant lie. Nonetheless we had consultation over phone and it was helpful. We didn't receive any receipt over mail after the consultation as was informed earlier. So we called up help center, where it was informed it will be sent soon. But even after several follow-ups since then, we still haven't received anything. With the exhorbant fees they charge, it is expected they have competent staff and prompt services. But regretfully that is not the case. Doctors are good and have their own private clinics where you can get same expertise at lesser cost. So better avoid Motherhood hospital if you don't want to have frustrating experience with their support staff.

A hospital is a health care institution providing patient treatment with specialized medical and nursing staff but it is not always about "health care," for a few hospitals, it is a business plan. My brother and sister in law are the victims who had paid in advance and not want to go with c section but staff has forced them to go with the same. When they found a better hospital than this, they denied to refund the money back.

The worst and pathetic experience had it. The hospital employees and even doctor has only moto is to fetch the money as much as they can from the patient. If someone ask me to explain the experience in one word then I will state 'Gabar Singh' movie.

This hospital taken my money as advance for bed booking. They always want patient to go through C-sec . We cancelled the booking. Now they are denying to refund our booking amount. They are harrassing us from last 15 days.

It was such a great pleasure staying in Executive Room #310 for the birth of our first baby girl. Big thank you to Dr Surabhi who made us confident throughout the whole process. She is so calm and approachable and always happy smiling face. 😊 Also would appreciate Nisha for excellent coordination, another gem person who is always there to answer any queries. Thank you beautiful ladies. The nurses/midwives(specially Lino) were almost exclusively AMAZING - with so many patients, I have no idea how they are able to offer such great care to everyone all at once, patiently teach new mum's how to breast feed or use a pump, etc etc. The food was also good, not like typical “hospital food”. Not to forget the cleaning staff who were also sweet and great at their job. Thanks so much to everyone who helped take care of my wife me during stay and also for wonderful complimentary clicks.

Not expected from a professional brand. My family member has submitted booking charges but later on cancelled due to bad service experience .They refused to pay back to him just because he chose another hospital who provided him better suport and experience .

During the vaccination the hospital staff took my phone and asked me to search for motherhood hospital and gave a 5 star review by themselves without seeking my permission. Since i was in a rush, i did not ask or tell him anything. Now that i am back home i am editing my review so people know exactly what to expect at this hospital.

Our own experience during the birth of our child - We're very impressed and grateful for the level of care and expertise shown by everyone at the hospital - The reception staff, The counsellors, The nursing staff, The doctors, The lab personnel, The security staff, The hygiene staff, The canteen staff, And the IPD billing staff included... We are especially thankful to Dr Surabhi Siddhartha, Dr Akanksha, Dr Priya, Dr Peeyush, Dr Suresh, Dr Megha, and Dr Sohini. Dr Surabhi ensured that the entire birth process was smooth and the delivery over in little time, even when ours was a high risk pregnancy. She helped in reducing my stress by her gentle demeanor and calm behaviour. Ms Nisha Shetty from counseling was very helpful in guiding through the general process. We would like to especially thank the IPD billing staff for their quick, efficient and understanding response. We had come here on the recommendation of my colleague whose child was born here in 2020, and the recommendation of another awesome doctor, Dr Ankita Kaushal. We are glad we made the choice for motherhood hospital.

My wife was admitted for laparoscopy treatment for one day. Entire staff is very good and attentive except the billing counter. Billing process is so slow that even after getting all details and patient sheet , it was looking difficult for them to calculate the final figure. It took them almost two hrs. to discharge my wife and these two hrs. Just for calculation. When I tried to politely ask them that how much time it will take to which their reply was very rude. Hospital need to train billing counter people regarding how to deal with bills and patients. Rest everything was fine.

Our experience at Motherhood Hospital has been, to say the least, very smooth and pleasant. Every team - be it the panel of experienced doctors, the team of nurses, the moushis, the people at the reception, the team at 9 Divine Lounge, the admin, the billing department or the canteen - all were very resourceful and cooperative, besides sincerely performing their respective duties. Very sensible people who have taken very good care of my wife and baby. The activities are carried out in a very organized and efficient manner, thus providing a seamless and satisfying experience. The facilities and infrastructure at the place are also befitting a maternity and childcare hospital. The staff is also very well mannered. Our many thanks to the entire team at Motherhood Hospital for their vital support and service at such an amazing stage of our life!

I opted Motherhood hospital, Kharghar for my delivery as I had got a lot of positive reviews and were all very true. My experience with this hospital as whole was very good. All staff members are very polite and are ready to help you at any time. Nurses are very sweet, housekeepers are always around. Hygiene was up to the mark. Dr. Anuja Thomas was my obstetrician. She is the best in town. She made my pregnancy journey very easy. I had a lot of uneasiness during my pregnancy but she understood all my problems and helped me cope with it. She is very humble and gives ample of time to hear you out. She made me feel very comfortable and guided me throughout. Thanks to the entire team of Motherhood for all the care and support.

Had a great experience here. Big shout out to Dr Anuja Thomas, she is extremely professional, gives ample time to each patient, gives clear, practical advice and ensured a smooth delivery! The hospital is very hygienic and well maintained. All the staff right from nurses, caretakers to security staff are very helpful, always smiling and do their duties sincerely. They ensured I was comfortable throughout my time there.

Motherhood Hospital is one of the best in the business when it comes to the maternity aspect of medical services. My wife was in consultation with Dr. Surabhi Siddhartha throughout and we never had even a slightest of doubt in the process from start to end. The staff and the assistant doctors are solid with their regular visits and make sure the patient is very comfortable till discharge. The in-house pharmacy is excellently equipped and they have experienced pharmacists who make medication process very smooth. The TPA process is also carried out very smoothly and you don't have worry about it once all the details are provided by us. In a nutshell, Motherhood Hospital - Kharghar is the best Maternity Hospital in my view and whosoever going through this phase should consider them as their service providers.

Till date experience is pathetic.Whether it is reception , 9 divine team, waiting area space at 2nd floor ,all are very poor and need lots of improvement. They promise executive room and provide twin sharing on actual day without any explanation. Hope the management looks into this and improve. I sent the mail on the ID provided and shared my contact number.Still not getting required support from Management. This is really unfortunate!!!

The vibe here is so calm and pleasant that everyone of us who was so angry with the hospital industry...felt at peace. Talk about saving funds... getting proper assistance/care which for our special day was so much essential. i would highly recommend all mothers....father's to come here for your new born baby experience and you all you be pleased as we are....truly appreciate the work from Motherhood and their team....kudos.

We visited the hospital for my wife’s postpartum check up first time. Fortunately, we met with Dr. Surabhi Siddhartha. Dr. Surabhi is very modest and calm. I would say, she is an amazing person and made our 9-month journey very easy. Apart from this, the hospital OPD system, radiology ( Dr. Yogini) and pathology sections are also unsurpassed. During this pandemic, we felt very secured and safe while visiting motherhood. I would also appreciate the surgery team member Dr. Anita Roy (anaesthetist), Dr Dimple, and paediatrics Dr. Peeyoosh . Other than that hospital management team (specially Nisha Ji) is very humble and helping. Nursing staffs are really very good. Hospital and room housekeeping are also amazing. Suggestions: Vaccination time and normal follow up appointment should be separate for child care department during OPD. I had to wait for 2 hours for follow up appointment of my 1week old daughter. Thank you Motherhood team for being with us !!

Dr. Surabhi Siddhartha has been kind and helpful throughout my pregnancy. If anyone is looking for gynaec in the town I would recommend Dr. Surabhi. The services provided in the hospital were satisfactory but not upto the mark in terms of nursing staff. Probably due to the ongoing pandemic situation. But I wouldn’t discourage any would be parents from availing the hospital facilities.

Couple of visits to the hospital during their events reveal a good hospital set-up with all modern facilities and friendly staff.

I visited the hospital for first time, my appointment was 4.15pm but reception service was so pathetic. She made me wait till 6PM to consult the doctor. management control is weak. Staff at reception is over confident as they might not have proper supervision.

I felt very much at home during my stay at Motherhood .No doubt it was my only choice as we had an earlier good experience here.And no doubt I went to see the same doctor. IN BOLD LETTERS, be careful of the hospital staff since they were negligible at the last day of discharge and ask you to vacate the room without concern of Doctor and were behind us even without last DR visit and advise. But The shamefulness is about the management. They never apologize to the situation and assure will get back to you after investigating the case but that day never come from last 3 months. I will rate Dr. Sapna Chaudhari as 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and staff will be co operative at initial days but at end or last day nobody cares for you.

Overall the experience is okay, I think these are the points which they need to really work on Cafeteria service after 11 no proper food is available for patients, ideally they should plan for night food requests, also increase some varieties. Their Xerox machine also does not work well , while filling birth certificate form need to attach aadhar copies,also stationery shop is very far from here. Nurses & House keeping staff are helpful. They should keep water near the room also keep hot water available 24hrs Please plan for keeping visiting hours as well for patients relatives

I delivered my baby boy at Motherhood Hospital on 17th October. Cheers to Dr. Pratima Thamke for guiding us throughout pregnancy. She was extremely supportive and her presence itself has positive vibes. Her aura was just too positive. A doctor worth suggesting ahead. The lactation and physiotherapist, Paediatrician were very kind and caring. Ms. Nisha explained us the benefits of the package properly. The food was also good. My overall experience was really good. The nurses, doctors, and didis (caregivers) provided outstanding support throughout the entire process. We were pleased to find the hospital room clean and well-maintained, meeting our expectations for a hygienic environment. The care provided to our babies was exemplary, ensuring their well-being and comfort. The staff demonstrated great dedication and professionalism in looking after them. Additionally, the administrative procedures were handled smoothly, thanks to the helpful assistance of the nurses and staff. One aspect that particularly impressed us was the reasonable cost of the twin delivery. We spent approximately 1.30 lakh, which we found to be fair considering the level of care and the amenities provided, including the executive rooms. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the entire hospital team for their exceptional care and support during this joyous and crucial time in our lives. We are immensely grateful for their efforts and the positive experience we had.

Chai lovers motherhood offers a great taste of Chai- the canteen food is very well prepared. Good service and on time. The doctors are very helpful. My baby was in NICU, Dr. Suresh took very good care of her. He explained every tiny bit of condition of our baby. We have opted to deliver our second baby here as the experience is very good. Motherhood has a team of experienced team of Gynecologists who support and assist you in every query /doubts that you have. We consult Dr. Pratima Thamke, and she is understanding in resolving our queries and advised us in every scan. The support staff is also very good and accommodates us for booking appointments/tests and resolves our queries at the earliest. Mr. Ashish from the font desk is a star in assisting us and elevating our experience to a new level.

Very bad experience on first impression when I called at the reception for birth packages. First few instances they cut the phone keeping me on hold. Fourth time when I called a lady attended me who kept me on hold for a long time and had incomplete knowledge and spoke with me very casually. Since motherhood is close to me I tried to enquire. I will now look for other options. One suggestion. Reception is the face of the hospital so invest on them to educate and how to behave.

Experienced my first pregnancy with them. Staff is excellent, supportive, responsive. I got lots of help from nurses and help staff during pregnancy. Doctors are all experienced and highly approachable.

My experience at this maternity hospital(Kharghar) was truly disappointing. We were here from 18th oct 2023 to 20th oct 2023. The option for guest meetings was severely limited, with only a two-hour window from 5 to 7 pm, allowing just one visitor at a time. The lack of care for both the patient and the newborn was concerning. Shockingly, my newborn went without a bath for three days during our stay. Repeated attempts to summon a nurse by ringing the bell went unanswered. Pain relief was not administered in a timely manner, and the room's hygiene left much to be desired. Discovering that other patients shared similar negative experiences only underscored the need for significant improvements in this hospital's maternity care. We will not recommend this hospital to anyone and request those who are reading this review to think of some other place as this beautiful moment of yours may be ruined by the this poor hospital. Only our gynac was good thats it.
