Extremely rude sales representative. The moment we said that we wanted to try some of the affordable products her faced dropped and then she no longer showed interest in anything we asked. Worst experience ever.

Excellent Range of Perfumes. Elixir has been my best choice ever, as the fragrance never fades until you take bath LOL and it goes very well with my latest Fossil watch. (Bought in August)

I had high hopes for Sephora after knowing about the international brand and their expert staff. This experience was the opposite. I went in looking for foundation and concealer and was pushed into using some on my face from brands like Dior and Givenchy. When I asked if I can see something in a more budget range I was given options for slightly lower priced brand options. When I insisted that I want to browse around I was surprised to see products that matched my needs from their home brand Sephora which were all within my price range. Why wasn’t I shown those? All they kept on pushing additional products like color corrector and primers on me. The “expert” staff who was helping was far from an expert and didn’t know much. I had a much better experience at Mac Store in another mall. While you can go in to get things from brands like olaplex and Pixi which may not be easily available otherwise, I would say don’t go in expecting genuine help. You will only be shoved with expensive products you didn’t ask for.

All genuine and best brand premium perfumes must buy from Sephora. Recently I bought Gucci Bloom ☺️ one of my favourite brands

Worst experience. I was attended by Asmita, the sales representative there. She was barely interested in anything. Very arrogant. She asked us to leave fast, choose the products fast as the peak hours are approaching and there might be rush. If we are paying for something, we expect to at least go through the wide range of products and try it on. She was just standing like a statue, lost in her own world. Worst worst experience.

Great service and extremely good staff Especially Mr. Faiz he was very helpful and had good knowledge about the products.

The products are very nice. I really liked the service. Bought lipstick and Eyebrows pencil. A very good quality products I must say.

The sales people are poorly trained and either follow you around in a swarm or completely ignore you, often focusing on shamelessly using the product themselves. I have been asked to leave the store once as the lady was "getting ready" to shut down.

Variety of brands with high end product. I thinks it's only of its kind in Navi Mumbai.

Sephora is an international brand but the only thing that matches between the actual brand and this store in Mumbai is the name and princess. Their motto and knowledge of products is next to nothing, there is just salesmanship that goes on. I went in to get specific product but was charmed into buying someone (with false advertising) that doesn’t do what I wanted to do. For example I wanted a serum to detangle my hair but I was given options (of-course expensive ones) with hopes that it does detangle but it didn’t when I used it at home and when I saw the reviews online it was anything but detangling product. Also as a person wants someone they are lured/charmed with a phrase ‘if you buy this you will get a complimentary item’ and it turned out to be so tiny and so useless that the product won’t even suffice for 1 use.

Sephora Seawoods is very good International Multi Brand Store in Navi Mumbai. The sales Representative Asmita was very cooperative and assisted us to choose the right products. Her services are highly recommended. I am a very regular customer of Sephora Seawoods.
