Nice small office building. Right at the junction. For parking, use the opposite side public parking place. Total commercial area. Good commercial neighborhood. Banks, mall, shops.. reaching there was like lots of traffic but that's usual.

These place is in palm Beach Road, sec 17 Vashi. Many SME Offices, Bank and Insurance Companies like HDFC ERGO, Bajaj Allianz, SBI General etc are having their offices in the building. You can find Restaurant and Bar, many food item chain retail shop here. Motor tyres shops, Cambridge showroom, are located here.

From Vashi railway station to arenja corner they will take 15 rs for sharing auto

No parking areas no good shops.

It should be called as a food corner instead of arenja🤣. It's quite a easy place to be in and everything is near by and easy

One of vashi's oldest building..it is completely commercial building.. There are several real estate as well as big builder's offices are located over here,such as shah builders,sunny builders etc... It is just behind the vishwajyot hotel,and near Federal bank.. There is parking on the 1st floor,bt it is usually for the office owners..
