After purchased Tata Product Croma AC(1 ton 5 star inverter) From Croma Belapur, within 1 month installation and service experience is worst from third party,They installed and filled gas for start AC,but on second day AC gas is leaked,it happened 4 times in a month,I disturbed and disappointed about product and service, finally I decide to get refund.

Pathetic service ever., I have experience in Croma. I purchased an LG 8kg Front load washing machine in the month of Nov 2022., and within a month machine's drum steel coating went away., and the machine started giving errors., as soon as I logged the complaint and asked for a machine replacement which they had promised at the time of selling me the machine., which they denied., whereas at the time of selling machine, they have done a lot of fake promises by sales person Avinash, Floor team Devyani and manager Vikram and now when the issue is there no one is answering the calls and they didn't even bother to look into this. Approached manufacturer directly and resolved issue today. Coma is intereted in pressing us to take Extended warranty, an income to shop rather after sale service. Many unresolved service request, no one to ask. Costomer is not God, just Dog for them.🐕

Belapur croma customer service is very poor i purchased racold geyser befor one year and within one year geyser having problem. I am calling croma store since 1 month they don't give me single call response till now... (3rd class ) service

The number mentioned is out of order. Order placed for express delivery supposed to be delivered within 2 hrs never got delivered. Customer care does not have information regarding order status. Calls to customer care put on hold for half an hour and disconnected. In short: worst customer experience
