No new offers. Otherwise prices are ok. Also they have increased price for raw milk. Staff is attentive. They check temperature while entering.

I was reading some reviewers giving it 5 stars. I don't want to comment on that but all I can say is my point. This place has no system in place. Some items are wrongly tagged which u will find out only at billing counter. They need to redesign the interiors as it's very congested. 10-15 customers are enough to make this place congested. Staffs really need training as many of them were not aware about the stocks and this is a continuous practise there. But something is better than nothing that's why giving it 2 stars.

Good place for groceries. Too congested, goods littered on the floor blocking the aisle at times. Very few checkout counters function, so even if there are few customers checkout takes long time. Cleanliness not up to the mark.

Unlike other reliance fresh outlets, this one is very small in size. Feels congested inside. You may not feel convenient while filling your cart as the size is small and you won't get everything you need. You have to buy what they have. Not much alternatives. Recommended only if you need some of your grocery urgently.

Not good. I went to buy Amul mqsti dahi pouch. They did not have any amul product. They say supply comes at 10 but no supply today. This is their standard answer.

It's small scale supermarket as compared to Big bazaar and Dmart but very convenient. You can get all the household things here. With decent discounts. Vegetables, Frozen foods are also available. Vegetables you can get at cheaper price than outside. They sometimes aren't that fresh though. Also many things aren't replenished as fast as competition. Some household material is not available for long period of time. Even eatables are not replenished eg. Biscuits and Dry Snacks. More payment options other than cash and card should be made available.

Convenience store, congested place, young and immature but good natured staff, cooperative. Always a chaos in rush hours. Recommend to shop in non rush hours, competitive rates. Check the quality before you buy. Accepts Paytm, credit card. Diwali stock++

I've been to 3 different Reliance Fresh stores near Vashi area. This particular Reliance Fresh store is the worst one out of all of them. For some strange reason the management and workers don't even bother to keep the correct price tags or update the product for the fresh produce section.. Eg. Price & name will display Orange where apples are kept on the shelf. Milk prices for different companies are not displayed at all. Fresh vegetables (Mushroom / cut vegetables) and fruits such as (blackberry) which is normally kept in refrigerator section to maintain freshness will be kept in normal shelf and you will find random fruits like apples and oranges in the refrigerator section that too without any price tags or discription. This leads to stale and nearly spoiling fruits and vegetables displayed on the shelf most of the days . In my experience this Reliance Fresh is the most mismanaged supermarket that you will ever visit. Retail management students & stores owners should certainly visit this place for live examples on what to avoid doing to ensure a pleasant customer experience and ensure customer returns for repeat sales..

Should consider hiring new staff and manger. Service gas degraded over the time. Only one counter is kept open despite long line of customers & they always have an excuse for it.

Fresh vegetables available in early morning only but in evevning the leftover vegetables are in bad condition. Suggest to visit in morning specially for vegetables

Cow milk was outdated. I had to return it to get the fresh milk

As any other Reliance Mart, offers are always there... But 0arking is major concern if you go on weekends

Not a wide variety of products available. Most of the stuff available seems to be there in the store for sometime. The staff is always busy with their own chit chat rather than helping the customer. Neither do they help with faster checkout.

Friendly service. Discount structure was not properly listed. Things were not displayed as per their Rack Labels.

Really worsted experience with the store There is no responsibal team they keep expired Product for the sale I visited for the shoping and I wanted paneer but it was expired Product on the shelf When I asked their staff she replied me sir I am just removing it . When I asked their store manager he ignored me and walked away from there and hand over their senior staff there is no responsibal team . They are not giving importance for the customer and one more important thing that I observed that there are no selling price board . Manager is responsible for the this condition.
