Doctors are good but billing system is not patient friendly. It's a business not a hospital. OPD Charges are already very high as compared to other hospitals. On top of it follow up charges are only applicable for 59 days which is unfair for patients. If doctor had advised to come after 3 months then patient has to pay complete fees (like new case) even for same ailment. This is absolute business. Not happy with this. Hospital should change the process and need to understand it's not a corporate world, it is a HOSPITAL

I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience at Jupiter Hospital, Thane. Regarding doctor appointments and MRI services. This encounter has left me with a negative impression of your facility's ability to manage patient appointments and provide timely services. I visited Jupiter Hospital for a doctor consultation following my primary physician's recommendation. After consulting with the doctor, it was determined that an immediate MRI was necessary. I was directed to your hospital's MRI facility with the understanding that the procedure would occur on the same day. However, my experience took a disappointing turn from there. Upon arriving at the MRI facility, I was surprised to learn that there were no available MRI scan slots for the next three days. This contradicted the urgency expressed by the doctor during the consultation. This lack of availability not only inconvenienced me but also raised concerns about the hospital's commitment to patient care. While I understand that logistical challenges can arise, the unavailability of MRI slots for three days highlights a significant issue in your appointment scheduling and service management. This experience has left me questioning the efficiency and professionalism of your hospital's operations. I strongly urge you to take immediate action to address this situation. Patients depend on hospitals for prompt and reliable medical services, and the shortcomings I encountered do not meet these expectations. We took our 2nd dose of Covishield vaccination at Rainbow School Khewra circle Thane on 26th August 2021, managed by Jupiter hospital. The ambient was very nice and right from registration to vaccination everything was handled professionally. Special mention of site Manager Ms Sandhya Panickar who was very helpful to everyone and ensured all people were wearing masks ,there was proper social distancing while waiting post vaccination and personally attended to everyone. Our journey with Jupiter hospital began a year ago where I was detected with Multiple Myeloma on 09th September, 2020. Though this was a tough time for us, Dr. Dipanjan Haldar, the Hematologist, made us understand everything so systematically in a step-by-step manner which truly indicates that he has been a strong support for us throughout this. My treatment began at the Day Care Centre of Jupiter Hospital for which I would say that the sisters out there have been extremely kind and cooperative especially Maithili sister, Ayesha sister, Sayli sister, Kavita sister, Anju sister, Reshna sister, Anjana sister and Sujana sister. Mr. Suraj and Ms. Archana at Jupiter Hospital Day Care Billing have also been very helpful. Our overall experience at Jupiter Hospital Day Care has been good. Post completion of Chemotherapy for a duration of 4 months, Hickman Surgery was conducted for Bone Marrow Transplant by Dr. Bhambani. I truly appreciate him for conducting the surgeries of insertion and removal very smoothly. Thereafter I was admitted at Jupiter Hospital BMT room for 1 month and 6 days. Its truly appreciable about Ayesha sister who looked after me just like a family member and took care of me whole heartedly for my speedy recovery. Ayesha sister's main aim to keep me away from any infection and she use to monitor every small things from medicines to my diet . Ayesha sister and Maithili sister always try to make me comfortable and motivated. Even Sujana sister took a lot of care. Anju sister , Sayli sister and Reshna sister have also been very cooperative. Maithili sister was always there with strong support. Though it took a little more time for the BMT process to complete successfully, Dr. Dipanjan Haldar and Maithili sister were there with me in the BMT Room till completion of the process for a particular day. Also the boys at BMT Room have been very kind. At the Blood Bank, Dr. Ansari and his team have been very cooperative and have helped us at their personal level. Even Ms. Pradnya has been with us just like a family member. Mr. Gulam Shaikh, Netra, Joshna, varsha from Jupiter Hospital Pathology has also been very kind and helpful. Mr. Gulam Shaikh who used to even visit our home for the blood tests. The food provided at Jupiter hospital canteen is good but the most unsatisfactory thing was food given to patients. Cold food was provided, same vegetables were repetitively made for many days due to all this my wife asked permission for food pass so that I could at least get warm food. Lastly I would say that, yes its true when everyone say about Jupiter hospital being expensive, I will add on an explanation stating that the expensive cost is truly worth because the way you are looked after and your care is being taken here, its justified. Every treatment under one roof which helps you a lot in this pandemic situation. My treatment here is going on and I truly appreciate the entire team of Jupiter hospital who have played a strong role throughout and giving me a homely comfort and feeling.

We had an amazing experience with the birthing suite and maternity dept. The entire staff (medico and nursing) were extremely helpful, attended us diligently even if we called them multiple times mid night. Staff also assisted us with all the formalities and gave us timely updates and counselling. We also asked for lactation consultant which was very helpful. Rooms were spacious and the cleaning staff frequently kept the room cleaning without any prompting. On the day of discharge we were offered a complementary couple lunch in-room which was very thoughtful. Would recommend their birthing suites to everyone, very much vfm.

Neuro - Physiotherapy in Jupiter is excellent ! A couple of months ago,my father had to undergo Neuro- Physiotherapy after a mild stroke that affected the mobility in his right leg & hand. Dr. Amit Dhumale and his team have helped immensely ( & continue) to bring about major recovery in my father's leg & hand movements. The neuro-physiotherapy lab is excellent & is equipped with latest technology to focus on finger, sensory & joint movements. Moreover, the doctors ( Dr. Priya & Dr.Anusha ) have been extremely helpful and have provided us with various tips on how we can continue the physiotherapy even at home with commonplace objects. A big thanks to the whole team and the dedicated effort that they have put in even in the midst of the pandemic situation.

The treatment here is very good. I must say my father was saved due to quick treatment and right actions. The overall medical service they provide is very up to the mark. My elder brother got a brain stroke problem, so I have admitted him to Jupiter hospital. His left side was paralyzed. He got treatment on time. doctors took the proper decisions at the proper time and operated him properly. He was admitted to ICU for 3-4 days under proper observation and afterward he was shifted to the general ward.After that, he was taken to neuro-rehab ward in the same hospital where they started his physio session on a daily basis. A paralyzed body needs a physiotherapy session on a daily basis and thast what the hospital did.Jupiter neuro center is equipped with modern technology machines and types of equipment and you will get the best possible treatment here .after discharge I come here for my brother's 2 sessions of physiotherapy of 1hr 30 mins. After all the visits and physio sessions there a tremendous improvement in my brother's condition, he himself started walking and showed a very good sign of recovery.Doctors and staff and very helpful .they guide you properly for patients' speedy recovery. I am very thankful to all the doctors,staff and the entire Jupiter hospital for taking so good care of my bothers health ,giving him proper treatment at the proper time and for his speedy recovery.

Jupiter has always been my Goto hospital. They have the best staff - from doctors to sisters to ward boys/maushis - all are very very good at what they do. It is expensive and I think why they should not be - as their treatment is also that good. We pay for services in 5 star hotels and do not question them. Here its about your health and its something that needs top class service. Pathology department is also good - they are very efficient and so are the other departments. The Cafe is very good. Tasty and hygienic. It may seem irrelevant but when you spend days in the hospital and not have to worry about food - that is a major plus point. The mediclaim process needs to be streamlined a bit - that is the only feedback from my side.

Under the care of Dr. Godge initially was given a green flag on neurological stableness was transferred in the able hands of Dr. Raheesh Ravindran and Dr. Aniket Hase. They were God sent people they went on aggressively to dig down for the exact diagnosis. It was Dr. Ravindran's personal experience (which he shared during the follow up meeting) which has given him the instinct to have a 360 view of the problem of a patient. With God's grace and the prayers of near and dear ones the assumption of blood cancer was zeroed down to kidney inflammation due to urine infection. This review is for Dr Sane the pediatrician. He is undoubtedly the Best in town. His judgement and diagnosis is accurate and also the way he talks to parents and the way he handles babies and kids is simply the best. Our daughter's elbow was dislocated and other doctors we visited were not able to diagnose and fix the issue. Dr Sane welcomed us without appointment and fixed the dislocated elbow in literally few seconds. Daughter was not able to move her hand few minutes back and after Dr Sane's treatment, she started playing and started moving her hand freely. This is just one example of Dr's experience and expertise. He is an angel. :)

I have been using the Cardiac Rehabilitation center services under Dr. Ankita Asher. She is a good listener and makes efforts to know not only the physical condition but also the emotional and social frame of the person visiting for treatment. The facilities available are excellent. I gained my confidence back to normal life by deciding joining office with in a week's time of my joining physiotherapy secession.

To be precise very good place ambiance is good clean hygienic like every hospital should be. I had my first baby here in a special suite they offer. Going to be first time patents the place you should be looking is Jupiter hospital.

Had extremely bad experience with hospital staff. 1. Transfer from ICU to normal ward took us almost 11 hours after doctor recommended us to move out of ICU. No proper information is provided to patients relatives on the process. Only when we followed up badly and shouted at them, were we allocated a bed in the normal ward at night 11 pm. 2. Doctor recommended us to get a test done while in the normal ward, it took the sister and admin staff to get a "WHEEL CHAIR" for the patient after almost 1 hour. We complained to the so called customer support team, they made us run here and there. The head of customer care also did not bother to attend to us. As relatives of patient, we are already stressed out emotionally and physically. The hospital staff is absolutely careless about customer care. Did not expect this kind of pathetic service, EVEN AFTER PAYING Rs.1 LAKH AS DEPOSIT, from a hospital of this cadre. A highly dissatisfied customer.

Visited the hospital for Dr.Tanna's OPD. Very amicable staff !! Nurses are very friendly and are concerned about patients health.proper hygiene is maintained in the hospital. Dr Sunil Singh (Endoscopy) He’s best the way he explained the entire procedure along with the test results were amazing. It cleared every single doubt we had in mind,He even showed and explained the entire video on endoscopy taken from start to end.

I had visited there camp at rainbow school.for the second vaccine. It was very well organized . I would want to specially thank SANDHYA madam, for her wonderful and helpful nature at the same time her dedication towards her duties. Really appreciable. It was a wonderful experience over all

So me and my wife have visited their Rainbow vaccination center at Manpada, Thane West recently for our second dose of covishield. We had a really fantastic experience. They have organised it so well that the only time that takes majorly is the half an hour mandatory wait time post vaccination. Highly efficient and customer service oriented staff. They were very warm and accommodating as we had a special need as well. Right from the security guard to the technical staff everyone made it so easy for us. I would highly recommend this vaccination center for those who are yet to take the vaccination any dose. Need more such successful centers with such capable and warm staff. Great service to the nation ultimately.

Good hospital with a lot of good facilities. There are good doctors here who are genuine and they are not looting patients at the cost of the patient's health. Nurses and the staff provide a quality service. The services are very expensive however you can expect a good experience.

I got my second dose of vaccination at RAINBOW School today which was organized by Jupiter Hospital. The entire process was completed without any hitch. The staff were very helpful and the cleanliness of the area was maintained as well. Overall a great experience. Keep up the good work.

Jupiter Hospital has fantastic facilities and a great Pharmacy that stocks various types of medicines. A great thing about the hospital is the focus on sanitation and providing good food to the patients during their treatment at the hospital. The Hospital staff are really helpful in booking doctor appointments in advance.

My mother had a surgery on 23.09.22. It was done by Dr. Pinky Thapar. She has commendable experience and expertise. It eased the surgery. She also took care of her mental health. Her assistants are equally trained and empathetic. Other support staff at Jupiter is very prompt, co-operative and Kind.

I had a satisfying appointment and treatment and the doctors are fantastic. They take special care of patients and advice us well.dr. alpha Dalai has been really nice since the time i have been her patient and have treated me well.there is really good improvement in my health condition. All the staffs are cooperative. Now even they have a doctor who councells us and suggests things to improve on our health. I would recommend patients who are fighting with asthma to visit this Dr and also follow her advice.

The Hospital charges but it's worth every penny...There are special discounts for people who cannot afford treatments by Jupiter Hospital Trust..So please don't listen to the rumours..This is my honest feedback..I have been treated by Dr. Sangita Gandhi,my gynecologist...She is God to me...

Was being treated at Jupiter Dental department for Dental Rehabilitation post removal of right lower jaw and 5 teeth due to an Ameloblastoma. The team here was very helpful with scheduling the appointments and prompt reminders. Dr. Ragini, the orthodontist was very patient in collaborating and meticulously structuring my appointments to provide removable dentures to replace my 5 teeth. Follow up after the dentures were placed was also done and ensured I was completely comfortable with the new dentures. Thanks to this team for their efforts and making it a hassle free experience.

From the interaction even before we left our country, to the pickup at the airport by a senior admin of the International Patient Service Department, excellent convenient accommodation at the adjacent Fortune hotel, the friendly courteous staff - the medical team (Nurses and Doctors, Dietician etc), housekeeping and particularly the personal, consistent diligent efforts of the International Patient Service Department Team to ensure all our needs are met made us to feel like we were among family and not just visitors! We did not feel like the complete strangers that we were. This very warm and personal attention, with the professional care recieved made a lasting impact on us.
