Worst in customer service, need bribe before delivery of your product. No great offers as big showroom, it's better to purchase from local.

Ordering online is no pleasure as g-pay & upi will not work since past couple of months. Kindly fix payment services as it is not convenient for all to visit to smart point!!! Earlier when it was new in our area there were good discounts on products, still nothing can beat D-mart!. Billing counter issues where prices are not updated and post billing you have to highlight and get rectified which is waste of time.

Worst in sales team, delivery is also too bad, demanding bribe when the person come to delivery your product. Service center too worst.

This is the worst outlet and the management needs to seriously look into to improve shopping experience and good customer service. Not once but 2 times I have faced inconvenience. Incompetent staff. A small grocery store anywhere gives good service

Good place for grocery shopping, it has an attached pharmacy too. Down side is that it has only 2 checkout counters out of which only 1 is operational at most of the times.

It's closed from the Gami Building in Taloja Phase 1. Pls remove it from Google Map

The store is maintained well . Very good and supportive staff members . The store is not so big and not so small, it is medium in terms of space . However they have utilised the space very well . Net med store is also available 24/7 . On medicines they give 10 percent discount . Store is clean and proper pandemic rules are followed in terms of maintaining distance and timings .

The store is small. They need to expand it and have to keep variety of items. Most of the people are going there to buy milk and any grocery which is required urgently. Still have better option to get some branded grocery but not sufficient to buy for a monthly stock.

Variety is superb one should come here for different types of groceries

Very Good and Big store Quickly became famous in Taloja. Many varieties available for food grain, fruits and vegetables. I like how they put extreme discount in evening to clear off the veggies. That's a real deal there. And their discounted price is better than other departmental stores..👍

NICE, smart point but few item not here otherwise this is Best store in Taloja , you can buy items from here , And another side you will get Cloth shop and vegetables shop , you can enjoy it ,Nice outlook of Reliance smart point. You can like it

All though it does have all the products like full fledged Relaince smart. It is still a great option to have a shopping mart at a place like taloja.

You get stuffs at good discounted price. Staffs are very cooperative.. However, many items are not tagged with discount price...

It's good. But it's small mart and accessories are less as compared to their other outlets

Not huge, but contains many items. Also has a medical inside the premises. You can park your vehicles on the roadside.

Not all products are available. But the prices are lesser compare to other super markets. They still need to work on their management team. Using outdated machines for billing purpose.

Management should improve, the atmosphere in store.
