There is less items in the shelfs... Compare to other reliance smart point.

Less crowded and good to buy grocerries. They also have wearable items but more point because it has good space to stand and add groceries and not like dmart

Better than neighbourhood kiranawala's. At the least you can get everything at discounted price with much better ranger and many payment options. One stop shop for all your grocery, packed foods, medicine, basic cosmetics, fruits, vegetables and Dairy needs having attractive offers throughout the month. Sometimes, you can get fresh nariyal paani even for Rs 40, whereas outside vendors change minimum of Rs 50. Very good offer on watermelons, musk melons, much lower than street side vendors. All the Milk and Curd are discounted.

I went to shop here 3 days ago. I bought Prabhaat 1 L milk. The mrp of the product was 56 and the price tag was 53.After the billing the lady charged full amt. 56 with no discount. I asked where your manager was and he said my manager is not available right now. Then I asked who will clear my issue talked with a senior and then I went to talk to her senior outside and said there is no offer on Milk it is on mrp. I told him then why about the price tag?? He started to give me different reasons. At last I told him I will raise the complaint he said ok sir do it without any fear like there is no value of the customer. I won't recommend the other people to go shopping from here. Very bad experience. They don't have any manners with the customer.

It's a small store with most groceries available but I could not get some items of the brands that I wanted. Otherwise, a well laid out store and friendly staff.

Here mention 7% below MRP EVERY DAY but fact is different. No 7% below on MRP everyday. Today i have purchase the Amol cow ghee and 7% below MRP not given. When I ask the bill counter , no 7% Below MRP on ghee. Why the mention outside the store 7% below MRP. if not any offer for a particular product then clearly mention and also aware to customer no discount on this product. Requesting you kindly look into the same so that your sales team should suffer for any argument of customer. They have given me the discount of 7% on MRP but I think they collected the money and given it to me. This is not correct. Please mention clearly so that the customer should be clear to purchase the product. Thank and Regards
