Maple, Nexus Seawoods Mall A grand showroom with a decent ambiance, everything related to apple viz iPhone, iPads, MacBooks and related accessories are available there. It is a renowned authorised service centre for apple products. Staff there is quite attentive, polite, knowledgeable and having helpful approach. Had a very good experience yesterday.

Pathetic service , crooks , they just want to push products , no interest in providing service support or repair the handset , inside place is pathetic for customer service . Zero service level . They even stop you from clicking photos of service centre . Something fishy .

The staff is not good. I submitted the phone with 2 display issues and asked them to just diagnose it. During their diagnosis test, don't know what they did and it elevated the issue. The screen keeps flashing green light which was not the case when I submitted the phone. They simply said that the device is completely gone and you have to pay for the whole unit replacement around 57K. They kept saying the motherboard is gone, phone wont start at all etc. They keep using technical terms thinking we would not understand it and oblige to whatever they say. Moreover when I took the phone back and put it on charging, it started. Even though there is green display issue, I can make out that the phone has started. I can even faintly see the screen sometimes. If I had just listened to them thinking the motherboard is gone, I would had to end up paying so much money. The general vibe I got is, once they find out the phone is out of warranty, they try to make as much money as possible from it. From the other reviews, it looks like they are very good when we are going to buy their product. But not when it comes to after sale services.

Pathetic service. Don't ever think of going for repair this place. Staff doesn't have enough knowledge about new products. Repairs takes weeks. I don't think there technician's are even eligible to work there. I bet they don't fix your problem in one visit. They took 1 month for my MacBook Display issue and had to submit my MacBook 3 times for same issue. I saw other customers also comming for same problem again and again.

I had gone to the maple store today. Had to ask 3 of the professionals before I could get the product I went for Also, the professional who sold it to me first mentioned the prize, before even showing me the product or how it works. After getting the product from the storage area, she directly asked me how I would prefer to pay and after I did the payment, she told me that I will get the invoice via email (indirectly telling me to leave). She didn’t even bother to unbox the product or ask me if I needed help knowing the features. I felt like they were doing me a favor by selling me a product and giving me their precious time. Very unprofessional and very rude. I would rather go to the Apple Store than go to a local maple store. Lesson learnt

Bunch of liars and fraudsters who are duping customers in the name of APPLE. Pathetic environment, pathetic people dealing with apple products who never in the dreams had imagined to hold a Apple product. I had a good experience here. I bought iPhone 14 Pro along with Eleva subscription in September 2022 and in February my phone’s screen had a black dot in one corner. I got a replacement with new iPhone 14 Pro within 1hr of visiting the store, the staff was very helpful and guided me with the best possible solutions. 100% recommended!!

You'll literally find each & every model of Apple iPhone, iWatch, MacBooks, iMac & many other premium accessories. We bought our first Apple product from here, which was a MacBook Air M1 model & that too at a very good price. It costed us around ₹83,000/- after they gave us a 10% discount. Even the staff here is very helpful & we loved interacting with them. Overall very happy! ❤️

I asked for charger and specifically asked for wire. I wanted wire but attendent sais charger has it so buy charger. So after purchase i saw it had only charger and no wire. They forced me to buy the wire and charger seperately for 1800+1900. Felt Cheated

Extremely disappointing experience. They grab ₹1000 from us for prebooking of a particular product of specific colour but they don’t provide that product and ask us to buy some other colour without returning our prebooked money. If we had to buy product of different colour why would we have paid rs 1000 as prebooking amount of a specific product. This is CHEATING! The staff is rude and unhelpful. NEVER RELY ON THEIR WORDS. Only trust documented details. The entire staff either needs a lot of training or maple needs to recruit better staff.

Went there to inquire about iphone, their staff attitude was very unprofessional (not rude but very unprofessional) I was asking and in between conversation the staff left abruptly without excuse, other staff was free but no one bother to approach and give assistance. Worst experience ever. I bought an iPhone 14 pro which was supposed to be a gift for someone. When I unboxed it at home, it already had scratches on it. Fraud store with arrogant staff. I have purchased one earphone jack worth of 900. They gave me a empty box with user guide book and gave assurity that product is available no need to check.After unboxing at home jack was not available. While revisiting to store, Store manager denied to meet and staff also refused to listen and told to connect with customer service.

Hi My experience with Sagar Mokal-Store manager at Panvel Store, Maple , was simply awesome. In these days of Covid where my phone stopped working, and wanted to buy a new phone, was very difficult. I had never bought a iphone before from any online store, and maple being a perfect place for its after sales service, but very fewer centers of Maple being on, I had to see for their online website. That is where I came in touch with Sagar Mokal, and he was prompt to get my phone delivered to me within a day and half to my house with a smooth safe online transaction. What is your motive ? Only sells phone ? I purchase Iphone13 on last Saturday and this next Saturday I again visit the store to my emi related issue. They said that we don't know while processing the bank details you have to pay in next month. I am ok with the pay in next month but while purchising why you guys told that your emi will be deducted in next to next month even I am saying I want us deduct from next month only. and now they are saying we don't know you have to pay in next month. I found a video of ‘Nabeel Nawab’ (A big tech youtuber from India) revealing dark side of this same service centre and he literally mentioned his name is his videos
