The reliance smart has recently been renovated and it looks so so so much better and organized than before. Earlier it was unclean and congested. They have also added a new jewellery store. Its a must go.

Deposit & collection bags should be in kept at a space where it easy accessable as some customers don't wish to buy anything and come from entrance r stop and told to come from the exit which is another place and when u have purchased shopping things u intend to forget to take ur bags instead.

R mart has is getting renovated,will be ready in a month and it's just awesome Wednesday sale is just superb.. Should always prefer going in the morning or noon time.. Vegetable s an fruits r v much fresh...

It's nice to shopping for groceries things and product is cheap.but I request you reliance owner needs to hire the staff for the night shift counter to increase the counter of billing. When the manger is knowing when we are standing in queue they just ignore the customer. Its very bad. They don't care for the customers waiting for long time .so pls improve the system of billing counter.

Today I visited reliance Mart in Santacruz west branch...reliance Mart request to u to pls teach some manners to ur CBI agents which are standing near the exit escalator.. when I was going out with trolly and proper bill ur CBI agent was aggressively searching my bag and while searching he tore my big bag...verry irresponsible person near ur gate..

Currently there are not allowing people to enter who are not vaccinated fully. Trends and digital are not working but grocery section is working

It is large and spacious with some excellent brands. Some very good food and coffee places to enjoy and hang around. Can recommend a Japanese lifestyle store at the ground floor. Had everything for everyone and at good prices and excellent quality. Must visit the mall.

I take my kids to this place regularly. It's a nice compact supermarket. It's been recently renovated. But i liked what it was before the current changes that are made.

It's a nicely designed, well situated hypermarket (just across the junction from the former Milan Talkies). It is spread over multiple floors, with some non-Reliance brands & stores - in addition to the signature Reliance Fresh supermarket occupying 1 full floor. The supermarket part is well-stocked with all the groceries, fresh fruits & vegetables, household items etc. As is the case at ALL Reliance Fresh supermarkets, the staff here are badly trained and pretty useless. They simply stand in their own groups, chatting with each other the whole time, while completely neglecting their primary responsibility: to assist the customers. But other than that, I think the supermarket scores high on great value deals and its everything-under-one-roof offering. In the other floors of the complex you'll find (mostly) fashion & clothing stores.

Horrible staff, they are most disinterested and uncooperative when asked location of items I couldn't find,for reliance staff talking on their mobile was more important, the cashiers are rude, I barely collected the change after payment,in 30 sec barely, was asked to collect my purchases and hurry up and leave. Your housekeeping staff and security staff were more helpful. You guys need to improve their attitude, it's pathetic!! 😒 I might add that in comparison, Dmart staff are far far superior , learn from them

Good variety, with wide offers with parking facilities, but in my view STAR BAZAR has more premium products with better offers,but if you want better offer of standard products Then go visit D mart

Well stocked with household goods and foods. Very narrow spaces to walk with trolleys, some staff could not identify products but very willing to serve.

Please do not close ladies cash counters when many customers are there. I agree at 9pm you have to close ladies counters but make sure that ladies are replaced by males. Please please please update all credit Card machines. I faced lots of problems today. Luckily I had enough of cash with me. Please allow all mobile network other than Jio to work in the premises. At least we can do Paytm payments when your machines are not working. Today I faced that problem too. Rest everything was fine. Hope you will seriously consider these points

The supermarket is so crowded more with staff than with customers! They do have some good deals. Trends is a good place to buy clothes, I find their prices quite affordable

Long queues for payment. Need to open counter as value wise , like more than 1000-- 2000 etc. So bulk buyer will have separate lane.

This Medica canter is a thief, the doctor is also a thief, these people make everyone unfit, I too have been made unfit and all the people who have come here have been made unfit, some people are given medicines and some people are asked to undergo CT scan, everyone has the same issue. he has made the unfit,the doctor and staff are thief please complain against to the centre.

The Grocery Stores is very good, but under staffed. There is a lot of staff just hanging around, they just won't start a new machine for weighing and labeling the grocery items.

Extremely annoying place to be. All the sales people tend to group and chat/gossip rather than doing any meaningful work or trying to help a customer. We first went to trends and the billing is on the Underground floor (1st floor counter is kept shut for no reason) making customers walk all the way down to bill and then walk back all the way up to exit. If you want to use your previous balnce they tell you to call a reliance contact number but there is no cell network for any service except Jio on the UG floor. The Supermarket is also equally bad in terms of user friendliness. Also there is a weird kind of competition going on between the sales people who take pictures of people with a product they have just helped sell. They will literally not help for anything else once they have their picture. The people at the checkout counters don't even bag your groceries after billing. Extremely unfriendly and irritating atmosphere.

We had visited at around 10.30 am so the place was pretty empty. Also check out counters were absolutely available. Good variety of items. Reliance, does try and push it's in house brands pretty aggressively. Overall value for money

A good place for your shopping needs with a variety of goods at reasonable and discounted prices. The only annoying thing is security check after you have done your shopping why they need to check all items after the customer has paid.

Very attractive price and value for money

As soon as you enter there's nobody who's checking your temperature actually whose work it is that person is sitting in the ladies checking section and doing TP on the phone. Sometimes they let you in with only 1 vaccination dose completed sometimes they ask for both it's as per their mood or what God knows I recently visited on the 19th of September 2021 they allowed me inside with one vaccination dose and today is 21st September 2021 they're asking for both the doses. They make their own rules 👍🏻

They do not have parking at the mall very much time customer vehicle getting tolled but there no concern for the mall .

Np sitting facilities and no better food option was the bad point. Rest of the things is perfect.
