Please improve your staff behavior at billing counters. Looks like they are not professional and don't want to handle billing counter even there were no one in queue. Last visit I found 4 counters without any person in queue, but I waited patiently nearly 6 to 8 minutes just because your staff as they don't want to work on counter and they asking each other to handle customer.

Store hygiene standards are extremely poor & I noticed that all the fruits & vegetables were expired. Additionally, there is a strong unpleasant odor throughout the store. Overall, I must say that the store's condition is quite disappointing and unsatisfactory.

It's a nice place to shop at. The crowd is quiet less so the shopping can be done peacefully. Everything is available. They have kept the price high for some items like clothes and all for which they are giving 70% off.

No electronics and clothes are also of less variety. Food and other kitchen stuff is good. No non vegetarian processed foods available. So two stars..

Employees are so slow in billing and it seems intentional, kamchor log h, when there is queue for billing there is usually some issue untill all the queue moves to other person and once the queue is cleared the problem is sorted out and the person moves way from counter as soon as free. Management needs to take care of this to keep their customers.

Best store for home products. Compare to DMart Clothes Reliance Mart clothes are good sometimes they also deal with some branded clothes. Clothes quality also very good compare to DMart Clothes. For home product DMart is okay not much more lesser than Relaince Mart but its fine.

All a can say is that it's lifesaver for us as there is no organised shop near by not even big shop, and more thing they are at the right location as it's convenient from all near by space and good connectivity also all I can say "thanks a lot reliance Mart"

If I can give no stars I would. This is the worst place to shop. I've been there atleast 7 times and everytime I go there I always get double charged for certain items and always have to complain and get bk a refund. Every time this is happening. I always check my bill before leaving and everytime I go bk to the cashier to fix it they always have to run around from the front of the store to the back of the store to show the bill to certain people working there before I can get bk my money. It's seems like they do this to all the customers. Whoever notices will get their money bk but those who don't notice it's extra money in Reliance pockets. Because how can they make the same mistakes everytime? They don't even apologize. It's like a normal thing for them. And making us stand there wasting our time while they run around. Y don't they have one certain person to deal with the refunds? And the employees there never kno anything. If u ask them about any product they never kno. On the shelves there will be a cheap price and when u reach the cashier they'll charge a different price. My advice to whoever shops there is to always check ur bills before leaving. U might be getting robbed and don't even kno. I'm taking this up with Consumer Affairs coz I'm fed up of this.
