Worst service ever... Never expected from SONY... Utter disappointment.. Its more than a month my device which is under warranty is not serviced..the service centre has taken device and no updates after that.. Not even picking up calls reverting emails... Request Id 60920862..DATED 23rd July..

terrible service...the employees are rude..complacent and would answer the phone 1/10 times. i submitted my phone for service for which they said it will take about 7 days..its the end of 12th day today and no one has responded to me with any information regarding my phone. And when i called the service center they said even they haven't received any information even after taking so many extra days. i just need my phone back in whatever condition it is now..just terrible ..please shut down this service center and fire these employees. if only i could give 0 starts.

Good treatment at the center, experienced technician who gudied properly for the issue having with laptop along with estimate.

The repair charges of my sony cybershot camera was estimated as 8500! I was sitting in the centre for half an hour just to collect back my camera without anything being done...and by the way i was the only customer at that time.still...

Its is good if you have warranty on your products or else the repair cost is higher. It is better to repair it outside.

Visited for ps4 cooling fan issue. The product was out of warranty. But I was told that sony does not provide repairing service to ps4. It provides replacement with cost. How is this possible? It means you can not visit the service centre if you find your out of warranty product gives any small hardware problem.

The service not quite convincing and also, although it is close to panvel station, bit the locality is not good and the and the ambiance is pretty bad.

Worst ever service center I have visited.Pls don't waste ur time and money in this rubbish service center. Worst ever employee .I would have given negative stars for this grabage.👎👎

very poor service , delay in work of time , i had register complte on 28july 2019 . The service was done on monday but 4 day has been past but no service man arrived yet.i also tried calling service center but there is no responce get in from them.
