Fraudsters Their costly spects doesn't last long (just one or two months) and they refuse to oblige by saying it comes in wear and tear and is not covered. Moreover their online team will tell you to go to store and store will tell to contact online team. Making fool of customers. If you insist a lot, they will offer you 50% discount on next purchase which is it's actual price. Till everything goes well you will feel good. It would have been better if they would have resolved it without this much abuse.

Worst experience. People working in store are very ignorant and least bothered about customer. Visited the store twice yet was called again next day. Minimum waiting time in the store even if it is empty is 2 hours. And still it is not sure that your work will be done. No one answers the questions of customers. Everyone working there is in their own world. So try to avoid visiting that store.

I purchased magnetic clip on glasses from here . They don't have colour option in each design . We got home delivery.. , and the frame of this glasses was so loose . So I asked orion mall lenskart staff to make it fit . They were unable to make it fit asked me to replace that glasses with another design . 😨😨😨i was not expecting such answer from them . I regret my decision of making my glasses from here . Local eyewear shops are having better option and repair options than this .

I have purchased two aspects frame as spare but simple paper carry bags not given free of cost. Every customer how can come with self bags in your shop. There is no courtesy for customer. sales representative role as like robotic only. Even invoice given without envelop .they don't care of that invoice his the customer will handle.

Wish I could give like half a star. The Orion mall store was great but Lenskart does not assist if your specs break. I have an unused broken pair lying around because they couldn't help me in it. I'll rethink about buying again from lenskart for sure.

The staff here is not at all qualified for the service. I had selected a product and received something else on home delivery. While asked the staff even denied their mistake rather said that the delivered product is the one selected. I have never seen such behaviour for any of the brand shops where you dont even apologise for the mistake but rather even don’t accept it. Worst experience.

She helped me to sort out all the problems I was facing relating to my eyewear needs and the lenses. 3rd class not just the outlet but the whole brand itself. Welding of specs near the nose pad broke and gave them to fix it in Warranty period and what they did was is they welded it in a very bad way that it broke again within 2-3 days. When given for warranty they took 2-3 weeks to fix it and did not even bother to call after it got fixed luckily i called them for update then only i got my specs back that too in very bad quality welding such that the weld can be seen.

Kept us waiting for alsmost half hour without attending.

Shop has good collection and well organised. Staff person Pooja H was very helpful and kind. She helped us throughout while selecting the correct frame and even suggested better options of lenses. At the end, we ended up selecting two frames. Highly recommonded.

Good product but as always worst customer feedback and very slow staff. Never able to handle even 5 customers together. Just for an eye test waited 3 hours and now even for picking up my order waited for 30 minutes and still waiting.

Not a Good Experience at all.. too much hassle to place an order then discussion back and forth without any solution finally had to apply for refund still waiting to get it resolved..

I was trying to buy a frame and choose 2 pairs, wasted their 1 hour for waiting to check my eyes. After eye checking they said, you have to visit eye care and check your eyes because of pressure I can't tell you exact number. Now, who will buy products from them, if you have to visit another eye care clinic and repeat the same thing. Even I am gold member, now I will visit other eye clinic and buy products from them. Not recommended to anyone.
