MPCT hospital, Sanpada is a designated covid immunization centre authorized by NMMC. The facilities are extremely good and staff is very much helpful. Once you enter the hospital premises, the helpful nursing staff take down details, ask relevant questions and direct you to payment counter. Once you pay and the receipt is generated, next stage is actual immunization where the staff provide with information about the vaccine and give instructions. After the covid shot, we needed to wait for 30 minutes in observation to monitor for adverse reactions. Very good

Most good reviews are fake really , kindly readers go to all bad reviews which are the truth of MPCT then only you can find out the real face of MPCT My dad having cancer was shifted to MPCT by BPT hospital for treatment on 7 December as it was not possible there, BPT provided credit letter so we don't needed to pay any money everything should be cashless and money should be paid by company.. But during biopsy MPCT asked for 15000 RS , we went to pay on ground floor billing but they refused to take money through debit card also they won't provide bill ,on asking why? I was asked to meet TPA department (they told me that your BPT pay just 350 Rs and No Docters is ready to come in that cost also if we provide you bill BPT will not reimburse it so we don't provide bill) as situation was of urgency we paid 15000 RS in cash and also stated that please don't let us pay for further treatment on which they agreed... Further next day we were asked to pay 50000 RS for PTBD procedure again same reason BPT provide just 1500 RS , so getting mad of such scenario I made a complain to BPT Hospital but the TPA staff started yelling at me why you made complaint we told you won't be getting bill and so on, and firstly agreed they took money and after 15 minutes lied to BPT accountant that MPCT have not taken any money but the patient have paid self to radiologist without there knowing.. PTBD procedure was in very need for urgency so BPT asked us not to pay any money just let them discharge the patient and you come to BPT Hospital For Discharge procedure MPCT took more than 2 hours, in that period of time BPT union called billing department head named Mr Chandnani and asked him why MPCT took 15000 RS so Chandnani asked me to meet him at underground billing department, I went and chandnani asked to meet shenaz madam on 1 floor.. I went in mrs shenaz mam cabin there was one guy and one executive named sonali, I requested shenaz mam to hurry for discharge as PTBD procedure to be done asap, she replied we are trying our best for discharge, also in conversation I mentioned her that MPCT took 15000 black money for biopsy ,on this words she tried to defend please don't call it black money .we havnt took that money we paid it to radiologist as MPCT don't have radiologist, I said whatever it was u took Black money as you not provided receipt again defending she says do local Docters provide you bill for consultation? I said no but doctor do provide bill for test like blood test and sonography and biopsy is a test and no Docters charge 15000 RS for consultation again she started defending like blaa blaa blaa but I was in hurry for discharge I said sheenaz I am in no mood for argument let's finish this please discharge my dad soon and was about to leave opened the door she offended me by saying words "don't argue if you can't" listening this I was out but I am really roasted by it. This words for sheenaz "you are a fool and a idiotic person, who don't know what actually n basically Black money is? please Google it you dumb!" Also when my sister entered you cabin you said to your colleagues pointing her that "I am not here to entertain everyone" Again let me tell you sheenaz dear "first learn etiquettes also you are not a good personality nor you can dance with that fat body and ugly face so that you can't entertain anybody and your mouth is municipal garbage from where rubbish words comes out... By the ways Hospital staff is all good all nurses are very supportive and caring also all the executives... Also TPA staff m sorry for complaining to BPT about 15000 RS but really I wouldn't have complained if you wouldn't have asked me to pay 50000 for PTBD also again after BIOPSY I am asked to pay for IHC ...just stand my place and consider what would you do? Again MPCT charity ke Naam par loot rahe ho logon ko, Mahatma Phule ji ka Naam maat badnaam karo.. Aur ek dhang ka radiologist rakh lo ,dhang se ijjat se khaoo chorise nahi

This is not just hospital. It's their way of earning money. Who does daily blood tests for 85 year old person? I doubt here they really know how to treat patients. Very weak in diagnosing. Support staff is good, that's it. Cost wise, it's not for middle class. Think twice before admit your dear ones to this hospital.

Worst Hospital ever. I lost my father because of the sole money making interest this hospital keeps. They will make your patient covid negative by harming all other organs and wont even inform you and ask u to shift your patient in the middle of the treatment. Dr. Varun is the worst doctor here. I feel ashamed to even call him a doctor. He will kill a patient with his words and tone. They will loot you only to run their hospital not to treat your patient. I took Covid 19 treatment for 21 days out of which 11 days in ICU.came back home happily after the treatment. Was worried and tense during the period. But I was nicely treated by Dr. Arif and his Covid team. All the medical staff was very cooperative and supportive. They kept motivating, Sister Shubhangi is very supportive and care taking. Making things simple by smiling, always ready to help. Good part is you kept in touch with my son for the daily updates of my health which is very important thing for the family members during such situation, Dr Abdul and others were very supportive and caretaking. Though I was worried and tense I felt that I was in safe hands of Dr. Arif's team and proved it right. My gratitude to Dr. Arif for his nice treatment. Worst faculties and management, people dont have cordination even in themselves. No treatment query is resolved properly even post discharge. Reception is not worth to talk or discuss even for any guidance or billing.. Not everybody is aware of medical facility and its their job to explain and stop being oversmart and rude (Female staffs mostly and specially that fat lady)...zero pateints and professionalism. No use of my 60k invested in this hospital nor ill recommend again to anyone. Patients query is smaller in front of thier egos and irresponsible nature. Only the low faculties like Mama and Maushis's are good actually. I request senior management to look into this courtesy for sake of pateints who are already in trouble or else pls ignore If my review doesn't harm your reputation.

I had got admitted for my ACL surgery by my surgeon Dr. Bhushan Patil. He id an amazing surgeon and he recommended this hospital to me. This was my first experience here so he gave me Atish's number who is their Sales guy I guess, what a supportive guy, extremely helpful and explains the process well. Experience with the staff whether it is housekeeping, support staff, nurses, RMOs or the ICU emergency doctors was too goodz very sweet and polite staff, decent food (just like other good hospitals) and most importantly superb cleanliness. They come to clean the rooms about 3-4 times each day. Would definitely recommend.

Horrible experience. My grandmother was admitted here for Pneumonia. Doctor did not provide the appropriate treatment or proper medicines. She had to be admitted again after getting discharged from MPCT. The doctor at the other hospital said that she had not been treated and diagnosed properly and her infection had increased. The nurses and other staffs at MPCT do not clean up the patients properly, are non co-operative and incompetent.

Too worst hospital. They killed my father in law. We gone just for angiography test. No any experienced doctor visited. They make bill also RS.11000/- for death body just for 1hour.

I came here as guided by Dr. Rajesh Badiyani, the best & most experienced & successful joint replacement surgeon according to me! Wonderful Doctor! My father at age 78 years had both knees replaced under him. Two years on & my father is doing fine! I chose Dr. Badiyani since he seems to have done maximum number of joint replacements (& from the reviews, most seem to be very successful, as compared with any other surgeons). He is young, very knowledgeable, positive, patient friendly & has very firm & precision hands that is essential for a perfect surgery. Forget all myths & misguidance from others and consult him for the best & most correct guidance! May God bless him abundantly for doing a such great service to the aged and needy! The hospital is new, really maintained, neat & clean, very cooperative staff including all other doctors, nurses & especially the Accounts & TPA teams.

It's my suggest ..please maintain a decorum in hospital and and receptionist have no knowledge how it talk.

Had my mother oprated for vericose veins from DR Dharmik. He's the worst doctor I have ever seen. Her condition is more miserable now he just keep asking for visiting fees did not oprated properly and kept on suggesting more tests and sonography to earn more money and visiting fees. Hospital facilities where good tho. The doctor was really not good at his work and is totally inexperienced..

A very good hospital and trained staff. Very limited parking space and no shops or hotel nearby. Being a charitable hospital the facilities are quite good and the visiting doctors from various locations come here. It is a general hospital.

My father was admitted with COVID related symptoms He was discharged after 8 days in precarious situation when he could not eat or talk i& shifted 8n streatcher Despite his age & poor health he was administered REMDESVIR After comming home we took him back within 24 hrs. As he could not even take any food orally. Again kept in isolation as they were saying he was a Ex COVID patient. After 5 days they allowed to meet me in full protective kit, when his condition was precarious his hands were tied so huge bruises They forced me to pay the full large amount & then compulsary discharged. In fact their inhuman face came forward when after receiving the money they broughty father down & kept in the corridor without even waiting for the ambulance. he was send home with cathedral & feed through nose almost immobilised. Subsequently he died at home within 48 hrs Most inhumane treatment & worst hospital

We had hopes of better service. But quite disappointed. Complete lack of information shared with patient's families. Seem more bothered with money. Only ICU staff were decent. Do not recommend.

Positive Experience with Quality Medical Care. I recently had to make the tough decision of selecting a hospital for my father's surgery, and after careful consideration, I chose MPCT. Overall, it was a positive experience. The medical care and attention he received during his treatment was impressive. The team was attentive and my father is recovering well. The medical staff, from doctors (specially Dr. Amit and Dr. Arif) to nurses, demonstrated great professionalism, empathy, and skill. I would also like to appreciate Ms.Sonali(relationship manager) who provided exceptional support throughout our journey, from the admission process until the very end. Her assistance made a significant difference in our experience. Billing process was also smooth and the team provided all the details whenever needed. Suggestion for Improvement: Enhancing the canteen service efficiency would further improve the overall stay for patients and families.

My dad was being admitted for PTBD in MPCT Hospital. At initially they told the billing package will be Rs 120000. We told them that we had mediclaim policy and given all documents at final billing they told due to mediclaim they made 1,47,000/- bill. They tolf we had given 1.2 lac package if you was supposed to pay cash. The extra 27000/- Rs was due to mediclaim policy. Only the loot business is going in hospital.

I was admitted in MPCT, Sanpada for Surgery of Sebaceous Cyst by Dr. Abhijeet Bagul. Dr. and his support staff was very good, co-operative and made me comfortable. Excellent , Efficient & Economical. I was suffering severe pain for motion pain and burning since month time. I had been to Lilavati - Bandra , Parekh Hospital - Ghatkopar and all suggested for surgery. One Saturday night I got very severe pain and was very uncomfortable for whole night .My daughter search on net for nearby doctor availability as we had shifted to Nerul Navi Mumbai just 1 year before from Ghatkopar and were not aware of local doctors . It was Sunday early morning 5.Am my daughter called on number from net and response was prompt from other end. She didn't Knew that the person answering the call was Dr himself and my daughter explained the severness of pain and than he told he shall call back 9 am..It was 8.50 am , Dr from his side called and asked my daughter to bring me to MPCT hospital & he will be soon there . It was Sunday and Dr was on day leave but still he visited and investigated me , my reports suggesting me for surgery a better option and got me admitted. Immediately treatment for relief in his presence was started and he explained me in detail about the problem on drawing .Timely I was admitted for relief. He himself completed the admission and investigation procedure in his presence . I was so much impressed by his humble communication & explanation which really meant a lot for me and my family. I decided to get myself operated by him ONLY. Further couple of days later on his given day I got admitted and surgery for Perineal Abscess and fissure was done. 4 days I was admitted and daily routine dressing & monitoring byhim kept me comfortable in hospital. After my release I was regular for 20 days on daily basis for dressings.Every single time he had done dressing and monitoring by himself explaining me daily on the recovery. The wounds got healed as per his said time of month and the relief till date for the infected part is over .Over all the surgery was WELL DONE. The most important for today's medical is communication, explanation and hospitality giving comfort to patient who is mentally, physically and monetarily disturb..Counselling for patient before ,under and after is very must to keep the will power of patient and family intact. My mother-in-law is undergoing cancer treatment at MPCT hospital. Her name is Smita Maniar. She did her PET scan at MPCT 2 days back. We received the reports today and our horrific experience started. As soon as we reached home, we got a call from laboratory personnel that there is some missing information on our report and we need to collect a revised report. Just imagine our dilemma. When we contacted the hospital, we were informed that 2-3 lines are missing. On reviewing the new report, we were in shock to see that the entire report has been changed. Staff blamed the doctor Dr. Alok Dixit for this mess. And were adamant to put us in touch with him. But after arguing with them, we contacted Dr.Alok and surprisingly, he blamed the hospital staff on printing the wrong report. Imagine the medical negligence. They are issuing wrong reports to cancer patients and playing with their life. We can’t even trust that the revised report is proper. We will be filing a suit against Dr.Alok Dixit and MPCT hospital for medical negligence. We highly recommend not to conduct any kind of medical scan at this hospital.

Had a very nice experience starting from casualty till the ward. Special thanks to the team of Nursing staff and RMOs who despite of being very busy were always smiling and were taking prompt actionand were very caring and cordial towards my mom . Kudos to the team work . However there is definitely scope of improvement in the following areas 1)The training of house keeping staff and 2)Also a revamping of restaurants timings and menu for relatives is required

1st floor OPD area and lab is full of gossiping zone.. Patients precense not matters to hospital staff including lab team. Doctor demands cash for medical treatment, apart from opd counter payment. Too much of waiting for doctor experienced in all my 4 visit including today's visit.

I was here for CT angiography and treatment for CCF for redness in left eyes which was done by Dr. Dharmik Bhuva. He is very knowledgeable and made me and my family feel so comfortable during the entire time and made the procedure go very smoothly. The main thing about him is his respect for others and time he gives. The hospital staff was also nice with hygiene maintained and quick service.

Since last 10 years I had been suffering from severe knee pain . In all these painful years, I consulted various orthopaedics all over mumbai , all these Drs. suggested remedies as per their knowledge but none cured my pains . Even after pleading for knee replacement the Drs. would discourage knee replacement surgery citing different reasons. MPCT hospital had only one major drawback that if your patient is getting hospitalized even if it is an hour before 24hours they will charge u for 24hrs regardless insurance or cash admission other then that the treatment provided is good Dr arif shaikh was the physician the doctor is spot on with his work will give accurate info and won't ask to do unnecessary tests unless required ..Proper hygiene is maintained.. Private rooms , twin sharing , general ward available the staff is very co-operative and helpful the front desk people are also very helpful and won't get mad if asked much queries !!!

Everyday saying will do in Monday OR Tuesday but last 8 months making fool. Always saying will do today or tomorrow after that ready with new excuse. More than 400 SMS + 600 calls done in last 8 months but he don't have self-respect to return patients Money. Always come with new excuse . I m ready to take legal decision. Big Big Lier always.

My mother and father both were admitted here...both were looked out very well. Santosh the canteen wala served chais, nashtas and meals with care. He is very soft spoken too.All other medical attendants were helpful too.
