Today I purchased 2 printers. Before that I asked for quotation. Saleswoman Rohini told that it will take time and she waited us for half an hour. After enquiring after half an hour again she rudely told that she is having other works also. After that Sanjay salesman also rudely argued with us saying हमारे यहाॅ 1 मिनिट मे काम नही होता है and you can make complaint. He don't have any manners and sense.

It been more than 2 months.. I use to follow up daily .. there one of technician has damage my laptop display which is in warranty.. one person tell me to follow second person..then second to third..it been happening with me last 2 months.. I have to lost my job also because of it.. want kind of service is this ... such a shameless service..

I bought an hp omen from the shop after their recommendations and so far I love it. I also love how if I faced any problem at home and call them, they swiftly reply and help me. 10/10 would recommend the shop and people.

So i visited this place for envy laptop , and i wanted 1tb,16gb, i7 ,black color specification .. but they had it in dark blue color .. this color was not available in demo piece .. I requested them to show me this color in any laptop so that i can buy it before paying 1,15,000. The only female employee who sits there refused to do so and started talking rudely by saying some irrelevant quotes .. big suggestion to hp that if you need your employee to sell product worth 1lakh , then they need to hire better people who can talk to customer properly… really unpleasant experience at the shop .. no doubt apple and dell are doing better in market … thanx to one male employee who handled the situation calmly and managed to sell that laptop to me .. common @hp, #hp, step up your game..

Pathetic service center. There is no co-ordination some one or the other is always on the leave no one picks up call . We went for our printer repair the so called technician took the test print and charged 367 Rs Even after repairing printer stoped working within few weeks. There are many good shops in same plaza , kindly avoid this place

i have visited SC to repair my laptop. i have asked executive to provide estimate for the same but they deny to provide estimate copy and provided verbally estimate. pathetic service. they said will provide estimate copy if you approve for the same. i dont understand if they dont provide estimate than how will approve estimate?

Bought a 2776 HP desk jet printer two years back. It was very difficult to set up the printer. Later I faced continuous errors and paper jam during printing. The service staff gave different explanations every time I faced issues. Now warranty period is over and still having difficulty in printing. Overall very bad experience!

I visited 2time due to my laptop issue but the lady didn't guide me properly that where the HP care centre is actually located in vashi plaza and her voice is so loud and harsh ... as she is shouting on me or I made some mistake by asking her about my. Laptop issue... and as a customer she didn't treated me well🙌🏻

Do not visit there, there is no technical person for repairing & there is no repairing facility available. I have given my HP PRINTER 419 due to E4 error. But after checking Dharmendra singh told me printer mother board not working. Mother board replacement cost around 3800/-. I was discussed with him, how it's possible mother board not working. This is 1.5 year old printer not more then. Without repairing I have collect my printer & given another repairing center at koparkhairane. This person clearly told me, there is no issue in mother board. Issue in sensor so don't worry. Now printer is smooth work. Request to all don't visit HP World for repairing of your system. this team collected money without repairing system on name of service charge 350 for printer 😡😡😡😡

I gave my laptop for fabrication on keyboard side border but when I get back, i found my screen was changed, than I call he denied, when I said i will complent regarding than , than he agreed the screen was damaged by technician
