It's was awesome, the best was kids and mens section. Women's was ok ok, but they had wide variety of mens and kids fashion, it was just awesome. Even their in-house brand netplay had all fresh and new designs. They also have good gift options going on. They also had good options for cosmetics

Nobody at tills upstairs. No manager in store at 12.30 am. No lifts no escalator. Super inconvenience to customer having to climb 2 floors up an down for badly designed and managed store. Should be avoided staff don't care about the complaints anyway.

I can see all types of brands with in a good budget. Make sure you check cloth quality. Team need to bring some attractive colours for new generation. Good options for kids and womens

U can get variety of dresses of all age group..bit quite expensive rate.

First time visiting a Trends store and I was more or less satisfied. Formal clothing options are very limited which is the only downside in my opinion. Billing attendants don't look experienced either, which could spoil a customer's perception of the store.

I got very much impressed by the well mannered, good behaved, decent staff person s. Very high fy atmosphere. Well educated, soft spoken person s. Branded fashionable products/items. etc😊.

Worst place for shopping..no management..no floor manager present in store in case of any issue..always the trial rooms are missmanaged and only one payment counter is operational..and thoo busy in selling promotional utensils and mixer to customers..staff needs atleast basic training

The staff is not helpful. The product was defective and there was not any order product of sane price to exchange for. We had to pay double the amount for the exchange. The product was defective the size was wrong and there was no more stock. Really disappointed and was a bad experience.

They give coupons which can be redeemed only on local brands. Today done purchasing of Rs 7500/- but can't redeem any of my 3 coupons as they were not applicable on Jockey products. Won't visit the store again. @Trends Stop giving coupons and fooling customers.

Clothes styles are great and there are so many varieties of clothes available. But don't buy clothes which they are selling in offer. Because it's too old and tear in 2,3 wash.

The worst place that i have visit . Very bad customer service . Mr. Aswini and his co - staff was very very rude. Standing for customer service but didn't got traning for being clam and polite lot of attitude they have . Reliance upgrade your staff . Give some custom service traning.

Very rude staff, while clicking photo one of their staff said "People came here only to take photo instead of shopping" to me and they laughed out to me. It's such a disrespectful statement and manner less. Such a low class staff. Never want to do shopping here from now onwards.

Go to place to buy good quality very reasonably priced clothes. The staff does not breathe down your neck but is easily available when you want them. This was a repeat visit after having visited them in another city earlier and made purchases.

This is good for budget shopping whenever sale is going on.. nowadays they are following new marketing strategies like purchase in sale get gift vouchers and use those gift vouchers in non sale period.. validity of gift vouchers is for 15days only.. sometimes feels like not worth this offer..
