I do not regret choosing Healing Hands Clinic as the place where I got my grade IV piles operated successfully. Dr Akash Bagade was the surgeon and he is the best and friendly Doctor you'll find. Also, Dr Mansi Bhanushali and Dr Sheetal helped me pre, at the time of operation & post-operation a lot by clearing my doubts all the time. These Doctors were very helpful.

I had my husband's Fistula surgery in Currea hospital from Dr.Akash. It went really well😊 The surgery was advanced painless surgery so no pain at all was felt while and after surgery too. The doctors teams there Dr.Shital & Dr.Mansi gave us detailed consultation prior surgery and also guided us very well with all the procedures. They personal takes follow up after surgery too. The hygiene and food in the hospital was also very good. The working staff and nurses were very cooperative. Smooth Insurance Approvals,Smooth hospital Admission everything went all well with 1day stay discharge. Regular follow ups are also schedule on regular basis. I had the best treatment experience at healing hands for fistula. Dr. Akash is one of the finest proctologist/colorectal surgeon. His team of Dr. Shital and Dr. Mansi are also well versed with colorectal issues and there treatment. They are very good listeners and clarifies all the queries. Doctor explains the treatment procedure in a very detailed manner. After surgery there is constant followup to understand the recovery stages. I was diagnosed and operated by Dr. Akash, within 2 months I have fully recovered. Thanks to the marvellous team of doctors who took care of me. First of all I am glad I have been to this place at the right time. My mother was diagnosed with Fistula and Piles. Dr. Akash Bagade diagnosed the problem well in time and after a week he advised us to operate. As my mother has diabetes there was no point waiting for a long. My mother has undergone an abscess drainage and fistual surgery at the Healing hands clinic. The surgery was successfully conducted by Dr. Akash, he is a gem of a person. He is very clam, attentive and a great surgeon, he listens to all the queries that you have and answers to them. He makes sure that the patient is at ease. Apart from the regular follow-up he also checks via call and message to see if the patient is doing fine. His efforts and dedication is very much appreciated. The staff and the Hospital service is also great. I would highly recommend Healing Hands Clinic :-)

*Healings hand should close this centre* Their was follow up in thane brach . We had got apointment at 12 clock we have reached on time but their was no Dr. Present after having call . We got to now that Dr. Sayali kasam is going to take follow up and she was present their ,seen we were wait for 1 clock . We waited almost for 1hr and Dr. Sayali kasam is saying wait i am reaching in 10min that is this .I thing Doctor has only take and degree but not responsible and lack of time management , rubbish,poor service ,waste of time ,

Amazing experience! I had pilonidal cyst for about a year, for which I went to Healing Hands, Thane. I was treated by Dr. Aakash who performed a laser surgery to operate on the cyst. It was quick and painless; just required regular cleaning/dressing and follow-ups. Dr. Aakash also went out of his way to provide consultation over the phone and manage my tight time schedule in India since I am not a resident Indian. Hands down the best in business! I had gone for abscess drainage which had turned into fistula. Dr. Akash Bagade was incharge and has successfully diagnosed and operated through laser surgery. Post surgery too he was available for every question and guidance. It too 4-5 weeks for complete healing of wound and Dr Akash insured that it is is healing properly as Fistula generally has very high recurring rate. He has assured me that it will not recur. I salute his knowledge and confident but yet gentle handling of patients. Highly recommended...

I had operated for fistull here...for me fistulla is very painfull and hard to diganose but Dr. Aakash is very knowledgeable and polite,he listenes all your problems properly, brief you all the procedure in detail and resolve all your queries. Went for treatment of fissure,Dr sayali kadam explained my problem in detail and gave medicine for it ,I have taken now for a week and felt considerable relief .Happy with the experience.

My mother was diagnosed for hemorrhoids and had to go for the surgery. Dr. Akash, Dr. Mansi and Dr. Sheetal were very patient friendly and supportive. All the required things pre and post operations were explained properly and taken care of. Hygiene and food in the hospital was also good. The only thing which went wrong was while getting discharged from the hospital. We had opted for Cashless insurance and there was lot of delay and queries exchanging with the insurance company and hospital. My mom had to wait in the hospital for more than 12 hrs as hospital didn’t discharged her. Family members who were with mom were also exhausted since there was no proper response and clarity from hospital staff. We wish the issue should have taken care in the right way. Overall experience with doctors and nurses was good and can be recommended. Hospital management needs to improve on the flawless discharge formalities since its quite exhausting and frustrating situation to be in.

I got operated for piles on 7th December 2019 by Dr. Raj Goutam who is expert and highly specialized in this Surgery . Dr. Swati assisted him for this successful and hassle free surgery. I got discharged on the next day as it was a more or less a painless operation. They extended maximum help to me to ensure that I have no pain or such other problem subsequent to the surgery.
