Your

my
feedback
was
expected
to
coverup
to
imperfection.
Firstly
I
do
understand
system
of
first
come
first
serve
in
clinics.
I
didn't
asked
you
anytime
for
any
priority
service
to
make
me
happy.
As
soon
as
I
entered
clinic
for
sonography,
I
sat
down
at
reception
waiting
for
my
turn.
There
were
2
patient
sitting
before
me
for
their
turn.
I
waited
there
for
25
minutes
till
the
first
2
person
got
over.
As
soon
as
they
got
finished
the
sonography
doctor
left
the
clinic
in
front
of
me.
Again
I
have
been
waiting
there
for
my
turn
call.
After
about
45
minutes
when
I
realized
nothing
is
going
on,
I
asked
reception
for
my
turn,
for
which
u
said
patient
is
there
and
busy.
but
in
real
doctor
was
already
out
of
clinic
and
nobody
was
in
sonography
room.
clinic
staff
was
busy
with
X-ray
of
other
patients
which
in
real
came
after
me
to
clinic
but
that
is
not
relevant
as
X-ray
and
sonography
are
different
activity.
Still
I
kept
on
asking
for
sonography
and
same
busy
with
patient
reply
was
given.
No
one
has
given
clear
picture
that
sonography
doctor
is
out
of
clinic
and
will
come
after
some
time.
and
waiting
was
going
on.
Once
your
X-ray
job
got
over
then
the
reception
gave
a
call
to
doctor
for
come
back
and
the
doctor
came
back
in
front
of
me
after
which
I
was
sent
inside
for
sonography
as
per
my
turn.
So
all
have
to
wait
long
as
you
were
under
staff
doing
one
diagnosis
at
one
time.
(x-ray
or
sonography).
With
respect
to
me
being
a
Marine
candidate
doesn't
mean
I
have
to
wait
for
infinite
time
without
justification.
Also
you
are
not
giving
any
free
service
to
me,
you
are
getting
your
service
charges
from
your
business
associates
for
referring
to
your
clinic
as
per
your
collaboration.
So
I
have
all
the
right
to
ask
for
any
unjustified
waiting
and
lack
of
service.
I
have
been
doing
these
medicals
from
many
years
but
never
seen
such
waiting
concept
between
X-ray
and
sonography
one
at
a
time
in
other
clinics,
so
was
very
surprised
about
this.
So
instead
of
covering
up
your
imperfection
by
calling
me
egoistic
better
to
improve
upon
your
faults
for
future
or
give
proper
picture
to
patients
of
what
is
happening
there
instead
of
just
saying
we
are
busy.
This
is
why
the
feedbacks
are
given
and
not
to
defame
someone.

Went
for
sonography.
Too
long
waiting
just
for
nothing.
On
enquiry
no
proper
information,
they
just
say
busy
with
patient.
During
my
time
doctor
was
not
inclinic
still
they
say
patient
is
there
and
going
on.
They
don't
have
staff.
On
one
time
they
do
xray
and
one
time
sonography.
So
patients
are
waiting
for
nothing
and
time
getting
wasted.
Staff
is
not
patient
friendly
only
money.
