Cons: - The finance department had a drawback. Although my surgery was covered by insurance, they initially took a security deposit with a 7-8 day return policy. Unfortunately, it has been more than 16 days, and I am still waiting for the refund. Overall, I highly recommend the hospital for LASIK surgery, keeping in mind the outstanding medical care provided by Dr. Nitin Tiwari.

Got my Lasik Surgery done from Aehi. The doctor is very experienced and the surgery went well. However, the consultation with the doctor before the surgery was quite short and quick. I just wish there's was a longer, more in-depth discussion allowed before the surgery to clarify all doubts so before coming for the surgery you don't have any second thoughts. The surgery cost is a bit expensive here compared to other hospitals. Rest is great. The staff is smart and well organized. :)

This is a very good hospital and the biggest thing is the staff here. Whether it is receptionist or nurse or doctor, all are very good and talk very well. On the onset, for my bilateral cataract operation I visited the Aehi. As I am having rare autoimmune disease, it has several issues and need to address before the operation. I am thankful to all specialist ophthalmologist, who took the real interest in my case and create level of satisfaction for scheduling the operation. Overall staff, administration and hygiene condition of hospital is in line with professional approach. Now I am awaiting for my schedule of operation and feel positive for that.

More or less everything looks quite satisfactory however what I found strange is the attitude of the hostesses there. I observe that they were neither sincere to their duty nor to the patients. I write this because of the fact that they tried their best to convince me to skip the pending retina examination on one pretext or the other. I think they should do justice to the duty they have been entrusted with.

Both my parents underwent cataract surgery here. We were told that they will not require spectacles for the rest of life . And 1 year down the line they again needed spectacles . Dr.Jain may be brilliant , but it seems it has become too commercial for her and also the "I am only right" attitude that comes with it. This has happened not once but multiple times. Hence my negative review here. I suggest patients to gather correct information from internet before accepting any deal. Otherwise the staff is very prompt and courteous.

Always have best experience with this hospital.Treatment is really best.But today experienced lack of coordination between their staffs.Went for my daughters eye check up.After doctors check up again prescribed some eye drops to my daughter n made her sit closing eyes .After some time they called n told that report is ready without any checkup after applying eye drops again.when I pointed that why she was made sitting with eye drops and without check up how reports are ready one staff really didn’t want to listen. Without knowing about the issue and without enquiry she shouted as everything done n I am wrong only.She was totally refused to listen actually what happened and without knowing just giving opinion rudely.Really disappointed with this type of behaviour of a reputed eye hospital.Eye checkup is such a delicate matter and such a negligence of the staff and refused to listen what’s patient or guardian is saying is really too much disappointing .

Would really have appreciated if the response, follow up and calls post surgery were as well organised as they were before the surgery. In case there is a delay and the operating doctor is not available for days more than conveyed, the patient should be informed well in time or intimated about an appointment with some other doctor by the hospital. Was informed on calling twice that the doctor won’t be available on the day mentioned post the surgery. Please empathise that the patient is looking forward to a reassurance from the doctor that the progress is ok and every day matters.
