I have had by far the best experience with this clinic. It is well equipped with all the necessary facilities, and everything is taken care of in one place. The staff are excellent and super helpful. I got my treatment from Doctor Sheetal Mane and her team. Each one of them was very professional and caring. They even made sure to follow up with me regularly post-surgery, which I think hardly any clinics would proactively do. The facilities of the clinic are super clean and hygienic. One of the things that stands out about them is their immense care and desire to make sure that you are well, not just while you are at the hospital but even post-discharge until you are completely recovered.

Got operated in September 22 and the piles is already back. Had lots of troubles whole year and still getting treated. Due to pain killers and antibiotics after operation i am diagnosed with Ulcerative colitis. I don't think Operation was needed for piles. No proper guidance given drs in healing hands. Now I am taking Ayurvedic treatment which has helped a lot. Though it is long term but it is better than going for operation. Always take second opinion. My money and time is wasted...

I was suffering form complex fistula from end 2017, I had surgery on 24th Oct 2020 by Dr. Akash Bagde. He is a fantastic surgeon and a great human being. Fistula need to treat very carefully as it tends to recurrence. Dr. Akash is master in handling any kind of fistula very well. This treatment takes time, in my case it took around 4 months. At no circumstances fistula can be cured before 3months for sure. One should not ask Dr. Akash about treatment time because even he understands the wound’s situation in post surgery cleaning and scooping process. One should be very positive and patient. It’s better to consult the doctor at early stage of fistula. Wait and watch and taking medicine is not the solution for fistula. Only proper surgery and post surgery follow ups can cure fistula completely. At healing hands all the staff is good and they understand there job perfectly. Thanks to all of you people there and special thanks to Dr. Akash Bagde.

My wife underwent piles surgery so called laser and it was advised before the surgery that it would be healed in 7 days. She got operated for piles and then advised to go home . The surgery was done on 8th December 2020 and she is still suffering pain (hell lot) suffering irritable bowel syndrome post surgery which was not case before. God knows how long she need to suffer this pain . Dr Nehal Patel had been co operative but there is no diagnosis further on this IBS .. Now we will go with 2nd opinion on this and figure out what exactly is an issue. Is it really taking several weeks to heal post surgery or we are missing something here on fuether issues to be diagnosed ? Strange and not so good experience at this clinic .

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT VISIT THIS! I didn’t like it at all! I had asked an appointment specifically for Dr. Shital Mane…but staff didn’t even informed me that she is on leave and without my permission they gave me some other dr’s appointment (for whom I haven’t visited the clinic). Also after informing to them that I want only female dr n staff while attending me but still other male was also there in the cabin..later came to know that he take care of only charges/accounting part of the clinic. Doctor didn’t even asked him to leave her cabin when I was there?? Why doctor want to discuss all my private points front of him?? This is basic manners, doctor should have know this! Staff not at all serious for their patients!

I am really grateful to have found Healing Hands. I was suffering from complicated Fistula and abscess. I underwent Kshar sutra treatment 5 years back and again 5 months back with laser but even after my last surgery 5 months back I was still suffering from pain. I underwent final surgery 3 months back at Healing Hands with Dr.Shital Mane. I am really thankful to Dr Shital and her staffs who helped me throughout the surgery and post surgery making sure me & my family was comfortable, answering all my questions patiently, being very kind.I have never seen such kind Doctors before.

Clinic located in sophisticated area with good infra but don't get trap in the sweet talk of the staff, this is the only money making business, they will charge anything like hell amount without informing you in prior, like earlier said don't go in their sweet talks in which they are pioneer. Charge you 1k without informing you but when you are about to leave they will ask you to pay. Same thing was confirmed on call before admission and they will say you first visit clinic we will adjust the amount and I am also suspicious on doing insurance frauds too, people from nearby area please be alert
