I would not like to deal with Ravi Bhushan henceforth. He doesn't know how to talk to a customer and he decides himself how billing he wants to do according to the voucher provided. He does not have the audacity to ask the customer or discuss with them and is always in a hurry to bill the products just because we had a voucher and I'm assuming that amount is not counted as daily sales. We were also told to wait aside as there were other customers who were new billings and was in hurry to bill them as if they were suppose to runaway. If Firstcry wants to differentiate with such customers then there shouldn't be any vouchers system for upselling and getting customers at your store on behest of such offers Also train your staff with etiquette to speak to a human first,customer is secondary. My sister also had a similar experience with this person

Fraud!!! Fraud!!! Fraud!!! Honest review. The product was labelled as Rs. 399/- and they billed me at Rs. 599/-. When highlighted the staff started arguing how price is as per their scanner. This is a trick when we buy multiple products we generally do not check price of each item and pay total. They will never show you invoice before Once paid customers left without checking bill. Also don't refer reviews as they force customers to post reviews in front of them. This is also trick to divert customers from checking bill. Also products are very very overpriced as compared to quality. We are just paying their shop rent and other expenses unnecessarily. Better to stay away from such fraud shops.

Visited store today. While billing, I requested to issue bill on my name without taking my mobil number. The cashier rudely replied 'Bina Number k Bill nhi milata'. The store should keep in my we don't pay them premium for taking our number and this kind of behaviour.

Was amazed by the exceptional service provided here by pinky. Not only she helped us pick the product we wanted but also went ahead and explained us about ongoing discounts membership benefits and all with a smile. Highly recommended for service here. Keep it up

Never recommend belapur firstcry store... today we visited the store, after billing we checked our bill and found that 1 item was added which we did not purchase... and they also add membership without informing us, also charged for paper bag also.... when we called in store they said "Jidhar complaint krni hai kro hme koi farak nhi"....

Worst staffs of this shop. When you go to shop at this store, they follow you at every corner of the shop with a very close distance as if we aren't customers but robbers. When asked not to do so and give some space to shop on our own, they reply we will not leave you alone and if you want shop you have to do so like this only and we will stand by you where ever you go in the shop. Pathetic people with no etiquette. There are other shops too wherein their sales person don't follow you everywhere in the shop you go. Grow up staffs who are working in the shop, we are adults and can shop on our own. Stop following people in the shop and give them their space to shop 😤.

Store manager is rude, he doesn't care if you are sharing issue about product, he will simply ignore. If you found any issue of product you bought from store, simply understand they will ignore you and they don't even care. Stupid person.. not going to buy anything now.

Although I’m an ardent fan of Firstcry yet wouldn’t recommend this store due to bad staff. They are simply ignorant, unhelpful, saddest of the places I’ve been!

They are very expensive as compared to the firstcry website where one will get a good discount. They display a discount tag of 50%-70% in their store, but in real do not provide it on any purchase. Buy all baby/kids stuff online instead of buying from this store. Even nearby DMART is good for limited kids shopping at genuine discounted rates..

Very rude staff including the owner... they have displayed toy cars and bikes in the store and do not allow kids to play with them... and the staff person says that it is very expensive, don't play with it, who will pay the money. This is the way they talk to kids at store. I also bought one party dress for my daughter and the zip was not working properly, I went there and ask for repair, the owner or manager said no that once the product is sold, we don't take any responsibility.... Very rude staff and very bad service.... and please don't display your toys in the store because kids don't understand that these are not for them

Good variety of products are there for the newborn and they also help in getting the stuff packed in a beautiful manner in case you need a small packing for the chhuchhak ceremony. I am very impressed with their service. Five stars for it.

Super clean and hygienic store , properly maintained during this COVID 19 pandemic. Staff providing gloves and masks to the customers for free in case you forget them , this is a great gesture as few shops charge you if u forget or happen to lose your mask. Well done folks!!!

This is very genuine review.Please prefer online shopping than visiting this shop.They will tell you that, you will get same discount as per online,however they will add same product with different amount while billing.I bought 2 sets of baby hunger which was costing 256 rs as per online, however while billing they added 2 same sets which costs 324 rs.when I ask them the lady said 2 same product has different code and hence discount also different.

Few clothing are good but they require to increase the time taken to generate the Bill and confirm the payments for small items also wait time is more than 20 min even in no rush time
