Very Poor service. I had given watch for repairs a month ago. Paid online charges after repairs 12 days before. Yet to receive the watch. No one is bothered to give a call whether the repaired watch is received or not They have only one service center in Bangalore and it takes minimum one month time for repairs. Ironically one of the sales person told me that even his own watch has not yet received after repairs. If they cant keep their own employees happy forget about customers. Repenting for buying Fossil.
