My son is 7 years old diagnosed with ASD. After intense research on internet for possible treatments we found Neurogen. After free video consultation and possible options about therapies we decided for first shot in Aug 2021. After that we don't have enough words to thank Dr Alok Sharma and his team for his research and courage to come forward with idea like this. We went for second shot in May 2022 and now my son is pretty much out of spectrum, going to normal school. This is non commercial institute because all the charges are discussed earlier to admission and we felt it is affordable.

We have admitted my Brother in this hospital during Covid. Dr. Alok Sharma sir treated him very well. He is really very good and down to earth real Doctor. As per my experience such Doctor's are very rare to get in this current era. Hospital staff is very active and very good service. Thank you

10 days ago I arrived with my son at Neurogen Hospital for his treatment. Upon arrival, I met my son's case manager, Dr. Vaisali, who welcomed us and explained about the stay in the hospital . She is very professional and very kind. He was so calm and patient with my son and spoke softly. She checked on us daily. I think I couldn't have asked for better because my son was very well taken care of on a daily basis. I was also amazed by the professionalism and approach of Dr.Vaisali on my son's core issues. Special mention to Dr.Alok Sharma who did the stem cell therapy for my Son successfully. Thank you very much for your support and hopefully, I will see results in the near future.

Just a moneymaking scam. Stem cell therapy for autism is balderdash. ABA is literal torture that leads to PTSD even in young kids. Learn to accept your kids, teach them better techniques to get through this world, learn better techniques to be able to understand and handle them yourselves. More love is needed, not fake treatments. There is no cure!!

We wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to Dr Alok Sharma and his dedicated team who throughout each and every treatment which is being done is providing courage and a glimpse of light to all those dejected parents who have children with autism and cerebral palsy, whereby the government and others have failed. We are thankful to Dr Sampada Kulkarni, our daughter's case manager, a lady with kind, gentle, helpful, patient, proactive and professional attributes. We would never stop complimenting her for her continuous dedication for our princess' development in her physiotherapy to help our daughter walk. A special thanks to our coordinator, Mrs Sunita who has eased all the procedures and programmes scheduled for these two weeks at Neurogen Brain and Spine Institute in Navi Mumbai. A big thank you to the outstanding team of doctors who have provided their support and guidance throughout our stay Last but not least, we are thankful to the one and only Dr Alok Sharma, one of the rarest pearl in the whole world. He gave us hope when we had lost all hope for our angel. Thank you so so much Doctor. From Mr Purushotamsingh Seeburun, Mrs Javina Seeburun and your little patient Chimera Seeburun

An excellent institute for treating autistic patients with stemcell. My son has received the first shot of stem cell on 9th July and attended a number of therapy sessions. This institute has a professional team of doctors and therapists. They provide you with the relevant information and step by step instructions for ensuring the best outcomes. I look forward to having results within three to six months time. Thanks to Dr. Sharma and his team members for creating a glimmer of hope for the patients like my son...

We had a great experience at Neurogen hospital where we are doing stem cell treatment for our son. The staff is very courteous, resourceful and friendly and are very prompt and professional in their services provided. Since Feb 2016 when we started our stem cell journey here, we had seen slow but steady improvements in his development and sensory issues. His overall understanding ,cognitive and problem solving skills have improved ; and he is more adaptive to his daily living tasks now. We did our fourth shot on 31st July 2018 and waiting for more improvements in speech , academic and social skills moving forward.

Not a covid Hospital - Big scam My wife was admitted in Nirojan hospital on 17 the of July , she passed away on 8 the August in this hospital . she was in this hospital for 22 days, her condition detoriated within these 22 days. This hospital dosn't have any professional doctors nor professional medical care . Treating doctors Never speak to patients relative how ever they have Appointed a special personal called Dr . Nandini Gokulchandran . This women is not treating Doctor but she will council patients relative. She will give them false hopes so that you will keep your patient in this hospital for longer period. This will help them to increase there hospital bills, but in the end your patient will be no more. Serious patient in ICU are treated by RMO (Pawan Patil). Guys if your patient is covid positive do not bring them in this hospital. As this Hospital lacks major professional Doctor's And professional Medical care.

My elder son mehul kumar das, 6Y, diagnosed with Autism, First shot given on 30-07-19 used casein and gluten free diet with daily occupational therapy, avoid non veg food. After which hyper activity reduced, now under stand most of the command, observes surrounding things. Now I believe my son has recovered 90%. Second shot given on 25-02-20.... Apart from this all Doctor, Nurses, ward boys and staff are very good and polite, good canteen and cleanlyness, best and safest way for stem cell therapy. 100% recommended for all.

Stem cell therapy doesnโ€™t work. We went for the stem cell therapy for our autistic child twice. Absolutely no use! Parents beware! Intensive speech therapy, occupational therapy, school and acceptance from society and parents are the things thatโ€™ll help the children and not this! Thereโ€™s no science behind it. Going for this is the most regrettable thing Iโ€™ve done so far. Strongly urge parents to not make their children go through an invasive treatment which isnโ€™t even proven. I regret falling in their trap everyday. I got calls from NeuroGen post treatment and when I told them that itโ€™s been useless, they kept asking whether we have been going for other therapies or not. We have been going for all therapies from even before we went for the stem cell treatment. Instead of addressing or being answerable to their false promises, they simply diverted the topic and started asking us whether or not weโ€™ve been going for other therapies. We were also suggested โ€˜biomedical treatmentโ€™, which also we have tried and thatโ€™s been useless too. So basically, if your child doesnโ€™t improve post the stem cell therapies, they will merely start suggesting other therapies. Itโ€™s a huge joke.

It's a request, not to visit this hospital. It's not a hospital ,but a money collector form poor people. As you replied to my above review You people do cheating by giving stem cells which is of no use only a temporary satisfaction for parents of affected kid Don't play with emotions Don't read about illeffects of stem cells You people dont aim for cure or improve quality of life rather just want to earn money

Neurogen hospital, has given us a hope for our child and strong belief as parents that we can come over the problem, after stem cell therapy. It's basically not a hospital but a home away from home, for the patents and the patient. God bless the team and I m fortunate to have Dr. Chandali Mehta as my case manager, who made the whole process so easy and comfortable....keep encouraging and helping like this. God bless.

A big thank you to all staff working in this hospital. We remain very grateful especially for your going an extra mile to ensure our comfort. The training from the therapists is invaluable. After 4 days of rehabilitation It was interesting to see Raymond follow prompts yesterday, unlike before. His obstacle walking was way better yesterday than the day before. Today, he prompted his mother to cuddle him after accidentally hitting his head against a table. His saying of 'mama' Swahili word for mum, was clearer than ever before. Thanks to Neurogen Brain and Spine Hospital.

I brought my Son Mobutu Matiko Bohoko, 22 years to this Hospital on 21st, April this year and we are leaving for Kenya today, 27th, April, 2018. I am Monica Adhiambo Omoro, working for the Government of Kenya and my Child suffers from cerebral palsy since birth in 1996 and i know that in kenya, there is no hospital offering the Stem Cell Therapy procedure and i browsed the Internet to see where this medical procedure was available and a bumbed into the hospitals website and read the brochure and testimonials and i called Dr Alok Pamar who explained alot ot things and gave me the no of Dr Shushi, whom i sent a video of Mobutu and he said they can do some tests to see if they can do stem cell therapy on him and linked me to Sharon Kinkar, Marketing manager. My Stay at this hospital has been good with the Doctors handling me professionally and even they gave me a video to see how the Stem Cell Procedure went on. The Therapies my Son has undergone particularly under DR Bikash OT and Dr - Physiotherapy are the best and i thank them for this. Room service excellent and it is my prayers that following this Stem Cell Procedure on MY Son Mobutu Matiko, there will be tremendous improvement on him. I commit his full recovery to GOD and thank the Professional team who also included Dr Nandini.

I travelled to India from the UK for treatment for my autistic son. I was apprehensive as I do not know the language nor the country, but the staff spoke good English which was a relief. The staff and general experience at the hospital was really good. The staff seemed well versed in autism. Its been 2 years since I went there. So I am in a good position to make an assessment. Straight after the treatment there was an instant improvement in my sonโ€™s behaviour. Unfortunately, I would say that the improvement in the last few years has not been that much. I would therefore not consider a second trip. The hospital do keep in touch and I have spoken to them a few times since then. If anyone is thinking of travelling from the UK, and has any questions feel free to drop me a message on [email protected].

It's been such a wonderful experience having been in Neurogen Brain and Spine Institute. My son Einstein is 14 years old and has autism.I can say that my fears about his future are no more from my experience in this institute.I recognize all the doctors and comment them for the good work they are doing, the therapists-Sonali and others, psychologists etc.The hospitality of all the staff in this institute is one of it's kind.Be blessed for your kindness. My son underwent the procedure and all the therapies and have seen slight improvement especially in recognizing things on his own and mentioning their names. That's a signal of hope and better things to come and by the time I come back to Neurogen this year,I am very sure he'll have shown great improvement.God Bless Neurogen our beacon of hope for our kids.

My Son Vrishank (aged 5yrs), is a case of Cerebral Palsy with West Syndrome whom presently underwent Adult Autologous Bone Marrow derived MNC's transplantation for the 4th time at Neurogen Brain & Spine Institute , Navi Mumbai. At the age of 1 year, my son underwent 1st shot for this type of treatment with a hope to get something positive for him because neurologist had lost their hope for any time of recovery because of the symptoms of severe jerks due to West Syndrome (worst type of seizure effect). It is my personal belief that whatever be my son today in terms of his appearance, behavior and cognitive sense is due to the grace of Dr. Nandini Gokulchandran & Dr. Alok Sharma through this treatment & Hospital . If for next few months, I would continue all the existing excellent level of therapies of this hospital, I do believe that my son would certainly walk and would have a better self dependant appearance in his future. All the therapist of Neurogen Brain and Spine Institute are extremely talented and down to earth in their behavior with good knowledge in their field. I would specially thank my son's Case Manager โ€“ Dr. Chandali Mehta for taking care so well for my son in all aspects of requirements and Physiotherapy. It is very appreciable that she applies therapies according to the patient need .Along with her, Dr. Franny (Physiotherapist), Dr. Saurav (Occupational Therapist), Dr. Shilpa (Psychologist), Dr. Nirmala (Psychologist),Dr. Rebecca (Speech therapist) have put tremendous effort in their field of therapies for my son. They have best expertise in their fields. Through the effort of. Dr. Franny, my son developed good sitting balance, standing, sit to stand , neck control etc. Prior o stem cell treatment, when Vrishank was 1 year old, my native place Bihar based Doctors (Neurologist) told that they have no hope of any sort of positive development and achieving milestones in my son and he would be bed-ridden only .Buts despite being a case of severe Seizures (West Syndrome) and Cerebral palsy, slowly and gradually,my son is able to stand well with support, respond well , shows varieties of expression, able to sit independently without support on bed, stool, sofa etc. He is a keen listener of Music and songs, rhymes and able to express his likes and dislikes for songs. He can roll on bed well. He likes travelling very much. Apart from therapies and treatment, all the wings of these hospitals are well managed like Canteen, House keepings, administration, Reception, Nurses and gate keepers. All the workflow and management touches the heart of care givers/parents of patient reaching and staying there. I would specially thank Suresh ji (Canteen Owner) for his humble support to me outside hospital through his delivery of meals in hotel (after getting discharge) for my son as I was residing alone with a CP with seizure patient whom cannot eat all kinds of food and flavors and also in the condition when I cannot move independently for any arrangement like that . Overall I have a great experience and relationship with this hospital.I would also like to tell other parent like me to have believe in this treatment procedure .They could get much more for their beloved son/daughter suffering with this kind of neurological issues . Thanking You all! Regards: Mother of Vrishank

I have had 2 visits at neurogene, last year and this year of 2019. My experiences were very satisfactory in terms of advice I have received with respect to treatment provided. All medical officers and therapists have hands on experiences and are expert in their fields. Medical attentions given to the patient were to our expectations. Room and food services were satisfactory but must be looked into for better service. Prompt services were provided with respect to pick up and drop off at airport.

We recently went to Neurogen for our son's treatment and I found the hospital staff to be extremely professional and supporting. The hospital have most extensive therapies and treatments available. I also would like to specially thank our care manager Misbah. She is quite thorough in the analysis and have good knowledge of the subject. She supported us all along for our stay there. Helped us plan our son's birthday party and made his special day even more special. We also found the doctors there to be quite open minded and also ready to listen parents POV. I would certainly recommend other parents with child with special needs related to Neuro to visit the hospital once. It's not only the stem cell treatment but all the analysis and therapies they do or recommend can be life changing for their child. Thanks Misbah, really appreciate your hard work, diligence and support. Stay in touch!

A happy experience : When I was supposed to take the second dose of vaccine, the second wave of corona came along with it. The patients of corona were increasing rapidly. Our first dose of the vaccine was administered in Mumbai. But due to some reason, we had to go to Navi Mumbai (Neurogeon brain and spine hospital) for the second dose on 27th April 2021. I am 72 years old and my husband is 75 years old. He has had surgeries on both his legs and is unable to walk without support. We went there with many questions in our mind. How crowded will it be there? How long will it take? What if we get infected by Covid-19 there itself? As soon as we reached the hospital gate, the watchman saw us and immediately with another hospital employee came to help us. The man helped my husband get out of the car and supported him with a walker. The first help we received without even asking. When we went inside the hospital, we saw proper seating arrangements. Sanitizers were given as soon as people walked inside the hospital. The hospital was very clean. All employees were doing their job without any irrigation, with a smile, and maintained a good decorum. Seeing my husband with the walker, a nurse rushed to him to check his BP and oxygen levels. The staff members made sure my husband didn't require to move around a lot. The nurse was very light handed and I didn't even realise when my vaccination was over. It was so professionally done that the needle didn't even hurt me. I think her name was Lakshmi because that's what's written on the certificate of my vaccination. She was really sweet. After the half hour waiting period, we were given the vaccination certificates and some important instructions. Our second and final dose of the vaccine got done in a pleasant environment. Thank you very much to the staff of Neurogen spine and brain hospital. Kavita Sarpotdar

I came to Neurogen with my wife for the care of my 11 year old son who has HIE. We heard about neurogen through a friend who shared a video of Dr. Alok. We then contacted neurogen directly through their website. Neurogen assigned us a contact person with whom we had preliminary discussions to assess my son's situation. After that, neurogen facilitated the administrative procedures for the trip to India. Overall everything went well. We arrived in India on the 31/10/2022. The care was immediate from the airport to neurogen. The first few days, several examinations were done to evaluate the situation of the child. We had discussions with the doctors to explain in detail the situation of the child and also the stem cell therapy. We benefited from a really close follow-up from the doctors who were very available to answer all our questions and who regularly visited the child several times a day. The therapies are very well organized with a precise calendar and they also went well. We attended the therapies to see how they were implemented and the neurogen specialists always gave us explanations. There is also ร  translation services in french to facilitation discussions ans understanding. The stay was pleasant, especially the accommodation, the availability of the staff, the hotel services and the food. We discovered the Indian dishes which were very good. The parents also benefited from other services such as massages. After the 2 weeks, we had debriefings with all the therapists to tell us how to continue the care once we returned to our country. Our case manager, Dr. Chandali, also explained to us how to continue the therapies for the child and how she will follow up with the child at a distance. Overall, the whole process is very satisfactory. At Neurogen, there is a lot of rigor, organization and professionalism at all stages. All of this gives us great hope that our son's situation will improve. Special thanks to my case manager Dr Chandali ,Dr Nandini and Dr Alok Sharma

I am Shanon from Cameroon mother of 3yrs old Afanwi Miracle diagnosed with celebral palsy. I came to know of Neurogen brain and spine institute India through a health tourism agency called Viadam health. While in my country I did consultations with different doctors through calls, messages and emails, I was assisted by Ms Sunita Rawal and Ms Andrea Fernandes they followed us up until we finally came to India and they did not stop. Admission process was very smooth immediately we entered the hospital our room with everything inside was already prepared no waiting around or confusions at all. And different doctors from different specialties came asking questions doing reports taking samples and doing tests I was honestly very impressed, atleast every 30mins to an hour a doctor must pass by asking how we were doing and if we were comfortable, the administrative department came by everyday asking if we had any problems his Case Manager Dr Chandali was very kind and understanding and did her best to always help us and provide solutions. Also the hospital staffs were very kind and welcoming cleaning of the room and changing of beddings was done on a daily basis. Dr. Nandini came by explaining the scan results and making sure I understand exactly what the scan was saying and where the problems are. And then came the day of the stem cell therapy everything went smoothly one step at a time. Dr. Hemangi was very sweet she checked in on us everyday making sure Miracle was doing fine after the stem cell therapy if he was in pain or not and if we weren't in our room she came to find us in which ever therapy he was taking at the time just to make sure he was ok that was so nice. Just two weeks after the stem cell treatment I noticed a lot of changes drooling reduced to about 50%, he also started supporting his neck more until I could even carry him on my side without worrying about him falling backwards, he also started trying to sit with little support, he was also very responsive all the while his case manager Dr Chandali never left his side none of the doctors left. The dietitian always making sure he eats and suggesting new menus and methods of cooking, the therapist always very supportive and even the Director Dr Alok Sharma checked up on us before and after the procedure giving both the patient and attendant hope from experience that the patient wil be fine. Not forgetting the kitchen staffs I honestly applaud them they did an excellent job, whatever dish you wanted to eat they made sure to provide to the best of their abilities. Up until our discharge I did not have a single problem and I know my son will have many more improvements and changes. My sincere gratitude to all the sisters and everyone on the 10th floor. And my sincere thanks to Dr. Alok Sharma and all the family of Neurogen for bringing hope where there seem to be none. Neurogen brain and spine institute doesn't disappoint.

My son Darrel and Myself visited Neurogen Brain and Spine Institute in Mumbai India, my experience at the centre was very good, the hospital picked us up at the airport to our suite in the hospital. The following day we move straight to business an MRI and a PET scan was taken follow by alot of therapy sections from Special Education to Occupational therapy. A successful surgery was performed and I really enjoyed my stay at the hospital. The staff at the hospital were superb and I recommend Neurogen brain and spine Institute for you.

I have given here 2 stars because i still believe on the science of stem cells and its nature to repair damaged cells. Also I appreciate the efforts of Dr Alok sharma on researching stem cells for Autism & other neuro related disorders !!! Now coming to my experience, in short i will say that 5+ lacs of rupees is waste of money and the stem cell therapy for Autism does not work period. At least for my son it did not work. It has been 9 months since my son had stem cell therapy. Now if we call the center and say that we don't see improvement in our child then they will ask to come for second shot. Ms Ragini was our case manager. She said that " Dear parents, stem cell is not a magic where your son will be cured, you have to provide intense therapies in order to see results." Okay so if this true then why to spend lacs of rupees in stem cell therapy and lacs of rupees in therapies. Every parent can directly go for therapies for their son.

My daughter HIMADRI (5.5 yrs, autism) took her shots of stem cells at NGBSI. We have noticed improvements after her 1st shot so came back for the second one and then of 3rd. Our overall experience with doctors, therapists, nurses and all other staff have been excellent so far. Our case manager Dr. Krishnaveni has been doing great job providing my daughter dedicated ABA therapy, psychology sessions as we were very upset how to control her spitting behavior. finally it has gone. Dr. Krishaveni has carefully designed the schedules and sessions for other therapies as per my daughter's comfort. I also appreciate Dr. Rucha efforts. She is a timebound and committed physiotherapist. She has made her best efforts to make Himadri jump from different heights. She has achieved goals before time. I cannot forget to mention how Dr. Alok Sharma and Dr. Nandini Sharma and his team are doing a noble job tirelessly every week making that silver lining even more clear and brighter for parents like us. Their work is giving us immense hope that our children with special needs might be able to lead a life with minimum dependency. Parents who have children with special needs and other differently abled kids can try this stem cell treatment. Though its a clinical option, but results are peculiar. The results are of 15 days.

considering I am not from India and I do not know the Indian language I was very apprehensive how we would cope and how my son who has autism would cope but instead we have really enjoyed our time here. Everyone is very friendly and professional. even those helping around the wards were very good, regardless of the communication barrier. everyone who was in charge of my sons treatment was well versed in the English language and so treatment was very efficient. they were also very ready to share information on how to help my son once we went back home in follow up therapy after stem cell procedure. there is sharing of phone numbers which ensures that there is follow up even from home once we go back to Kenya. my phone fell and broke and although that was not part of their problem they got me sorted out instantly. with my constant forgetfulness i lost my glasses and within minutes of letting the administration know i got them back. Their concern is amazing. It was a stay in a hospital but I am impressed. the rooms and the food was also first class. I will stop there because i can go on and on and on. thank you neurogen team. you are the best.

The post discharge service is really bad. All the discharge papers were not provided at the time of discharge. We had to personally go again and collect the medical bills and the receipts. We are still following up for the indoor case paper since the discharge 3 weeks back to claim for insurance; but the admin team is not responsive at all.

One of the worst after treatment experience we have from this hospital. Been trying to connect with the responsible people from past ten days to get some important documents which required to submit for insurance claim. Unfortunately there is no response from any of them. They will not lift your call they will not respond to your messages. I would not recommend anyone this hospital. I am definitely have my doubts on the positive reviews posted here. The insurance team is worst. The coordinators are also worst.

Our stay at NeuroGen was pleasant. The Doctors and Nurses were absolutely wonderful and my daughter was looked after very well. I loved how Doctors, Nurses, therapists, Dietitian and all the staff worked together. I would really like to thank the talented Ms Rajvi, our case manager who modified our schedule according to our needs. Ms Rajvi was very understanding and supportive and helped us to set goals and plan my daughterโ€™s activities at home. I would like to thank the wonderful Occupational therapist Dr Devashree, who really identified my daughterโ€™s sensory needs and came up with a great plan. My daughter had many Occupational therapist but no one like Dr Devashree, she just goes way beyond with her exceptional knowledge and skills on understanding a childโ€™s mental health and their sensory needs. I would like to thank Ms Usha from the special education department, she did an amazing job and my daughter connected very well with her. I would also like to thank Neelam, the dietitian at NeuroGen, who went out of her way to fulfil our requests and made sure that we were satisfied with the food. I will also like to thank our Speech therapist Sakshi, who answered all my questions and gave me helpful tips to help my daughter with speech. I would like to thank the food team, who always delivered freshly cooked meals, the helpers who made our stay so comfortable. Thanks to everyone at NeuroGen. It was a pleasure meeting Dr Alok, Dr Hemangi, Dr Nandini and all other doctors. It was great seeing that they took out their precious time to meet us all personally.

A well known centre for Stem cell therapy in both Adults and Children cases . Children with disorders like Autism spectrum Disorder,ADHD, CP, DMD, and other neurological issues are recommended . Even adults with Spinal cord injury, TBI etc are also successfully treated here. The Paediatric setup environment is purely childrenโ€™s friendly and so as the adult section too.

My son did Stem Cell Therapy from Neurogen and it doesn't work for him at all. For this reason I can confidently say that Stem cell therapy is not a solution for autism. Specially when you decide to pay such a huge amount, it is important to know who is handling the procedure, what governing bodies certified the treatments, and what FDA says about the institute. The best option I found from Neurogen is the occupational Therapy and Special Education Therapy. If you need my experience of SCT please directly message me, will share more details.
