This reliance smart is very old. I feel it needs refurbishing given that it has started looking rusty and dull. Other than that the schemes offered and the prices are really competitive and cheap. And sanitization and masking is taken care of vigilantly. Most of the time the milk is out of stock which is a bummer. They run out of stock in the morning itself

LOCATION - located in belapur sector 15. ABOUT PLACE - reliance smart is one of best place for daily basis groceries. My family is regular customer of reliance smart. All things of daily basis and basic needed things are available here in discount offer. The store sections are arranged very well. Cleanliness is maintained nicely. You will also get fruits and vegetables in affordable price. They do keep all type of seasonal fruits.billing counter are sufficient. STAFF SERVICE - all the staff are very good, Fraindly and very very hard working.billing counter service is quick. SUGGESTION - they do have 4 weighing counter but only one they have kept active with one very good old hard working auntie I will suggest that they should keep all the 4 weighing counter active because due to less space it becomes over crowded and all the work load comes on one person. They should provide chairs to the billing counter staff because it's difficult to stand all day long for them. I have seen many times the staff they take their lunch outside the store with no sitting arrangement it's a request to them that they should make proper arrangement for staff facility.

Currently going through Very shameful experience in reliance fresh belapur. Staff misbehaving regarding mask & even they have not wear mask. Using abuse language even I can’t tell here. Amazing place to shop for your daily needs... The discount are good but while at entrance a staff asking to buy napkins is kind of cheap act considering the reliance brand. It feels like a person is selling napkin in train. At many sections found price labelling missing. So its create confusion about the pricing. At many sections labels are of different product while some other product being kept at that place.

Very good shop for every type of groceries of good quality with reasonable prices.They maintain very good collection of various stationery ,clothing and fresh vegetables also. During festival season they have various attractive offers and sales. The staff is very nice and courteous. Due to its spacious premises social distancing also nicely maintained. They have home delivery facility also. They accept cash and cards.

There is a vegetable section and often produce displayed is good but at times pretty poor quality. Customer from past 5 yrs..these days I observe milk which is on discount (50%) is kept aside with no discount generated bar code...and given specifically to customers buying milk in bulk everyday like 10 15lts or more..(observed this for atleast 10 12 times) My question to reliance fresh is aren't we too your customers, we do buy our whole monthly and daily grocery from you generating huge bill amount.

One advantage is vegetable section isn't hidden behind everything else. But many salespeople prowling that area ,offering samples and try to increase sales.

I had gone there about a few days ago abd have consistency found the place to be sane and unlike a few years ago the place is cleaned well and even the vegetable section .There were no large bags for bagging more quantity of fruits abd vegetables as it was over ..speaks if poor store inventory management and losing points for creating customer satisfaction. Of late I see a lot of personnel employed who are not very helpful when you ask for some help to locate things. But one can get by without them. A little more friendly staff and retraining them to think customer delight, will go a long way to get loyal customers to stay. Labels are often wrongly put and are missing on item shelf which can be misleading. Parking only available on the road was ..it was always a problem as it is full and one often has to park a little away. I visited the pace to get some essentials and it was the same but much improved service and more offers on products

Being Customer from the last 9 years and I have observed since last few months that the discounted price of milk and milk products are being specifically given to some customers. There are some employees who personally call them and run parallel system(observed and notified to the security atleast 7-8 times). Went on 10 Jan 24 to buy one item at 2 pm ,most counters were closed and staff was outside eating in footpath,the counter lady with specs at desk was literally deaf as she made me wait 15 mins when the man on counter forgot his pin but she didn't let me pay for my one item till then,the other counter man didn't help too and the third counter also got shut.Apparently this old lady is rude deaf doesn't reply and makes mistakes as there was a woman in front of the man too who was billed twice by her so she started solving her problem as well,at last I had to leave store and buy stuff from outside which is way easier...your staff behaves like they own reliance and mistreats people...will avoid going and buy outside.
