Dr. Aniruddha Malpani and Dr. Anjali malpani are Best Doctors for IVF. We underwent their treatment in September 2017. Dr. malpani guided us very clearly and precisely. We are now 14 weeks pregnant with healthy baby. From the beginning Dr. Malpani gives proper instruction and clearly explains purpose of each procedure or medicine. He is very prompt in replying all emails, even at mid night. They took utmost care for each procedure themselves. They rightly advised to gap 2 cycles between egg retrieval and embryo transfer, to increase chances of success. All procedure was done in their clinic itself. Their charges are reasonable in terms of quality and service compared to other IVF clinics nearby. Even after embryo transfer, for any small issue Dr. Malpani was readily available to consult. 14 weeks after transfer, we are much far from him, still he guides us through email (Which is definitely not included their charges of IVF and no doctor will do that after embryo transfer is over) We wish them good luck for years to come to give them strength to educate and treat as many patients as possible

After getting cheated by doctors at local IUI and IVF clinics, we had lost trust in doctors. But we took one chance and visited Malpani clinic for their opinion. When we met Dr Anirudha he was very patient and understanding. He spoke to us in a very friendly manner and asked us not to blame ourselves.He clearly explained the procedure at Malpani clinic and all the costs involved. He also explained that IVF takes time and we should not lose hope. He also explained the number of times we have to visit the clinic. This was very less as compared to other clinics and doctors which allowed us to go on with our usual lives. We were impressed with all the facilities and staff at the clinic and wanted to take another chance. When we started the cycle Dr Anjali would personally attend to us and do the scans. There were no assistant doctors involved. She did the egg retrieval process which went very smoothly and we did not face any difficulties. The nurses are very co-operative and patiently explained the medicines and injections to be taken.We were even refunded the unused injection charges. Embryologist Dr.Sai kept us updated on the eggs retrieved and fertilised. He sent us photos of the blastocysts and explained quality of each of them. Due to this we were at ease that we have good quality blactocyst and our chances of getting pregnant are good.We froze the embryos and transferred one of them. Dr Anjali does the transfer and she is very experienced at it. We were given photos of the embryo which was transferred and before the transfer Dr. Sai also showed us the embryo to be transferred under the microscope. But unfortunately the cycle did not work.We were disappointed but Dr Anirudha called us personally and empathised with us. He gave us hope to keep trying. We did another embryo transfer and this time we were lucky and got pregnant.However after 5 months we suffered a miscarriage because of placenta previa bleeding and infection. We were heartbroken and completely shattered. We spoke to Dr Anjali when we were hospitalised and she gave us hope. After waiting for 4-5 months we again went for embryo transfer and luckily again we got pregnant. We still have some months to go to have a baby but the doctors and staff at Malpani clinic have given us plenty of confidence and hope that we will become parents one day. Dr Anjali and Anirudha have God gift to help childless couples like us Finally our advice to other couples is Don't give up hope..your day will come it just a matter of time. And if possible please visit the Malpani clinic for your problems.

We have been married for 8 years and was trying for a baby for past 5 to 6 years, but got no success. During this period we took general medicine and one IUI treatment from other doctor. Fear of age caused us to think about IVF treatment. One more fear was with us that what if IVF bring more demotivation, frustration if results are not positive. bcz normally chance of success of IVF are 30% which means chances of failure are 70%. With mixed feeling and brief knowledge we started our treatment with Dr. Aniruddh and Dr. Anjali malpani. The very first discussion with doctor, our fears and frustration vanished and gave us a ray of hope. They explain each and every thing to us during all the phases of treatment.Their staff is also dedicated towards their roles and responsibility for their patients. They never forget to follow up with you whenever required. Dr. and their staff's concern brought positivity, hope and gave homely feelings to us. So we started our first IVF cycle, they maintain the transparency in each and every step of the process. After embryo development we chose to transfer the one and to freeze remaining embryos. With all support and with personal caring from Dr. Malpani, even after 30% of success rate, we became one of those 30% who got success in first cycle but... unfortunately due to some unknown factors it got aborted during 3rd months. After gap of 4 months we tried again for 2nd IVF cycle. Since we had previously frozen embryos in their lab so all the physical and mental pain of medicines/injection bypassed and the time span reduced to direct embryo transfer stage with just a few tablets. All the procedure repeated with all due care and again we got success with a positive test . Now I am pregnant for 2 month and we are waiting for our bundle of joy to share world with us. We are very thankful to Dr. Anajali and Dr. Anirudhh Malpani for the precious gift (on the way) and also for all the wise suggestions & life lessons during treatment which will help us in all stages of our life.

I think your article regarding PRP is awful & poorly written. The results thus far with PRP have been nothing short of miraculous and it is in the process of being trialed further in the US. I understand not to encourage someone to put all their hope in “experimental” treatments, but you of all people should know every treatment today once started as experimental. A more level headed approach to this topic would’ve been much more respected than one with a headline referring to it as a “scam”. It’s not been studied enough to prove one way or another yet & for those of us on the clock, so to speak, trying to beat the infertility odds, if it does work then this could be the treatment we need. Contrary to your post regarding positive comments being from the companies themselves, I do NOT work for a PRP company - I am actually a patient that recently had the treatment done and so far my numbers have greatly improved! Time will tell if it fully works and gives us the outcome we hope for, but for now I will say your article was extremely disheartening having no proof it is a “scam”. In fact, all data thus far would say otherwise & my own is enough proof for me!

It was a relief to come across Malpani Infertility Clinic. We had had an awful experience in quite a few infertility clinics before we came across this place. The place is clean, spacious, and hygienic. Doctors are very informative and forthright. Support staff is friendly. A wish coming true with blessings of Almighty, Parents and loved ones.. and Gods on Earth ie our doctors.. Dr Aniruddha & Dr. Anjali Malpani. Our journey as husband and wife started in the year 2010. As, any other ambitious couple, we were more focused on our respective career for the first year of our married life. After a year, we decided it was perfect time to expand our family but we failed over months and years. Initially, we did not think much about it but slowly it started leading to frustrations, anger and guilt. Family and social surrounding also made us to think on serious note. From the year 2012 to year 2016, we had undergone multiple treatment cycles including 11 IUI cycles, 1 IVF cycle, Ayurvedic medicines, Unani medicines but nothing worked in our favour. We slowly started feeling that maybe we were destined to be childless but the desire of having a baby was so strong that it never allowed us to give up. After taking a break of a year or so, we started searching online for fertility clinic and came across Malpani clinic. We read the various success stories of similar concern like ours & each and every blog that was written by Dr. Aniruddha. This again raised positive hope in us and we planned to visit Malpani clinic. Our first meeting with Dr. Aniruddha went on so well. He brought up so many questions in front of us which we never thought of before going for treatments in past. As advised by Dr. Aniruddha, we decided to go ahead with ICSI. We started with our first ICSI cycle at Malpani clinic. During our first sonography, Dr. Anjali, who was always ready with her bindaas talks and smiles. Interactions started more as we progressed towards the further proceeding of treatment. Sonography were always informative. Dr. Aniruddha always encouraged us to ask questions..specifically to me. He would call me in the Sonography room and ask “Where is Endometrium?” or “How many follicles do you see?” Now that made me to read and understand what we were doing and getting into. Our first ICSI cycle resulted with 4 blastocyst: we transferred 2 blastocyst - resulted in chemical pregnancy. Then, 1 blastocyst - resulted in negative pregnancy test. Later the last blastocyst - we got a positive pregnancy test. Our joy knew no bounds but the sonography at 2 month showed the fetus cardiac activity had stopped. This was the most difficult moment in our life. We could not understand why it happened to us. Through each failures, we would receive a call from Dr. Aniruddha personally, who was always ready with his words of support. With new hope, we again started with our second ICSI cycle in 2019. This cycle again 4 blastocyst. We went ahead with 1 blastocyst transfer in July 2019 and bingo.... We again got a positive pregnancy test. Everything went well in this pregnancy and finally our healthy princess was born on March 12th, 2020. We are really thankful to the entire Malpani team as this would not have been possible without them. Our daughter is the most priceless gift we have ever received. Life has changed now, can’t express :) We would like to thank each one of you: 1) Dr. Aniruddha: For always being there for us, answering our queries, understanding our frustration, encouraging us to ask questions, encouraging us to keep reading and educating us to understand more. I remember, your advice to my wife “do consider the pregnancy as normal pregnancy and not a disease. This is by far one of the best doctors I have seen in my life! Dr Malpani and his team are world class (better than clinics I’ve been to in Germany and the US). It is rare to find a clinician that is so professional, but also caring and a wonderful teacher. I found the facilities, his knowledge and treatment to be way above paar. Hi friends I hope my experience will help other hopeless couples like us Two years ago we went for ivf to Dr firuza parikh at Jaslok Hospital. We had a very bad experience there because Dr Parikh never saw us. She hands over us to her assistant doctors. We met Dr Parikh only twice in two failed ivf cycles. We lost all trust and hope in doctors. Unfortunately we realised that it was total waste of time and money. After two years we decided to take a last chance and visited Malpani fertility clinic. Due to my extreamly low Amh at 28 I have done multiple cycle embryo pooling at the Malpani clinic and will begin my transfers soon. Dr Aniruddh not only guided me medically but also gave me a lot of motivation. Dr Angali is very sympathetic, attentive and intuitive. I have taken consultations at various top clinics in Mumbai but the services offered by the Malpanis can't be compared with the rest. Unlike other doctors herein Dr Anjali performs all the ultrasounds herself followed by timely egg pick up and then transfers. They are one of the very few doctors in the city who have the confidence and the high end lab facilities to grow embryos to day 5. They provide you with email photographs of your day to day embryo progress and daily update by their in house embryologist. It is my firm belief that the doctor couple is not commercially motivated but is working as a way of giving back to society the treatments they offer are very cost effective. Being a difficult patient medically a personalised protocol was administered to me and I'm glad to say that I have made several top grade blasts and am positive for the future. This is the first time that I have felt special at a doctor's clinic,Like somebody cares. I wish every couple facing infertility all the success and highly recommend the Malpani clinic.

Dr Malpani has a very nice clinic and a very supportive staff. I visited to know about my situation. I had doubts and infact was confused about my health condition. I was also hesitant at first to visit the doctor but one visit changed everything. He is not one to give medicines when not required. His advice has been of very great help. Dr Malpani is not just a good doctor but also has a very responsible approach. His website has lot of information to help the couple through their journey of having a baby.
