I was very skeptical initially or the hair transplant surgery. I had a consultation with Ms.Dhara who explained in detail the procedures which will be taking place and the post surgery care too. Made my decision so easy to take, only due to her comforting and making it easy and stress free. Dr. Manasi who did the procedure has magical hands and I am sure she has done a fab job. Those who can endure a little bit of pain and are concerned about the look should go for it. She had answered my same question again and again without showing displeasure and making me comfortable. The rest of the support staff too are outstanding. Dr. Abhishekh too has been following up on the post surgery care and how I am feeling. Really appreciate what these guys have have done. I heard about Assure Clinic through a friend of mine who got very good results. So I decide to go ahead with Assure Clinic. Ms. Dhara consulted me and all my doubts were cleared. She coordinated for my booking and procedure. I was very comfortable with the procedure done with Dr Archana and Dr Manasi. The staff Zareen, Saziya , Nameera , Shebaaz are very nice. Would highly recommend Assure Clinic to all who need hair transplant. You are in good hands, be Assured.

Would not even give it one star. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. They scam you by telling you the treatment is done by doctors, where as in actuality the technician is the one doing your LHR. No point taking appointments because they make you wait for over 30 mins without being apologetic about it at all and are laughing about it. Their LHR’s do not work. I highly recommend anybody to NOT go to this clinic or any of their branches. Never had a more terrible experience before. Plenty of better ethical clinics in Mumbai. Please save yourself the torcher!

I Got a full Head Transplant done in December 2023 and I must say that after researching over 10s of Company doing it I could not find anyone even close to what Assure has to offer . And every word she committed was honoured as it is during execution as well. I was offered a Senior surgeon Dr Gayatri who took care of my whole transplant journey with utmost care. She wud be considerate to all my requirements and answer all my queries with compassion. She made sure that she leaves no gap during my transplant and gave an ultra high density implant . Her skills of precision and speed was commendable. Even their support staffs were very skilled and specially Shaybas who was very kind and helpful to us. At the end as promised they gave me a written guarantee of 25 years for my full head whatsoever, with no conditions which again is unique to them. I am still in the shedding phase and it's too early to comment on my results as of now and I am in constant touch with their team (Vinita) for any doubts mid journey as well and they are very responsive post opp as well.
