Not good for skin and hair treatment even doctor not good you can't ask question to doctor only you have to listen doctor..

Clinic has well qualified Doctors to treat. The doctors examine and explain very well. I personally have visited 3-4 times and the treatment suggested by Dr Bindu Gautam and Dr Aniket Bhole really helped my family recover well. Never ever had to follow up One of the best Dermatologists we have in the Town One Request as per past visits : reduce the waiting time of the patient. Management should respect the time of the patient visiting. Hope the Management will work on it Thank you

I consulted with a dermatologist. Good experience. Admin nurses and overall response from staff is sub optimal at best. No clear communication on how long it could take to get the reports - feels like i have asked them for their kidneys.

I went there for hair loss and doctor (Dr. Kulkarni) didn't even touched my hair. Doc just prescribed the medications without even asking basic questions about my symptoms. I feel the diagnosis should be more pragmatic and specific to the individual considering the hefty consultation fees the clinic charges. I would suggest considering another doctor. I will edit the review once my entire course prescribed is completed.

Visited alok clinic highly impressed to see availability of skin specialist for 12 hrs a day! The new panvel clinic is even open for few hrs on sundays is very convenient, Thank you Dr Kulkarni sir, and staff.

There is scope of online booking but the staff mentality is to wait for long time.if you reach on right time by doing follow up ,the staff says need to wait even if your sl number is reached . I believe need to revisit staffs monopoly behaviour on this. Doctor is very good

I have been consulting at Alok Clinic for grade 2 adult acne and my experience has been nothing but amazing. Dr Kulkarni is excellent with diagnosis and combined with Dr Richa Shinde’s procedures and guidance , I have seen amazing results. Worst experience always!! Whenever I want to book an appointment its always a failed attempt!! Even if I follow up five weeks, failed to register just because clinic number is busy every morning 10 am. My humble request to Receptionist - please co operate with patients when they ask for appointments or for their turn. There is no use of behaving rudely, ultimately its going to affect Doctor's reputation. Also I did not get any difference to my acne conditions even after following medicines religiously for years and years so I have stopped taking treatment itself. Lost all trust in the Dr. Kulkarni :)

I visited for hair loss in 2019. As far as my experience with treatment is zero And the medicine is also very expensive. After that I also got zero result, I spent 6000 rupees in medicine, completely lost money. I would not recommend anyone specifically for hair treatment

Just waste of money. I have been treated for a year by Dr. Dipak Kulkarni for acne problems.The acne was all cleared but as I stopped my treatment. The acne, was back in 2months , I wasted my 10k in this, treated but it was just a waste.

Very effective treatment from Dr sayali Mhatre for acne issues, and rest chemical peel and other procedures. Dr listens to concerns carefully and proper diagnosis is done. Also Staff named dhanashree gadge, Swati and Sarita and Deepak wankhede too very polite, humble and cooperative and helpful. I will definitely recommend this clinic for skin and hair issues.

Our appointment timing was 4.30pm and dr came around 4.40pm when we discussed to receptionist, they asked us to wait but when dr came, the receptionist allowed marketing representatives to meet the dr first. Overall experience was good but the receptionist must be careful about patient concerns which was not seen over reception.

Doctors are good. Their admin staff is pathetic and especially the front office staff. The receptionist doesn't give a date neither contact details of lab they had sent my sample to. I had a good first hand experience with doctor but this horrible experience came as a surprise.
