Very bad service. They don't have value for time. Message u to come on time but there u have to wait like govt hospital. The ladies in the front desk are least bothered they are just busy in there mobile and listing to music in head phone. Not bothered of the patient sitting there. Very cheap.

HRCT at Lotus Kharghar costed me 2500, but the same cost me 5000 at Lotus panvel, 2500 extra for travelling 10kms? Lotus Kharghar CT Scan was under maintenance, so i had to visit its Panvel Branch, but i was astonished to see the price difference of same franchise, Covid mein logo ko lut rahe hain

This is a fraud diagnostic center. I had a 3T MRI done, but they made a lot of mistakes. So my treatment was wrong and I suffered more. Due to this fraud center I have suffered a lot financially, physically and wasted a lot of my time.

Special thing about Lotus imaging centre they got "Advance 3T Machine" it's wonderful thing they done, because they only have 3T machine in navi mumbai. Cooperative and friendly staff. Attendants and Reception staff were very good. Images received soon. Downgrading from 5 to 3. Report was not given in promised time. Had to reschedule other appointments because of their delay.

One of the worst imaging centre. Completely wrong reporting of MRI. Because of their fake reporting i got misdiagnosed for 6-7 months and lost almost 1.8 lacs. Majority of reviews are paid. Diagnosis is crucial part for treatment choose your radiologist centre wisely. Stay away from them.

The staff here is co-operative and takes good care of the patient Suggestion - The bill should also include travelling charges so we can claim the insurance accordingly, as we don't stay near by and the cost of our travel is a big amount. Doing so will help us reduce our financial burden

Due to my fear issues with MRI Machine, I had to travel to Alibaug where Lotus Imaging has an open MRI Machine. I was finally able to undergo the scan, thanks to the cordial staff especially the technician Raj. He made sure that I completed my full scan; he even got a person to hold my hand to allay my fear. Thanks a lot.
