Three very bad experiences: Firstly with my wife: Dr Archana wrongly diagnosed her for cough and cold, where as she was suffering from Pneumonia. Fortunately a local doctor in Kamothe prescribed the right medicines, otherwise it would have been a very dangerous issue. Very bad experience indeed. Secondly with me: Dr. Nitish Jhawar in Fortis hospital, visited him for a trivial pain, for which he prescribed a surgery. On second opinion, it was found that it was nothing more than a small scar, which went away on its own. Money minded sick doctor. Doctors like these prescribe useless surgeries just to complete their set target for the month. Thirdly with my mother: Dr. Deepak Gupta treated her. It was for crohns disease. The problem with crohns is the flare up which needs to be controlled and the symptoms treated carefully. He prescribed some medicines which were already prescribed by other doctors, which he referred to from our old prescriptions, so whats the use of your qualification doc? There were other symptoms which were never treated. He passed off the symptoms saying this shall be there. We lost around 6000 bucks and then learnt it the hard way to never visit him again. I would advise to stay away from this money minded clinic please. There are other better options everywhere.

Doctor is good but not at all punctual. They give an appointment of 7p.m. n land up at 7.45 n then busy on phone calls though they have a long queue waiting. I mean doctors should know that even their patient's time is valuable. They cant take patients for granted like this.

The doctors are well practised in their respective field and have experience of 5-8+ yrs. One of my family member opted for Colonoscopy with operating Dr. Gupta at the clinic for checking umbilical hernia growth and it was a smooth procedure with no harm.

The clinic is congested. There is only one fan running for patients. There is no water cooler. Even the staff is not well trained. They couldn't take printout of audiometry test results after struggling for 20 minutes. We went there to see Dr. Archana Jhawar. She used to be good in the past. But recently the quality of her service has gone down drastically while fees have gone up. Sometimes she is late, sometimes absent. It becomes very difficult to follow up. In our last 2 appointments doctor spoke rudely with my mother who is a senior citizen. Despite knowing she has hearing issues, she kept talking in low voice. In our 1st appointment she dint check her throat at all. In the 2nd visit she checked her throat only upon being requested to do so. When we pay high fees, we expect some degree of professionalism in return. Not going there again. There are other qualified, experienced and polite ENT specialists out there.

Dr. Archana is an excellent doctor. However the staff at the clinic is extremely unprofessional. They give appointments at the wrong time when the doctor is unavailable and then argue with the patients. Highly disappointed with the clinic staff.

Visited Dr. Deepak Gupta, Not good as compared to the fees he is charging from the patient. 1st time visit fees : ₹1000 2nd time visit and onwards fees : ₹800 Not worth to pay that much, just because he is from reputed hospital doesn't mean he'll charge what ever he wants. 🙂

Consulted Dr. Gupta. Initially got some relief on IBS issues but later on had side effects of medicines, when I stopped taking. He clearly said there is no cure to IBS but it will gradually decrease, so far it's gotten worse for me.

Worst place, this clinic is completely packed, no ventilation at all. They are using very old air conditioner in the clinic which was not working at all and not even fans are properly placed. It was very suffocating and when I asked to Receptionist to allow to stand in balcony atleast for 5 min but she denied and rudely replied that AC is on, we can't do anything if it's not cooling. they are taking Rs. 1000 for per consultation but do not care about patient. worst ever!!

I had cough since long time and visited Dr Archana Jhawar at her Neoalta Speciality Clinic in Vashi. I am much better now now. She looked into my GERD issue too as the reason for the cough.
