An old scool kinda mall that has mosty salons and local clothing stores. A good place to buy mobile and electronic gadgets accessories.

It is not maintained at all. The escalators are in a very very bad condition. The basement parking is haunting. But you will get loads of shops for your phone servicing and also for phone accessories.

It's situated in a very Prime location in Irla which makes it convenient for regular commuters which is mostly college students and such. The places in their are pretty useful and you'll find a few great places for entertainment here. However, the security is very relaxed and the mall gives off a very suspicious vibe. The escalators feel like a deathtrap and the ones connecting to the third floor don't even work.

Do not consider prime mall as fashion brands outlet. Usually prime mall is hub of mobile accessories in Mumbai suburban area as well prime mall famous for most of mobile company service centre. You will get almost every mobile model cover and cases. To adorn Oneplus exclusive services centre and apple store as well there. *** Pay and park option they have and please choose pay and park otherwise you would get challan.

Worst place the mall is on crowded road though the pay and park near but difficulty to drive four wheeler. The worst security who does not even know which shops are available in the mall

Located in Irla, near SV road, a place where you can get mobiles of nearly every brand. Repairs of all kinds of mobiles and accessories. This too in best possible price as there are more than 50 showrooms here for the same on its basement ground and two more floors. Here there are lots of beauty salons too. In short, mobiles and beauty salons under one roof. Clean place and very lively . I got my display changed as it was damaged and got a very good price compared to other places.

A reminisce from not that distant past, with a sad overtone, and a haphazard bazaar of used electronic goods primarily phones and laptops..kind of hard to believe that in some upmarket area like IRLA which is a beacon of Gujarati entrepreneurship in Mumbai there can be something so filthy dirty and unkempt...the escalators are filled with dirt and squeak forcing you to come back from the Ramse brother's horror set shooting.. plenty of tailoring shops and beauty salons give it an awkward feel as if past is taking its last breaths on some life support system...only things worth solicit is the fancy gadgets shops on the front entrance..avoid if you can or at least move out at the earliest (on second floor, found in a corner a board of Sansui with the catchline 'better than the Best'...made my eyes tearsome!

This place is underrated but one of the best places to play PS4 or to bowl. The bowling prices are reasonable. I'd recommend you to go here instead of any other places to bowl. The music can be played according to you, by connecting via the Bluetooth, so that's a good offer. I have been here a number of times, and I'll continue to do so. Have fun!

Specially visited BOOKMARK in prime mall to pick up a combo toothbrush and watergun for my son. U wont find it anywhere else. Just 60 bucks.

Visited a few shops in prime Mall.Shopkeepers were helpful and friendly.Visited a gift shop and mobile shop and their service was good.Very few shops were open.According to me one time visit is ok.

Talking about the crowd, it has a decent number of footfall and is worth visiting if you want to buy or sell a mobile phone offline.

The place is seem to be dying out after certain incidents in recent past. Few mobile accessories stores and clothing stores are operating. Bunch of salons have come up with some competitive rates but yes, the quality of the products they use is always compromised.

Prime mall lost its glory since many shops are close. Now Big Bazar is not there. But one has to go there compulsorily, if your Android phone of Xiomi, Mi requires repairing since their authorised service centre located there on 2/3rd floor. Since many shops are closed and those which are running I think just they have opened the shop in that mall so they are opening and closing it daily. Due cost cutting lifts and escalators are not working so if you have to go there on 2nd or 3rd floor where those authorised service centres are located you have to go walking on escalators. But one thing I noticed although mall may not running in full capacity their parking lot is generally occupied 80 to 90 % and if you drive in vehicle you have to pay parking charges. May be that business is running in full capacity because on the road outside parking is strictly prohibited (Thanks to traffic dept. otherwise to drive through Alfa lane is nightmare)

It is not a mall. It is a shopping centre. You will find small shops selling mobile covers and accessories and third party mobile repairs. And there are service centres of Oppo and Samsung. Escalators work only during festivals. They used to have basement car parking; not sure if they do anymore.
