Deriving mileage from their TV infomercial show this place has 2 vaidya or ayurvedic doctors who prescribe their medicines. Though the centre is well managed but the medicines are not as effective as the TV programme shows. In my case the doctors failed to get to the root cause of the problem even after 7 months of regular consultancy visits and medication and finally we had to go back to allopathic medications. Avoidable.

Treatment was affordable and effective. very nice follow up from the doctor and staff. I loved the massage and steam therapy the most. One can take treatment from Jiva if you are not comfortable to go out to long distance Aayurvedic centre for treatment.

I quite liked Jiva , usually take my mum there by this time tried a treatment for myself which was a colon cleanse and I really liked it .. the staff is nice .. Varsha my technician has been very understanding and supportive thru out the treatment .. a must try

I visited the Andheri West branch of Jiva for my osteoarthritis problem after consulting many other ayurvedic clinics in 3 cities. I can say without any hesitation that Dr Prajakta Rajurkar instilled confidence in me from the first consultation, with her approach, patience and knowledge. The first line of treatment was to undergo Panchakarma for 8 days and that's when I had some reservations because in ayurveda the Therapist is as important as the Doctor. I can say with complete assurance that all my reservations vansihed when I met the therapist Shri Uday ji. He was more than willing to explain everything about the procedure before hand and showed me around the facility. The sheer expereince, skill, dignity and sensitivity with which Udayji performed the panchakarma therapy can never be forgotten, and its extremely rare to find dedicated and knowledgable therapists like him. I can confidently say that the Doctor-Therapist team of Prajakta ji and Uday ji at the AndheriW branch are really of a high calibre. I visited Jiva ayurveda Andheri West branch a few months back, when I was clueless about the things my body was suffering with. I met Dr.Prajakta who helped me cure so many issues I was going through with so much care and positivity, after a while she also suggested me to go for a virechan (detox) therapy which was a totally new thing to me, but the entire process went smoothly and comfortably because of Surekha who helped me keep my calm in the process. I felt glad to have had consultation at the Jiva Ayurvedic clinic at Andheri West, with Dr. P. Rajurkar. The doctor very carefully listened to my medical history, examined based on pulse, gave detailed and studied advice, and issued medicines which included not only off-the-shelf medicines from JIVA, but also a mixture specially constituted by her for myself specifically. That was a pleasant surprise, and reminded me of the good-old days when there used to be Family Doctors, whose prescriptions also included Mixtures constituted Specifically for an individual patient.
