The trainers are very helpful regarding training and diet Also the entries are stricted to non gym guys so safety of our good when you are inside the gym Also in the gym fresh water, washroom, changing room and some lovely people and trainers are always available 😊 You can expect a heavy crowd in the evening The gym is cleaned everyday keeping the Covid -19 safety measures
