It's recommended to get a card so points redeemed or collected. A bucket is available to keep all tickets together so you don't lose it. Ask for it at counter and if bucket is full then there is a machine to load it in card. Tickets gained can be redeemed only at gift shop as per tickets collected.

Entertainment section of Inorbit Mall with many electronic games for life’s and adults. Worth spending time and money enjoying the gaming zones with family and kids. Adults can also visit to recall gaming memories of their childhood and feel refreshed. Bowling zone and Bumper Car are main attractions. Bowling zone is also cheap with rate 150 per head for 10 rounds. Also Bumper car costs 60 per car(same rate for one or two people is a car together) for 3 minutes. Do visit and have fun!

Few machines have technical fault, do not give any warning nor any notice posted by manager & unaware customers keep swiping the card & money getting deducted. When brought this to notice of manager , he swipes his own card & thats it. If u have lost 500 bucks he will swipe his card 5 times unnecessarily, if asked refund will fool by putting some unworthy tickets to your card. IN PUBLIC INTREST BECAREFUL

One of the oldest mall in Navi Mumbai. But not really very good compared to other malls in Mumbai. Many brands are available in the store . Food court is of small size. In.of brands are also less. Overall experience-Good

Had lots of fun with the fam! I recommend the bowling and the knocking out the puppet game! Some games werent available the day we went….the machines would have some trouble minting out our tickets. We had to keep calling and waiting for the staff to sort things out for us which wasted a lot of our time.

Very rude and not attentive guy on Recharge desk. Also Timezone has offer on every game saying "250rs coupon after installing application" I installed applications and added my card still nothing happened. when I asked the guy on desk he said he has no idea. I mean it is about your Timezone if you don't know then who else know??? Maybe other timezone are good. I will not recommended going to vashi Timezone Maybe if you zoom the picture you will see that guy

The timezone party was really great, as the kids enjoyed the amount of games they could play. The kids also liked the fact that they already had 1500 preloaded tickets in their cards and had the freedom to buy whatever they wanted at the timezone gift shop. Even the birthday boy had a lot of fun playing all the games. Overall, the party was a massive success and the host (Aruna) was also very nice to all the children. That being said, we loved all the services provided for the children. The party also went smoothly and according to plan, thanks to the amazing team of timezone.

While the games offered at the arcade is good, the bowling alley in itself is quite small. The staff there doesn't have any manners or ethics of any sort. My friends and I arrived at the place at 9:25 and tried booking for a quick bowling game for three. there are total of 3 alleys and they said the booking for the day is closed as the last slot was filled. I noticed that the one empty alley was used by the staff members to practice their bowling skills. As consumers, we were not able to use it but the staff felt quite happy to use the third alley for their own purpose. They don't have a calling number when you can call and book for the time slot. They want you to visit the arcade and put your number down so they can call you. In my own opinion, the only reason they have such lowered rates is because they don't know how else to retain their customers. If you are looking for a bowling alley that is worth it, I suggest looking for other places.

Even though it's been a outstanding Mall for over many years, it's beginning to show its age. It has many amenities including a big play area called TimeZone but that's it. It has multiple shops and a decently sized cafeteria but lacking on many new stores. Doesn't have a cinema for example. Good place to have a casual visit

This is one of my must visit places at Inorbit. There are a lot of offers and you can come with friends, family anyone. The bowling alley is my favourite. Best to visit when it's not crowded(odd hours). Some bowling balls were slippery and the light weight balls weren't distributed to both sides. Hope they changed that. Other than that, it was a good experience!

FRAUDS! I know these people normally tweak things but to this extent as to in no way you can win an item. We tried the pushing hands, The hand will in no way push the items. They have deliberately kept the box deep inside that the hand doesn't reach there. When raised with the manager, he says it's a skill game. I challenged him to show me how the hand reaches any of the box, he tried and failed, and concludes saying. THIS IS SKILL GAME, NOT EVERYONE GETS IT. NOBODY WILL GET IT, he knows it well, as purposely they have kept the box at the end of the glass cage. The other games are fun, but DO NOT Try, the prize winning games.

Hi it was really fun to host party at TIMEZONE. All the guest and children had gala time. I specially want to mention our host Aruna she was very helpful and cooperative specially in arrangements and handling all the children. Thank you TIMEZONE for great party experience.

Would just like to say a huge thank you to Aruna for making Misha's birthday party so special, she had an amazing time and I was pleasantly surprised how she got her up participating in all the activities. All the kids had great time.She personally took care of all the kids and even booked the games in advance so kids didn't have to wait in line. Location n crowd is good but there is a big scam going on in food court. They offer you to order from table itself but they charge heafty for that without informing those hidden charges. Its better to have self-service.

It's a good platform but bit expensive. Customer desk is worst here. System is always have problem here. Customer waiting on the desk no single representative have keen to attend the customer. Dont have etiquette to have a conversation. Android app is again a nightmare.

It has many games. You should take a card or recharge it in case you already have one. The games include air hockey,basketball, cricket,bowling and few others. We couldn't go for bowling as there is wait time of more than an hour on Saturday night. One can easily spend an hour to two here.

Full on Masti place. I enjoyed being with my daughter. We were playing for more than 3hrs at this place. Loved the variety of games. Especially cricket for me, and dashing cars and VR games. We played VR games 3 times. It was fun for both of us.

we chose timezone for my kids b'day party ...best place to have fun for both adults and kids ... party host pinak handled our guests quite well. The only drawback is .. would have been better if they had food options as well.
