Quite a Majestic property I must say! The sheer size of it dominates all other estates around! I particularly fancy their huge fountain and arched cascade. Very ornamental yet shouts modern at every nook and corner. Their buffet spreads are indulgence at its vest.

Its a small restaurant at a prime location with moderate ambience that serves tasty south indian dishes at surprisingly fair price. Service was quick and prompt. Home delivery all so available...

Stayed for 4 nights over Christmas period for a wedding function which was organized in Conrad itself. Everything was fine. But I expected more from a 5star Hotel in terms of ambience and food Quality and options. The worst thing that Put me off and due to which I have rates soo low is that I saw the Chef dumping whole whole food trays into black trashbin after the the breakfast timing was over. Also You living in a country where 15% of the population is below poverty level and dying of hungry, so why waste food when it could be distributed to organization who cater the poor people on street or directly have the food served to poor or needy. It was a very shameful act and situation what I saw at the hotel which totally put me off.

Luxurious hotel. Cleanliness. Check. Location. Check. Food. Fairly good. But a decently nice spread of the buffet. In my experience, barring a couple of staff, nobody who works here really smiles. In fact. The staff at the entrance, who take care of the security and open the door for you, they are the friendliest and the warmest, and greet you with the warmest smile. But that's it!! Usually at the restaurants I have met the friendliest staff. But here, everybody seemed like they just wanted to get done with their job, and leave. This is not a complaint. But again. A hotel like Conrad, feels more like a business hotel, but not a family hotel. A family hotel should be welcoming. Conrad didn't feel that way.

Truly a five star experience. Delighted with the upgrade at check in and the special arrangements made out. Every single staff member (Tushar, Aishwarya...) made us feel special. The room was spacious, comfortable and luxurious with an amazing view. The tub was clean and sufficiently big. Happy to be an HH member!

I was there for a banquet dinner. It was a good arrangement. Staff was very very polite and served everyone well. It was a corporate event. At the end of the evening food was not available for few guests. Staff arranged for it and served them with food, but guests had to ask for it. This is the only one issue I saw here.

I stayed 2 days in this 5 star hotel. Staff behaviour was very rude in reception especially female staff While check in . Rooms lacking facilities as a 5 star hotel. And in restaurant I.e in UG level at the time of breakfast no one cares, breakfast was a self service. I asked a plate from Reception manager he showed from his hand to pick the plate. I stated a lots of hotel as per my experience this 5 star hotel behaviour of staff is very rude goes to only 1 star. As compare to other hotels 2 star hotel is much better than this. I think they are working hotel management staff are working without pay.

in general I'm not a fan of 5 star hotels. The rooms here feel very dark and suffocating. There are no windows or balconies. And too much furniture in the rooms. You would love it if you are into a luxury kind of lifestyle. Else it's not a place to stay for long.

The food quality and the ambience is good, but I find it slightly overpriced and there are less variety and services are a bit on the slower side of it. Nice to spend day either your friends, family and colleagues, enjoy the water side for a good 4-5 spending. There is a good ample space and it does feel luxurious gives a feel good factor when you enter in. One thing's for sure, I'd surely go again but avoid Weekends.

It is a star rated hotel with an in-house bakery called the Pune Sugar Box. It was observed that the bakery is not very crowded. All the covid protocols are being followed at the hotel. They have taken good security measures to ensure safety of the guests as well as hotel staff. They offer a variety of eating options at their restaurants, Zeera and Koji. They offer valet service as well. The lobby doubles up as the seating for the Pune Sugar Box bakery. It has good interiors and great acoustics for added privacy as it is smack in the centre of the entrance lobby.

Went here for a full day wedding event. The decor and ambience is nice of course. Generally the food at such hotels is bland but this was really good. All cuisines were fantastic. Worth mentioning is the tiramisu.

The hotel has all the international standard amenities and rooms are spacious with a view. I loved their restaurants and I loved their bakery items. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming.

Visited Conrad for an office event. The staff was very polite and respectful. Had valet parking and the ambience of the Hotel was admirable. As it's located in a prime location, it was easy to reach.

I like the Hilton group of the hotel, which I always stay in during my business tour. This hotel support staff was very cooperative but not up to the expectations as what I have seen in other Conrad I have stayed in. A lot can be improved from room inspection before allotting to guests until reacting/responding to concerns related to the room.

Fantastic Gym, pool, lobby and room. I’m a big fan of Conrad pune. 1. Rudra, the lobby lady was so careful and thoughtful! Big thumbs. 2. Pool is always awesome with delicacy. 3. Room condition is one of the best in Pune. But I’ll like to mention about some of potential development points. 1. Lobby concierges we’re excellent but dinning room, and other staffs kept talking and talking without perceiving guests. That small points kill the reputation. Even though Conrad has the greater facility that JW Marriott, the staff quality downs the inspiration. Need to do something. 2. Breakfast was getting too simple for foreigners. There dinning hall is 5stars level!! Please fill the hall with greater essentials. 3. Smoking zone in Cavana was not clearly segregated from the normal sunder zone. My children inhaled unwanted smoke from many of those who sat nearby. Need to be considered for the next generation. Good luck to u, one of my favorite nest in Pune, Conrad.

I was there for a corporate event. The conference area was top-notch, and the catering for our corporate gathering was excellent. The hotel's amenities wowed me. Overall, it was a fruitful and fascinating experience !!!

We went to break the Work From Home monotony and it went well!! Staff: Super courteous. They were all very polite. The house keeping staff and the staff at the Coriander restaurant were very active and proactive, they were indeed there to help. Reception and Check In: Decent reception and check-in experience. Polite and courteous experience. Nothing here to get anyone excited. The Hilton app suggests "Complete check-in now and we'll do our best to upgrade when you arrive." but I am not sure if they did do their best to upgrade to the best available room. Rooms: We did get an upgrade but not to the room category that we were expecting. That said the room that we got was also pretty good. The view was extremely good. The room has a mix of fancy and not so fancy features. There is a TV integrated to the Bathroom mirror, across the bath tub, That is so cool! The panel to control the curtains opening and closing is fun. However the TV is old and does not have any SMART features. That is a bummer! The bathroom sliding double doors do not close adequately. Mini bar: Empty, probably due to the current Covid situation In Room Dining : Didn't Try. Lounge: Was under construction, I believe. However we were treated to with Happy Hours - High Tea at The Coriander restaurant. This was very satisfying. Breakfast: Food was delicious!! You could find almost anything that you can think off for breakfast. Nothing served was oily or greasy. Everything was prepared carefully and was an absolute delight to the taste buds.

How to make a great hotel bad, learn from the Conrad management. 11 month back I wrote a positive review of the samenhotel. How could things go so bad in a span of 11 months that I have to delete previous one and write a new review. Stayed over 150 nights across different cities across brands and Conrad Pune has been the most underwhelming experiences of all. The breakfast experience is never proper. Things are delayed or wrong. No proper servers. There is no recognition for the diamond guests. When hotels are going above and beyond for their loyal guests, all conrad can do is bare minimum. Will I stay here again, no if I have other options. Its not that they did everything wrong. They did somethings wrong and nothing special, not worth my time and loyalty !

Today 1st dec 2023 had the worst experience at the most prestigious brand of Hilton Conrad at Pune, we had booked at coriander kitchen for 15 family members, we were given a corner sitting where the AC was in full blast even after continuous requests the blast of Ac was stop for only few mins, and the service was just lousy, we had asked for glasses for beer it never came, the service was so slow that we lost the appetite, didn’t expect such service from a class brand like Hilton , will never revisit the place.

I just did a team dinner and the service was terrible. I could clearly see shortage of staff in the kitchen and on the live counters. Same chef trying to manage 3 counters. Ordered phulka came 15 mins later. Same with dosa etc. Enough wait staff but since food was not ready very little they could do. Variety on starters a bit on the lower side with no potato starter. Taste was ok. Given we do enough corporate parties here, definitely expected a better show. Will reconsider next time before picking this as an automatic choice. Ritz is now a better option with roughly the same price for a buffet and excellent service.

I had a really disappointing experience trying to explore this venue as a potential spot for my wedding. Right from the start, it felt like the staff at reception just didn't want us there. They hesitated, made us wait around for 15 minutes with no real reason, and then basically shrugged us off saying nobody was available to show us around. They took my email but never bothered to get back to me. It felt like they made their mind up about us from the moment we walked in and decided we weren't worth their time. I was seriously considering this place, but it's clear they're not interested in hosting us or even answering basic questions.

I'm very pleased with Conrad Pune, mostly because of people here. All possible assistance was given each time. Rooms are big, clean, high, well-smelling, well-equipped. Window is great, gives good view of the city! And I've tried local SPA, it was also good. Only one thing left - pool was not working because of Covid-19.

I think it is 03 floor high open space with matching aesthetics and soothing lighting giving an overall look of unmatched opulence and ganduer. Professional staff available. With the price you pay, it's better to stay in a Taj hotel. Service at Taj is way better than Conrad's. Many at Conrad are arrogant. I had a bitter experience at the front desk and buffet area (twice).

A fantastic property and a lovely stay with the family while on business. The staff were extremely helpful and great in understanding the needs. The hotel makes one feel welcome every time we stepped in during the 2 weeks stay. Great breakfast and outlets at the property were fantastic with various facilities. Location of the property was great as well. I will surely go back there.

One of the nicer experiences in my travel diaries. Hotel is very clean and service is of good standard. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast where some guests were being pampered with attention while others were left to themselves. The concierge and security guys are really worth mentioning for the help and courtesy. Rooms are good and it's a good experience to get.

Nice property and welcoming people. Food is good with nice options all day.. Couple issues during this stay of 5 days were with the service .. No one cleared the room of in room dining dishes even after requesting for the service 2 nights in a row. Lack of follow through on guest requests was disappointing. Another slight disappointment was that the hotel blocked room charges without notice.. Felt like service depends on the mood of the staff..

Had attended an event in the banquet hall. The hall is pretty huge located in the ground floor and has a seperate entrance. The guest's staying in the hotel enter through a different entrance point. The hall is quite huge and can accommodate over 1000 guests at a time. The interiors are mind-blowing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food served was good. A great experience.

Fantastic rooms and open ambience as well. Poolside has a great vibe. Views from the higher rooms is mesmerizing. Staff is polite and serving well. Reducing 1 star for food service. It was a lot of rush on the weekend and their buffet section and live counters couldn't handle the crowd requirements(yes it was bad enough that I has to mention). Food spread and taste voth were really good though. Summary: food service and staff attentiveness towards dine-in orders has a scope of improvement. Rest is all top notch at Conrad.

Been to Coriander kitchen to celebrate birthday . Ambience and service was excellent. Food was average right from taste to options. Dessert surprisingly there was only pastry and cakes . Appetizers as well not too many options. Most of the food was little bland Salmon was really good

Hospitality is at its peak in this place. Staff is courteous and quite welcoming. Every nook and corner of the hotel is well maintained and neatly kept. There are six in house restaurants and bar which an individual can choose from. Gym, steam, sauna, temperature controlled swimming pool are some of the good features.

This is all about their food. The lunch buffet cost was little bit high of around Rs 2800 but taste was good and we got many varieties for veg and non veg. They also have good variety of dessert, so overall its great place for corporate dine in as they give discount also.

While it's a good place to be, I was there for a corporate event. While their banquet hall is good, their buffet space is not big enough to accommodate many people... Moreover their food arrangement is weird, while at dinner, I was searching for roti, only to find after finishing that it was kept much away from the main course and there were no signs indicating which food area had what . For smaller buffet, the food options are quite good, including the live and dessert counter

This hotel is fantastic. The service, food, and facilities are wonderful. It is very clean and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and safe. I only wish it was closer to the office.

We had our organization annual party at Ballroom. The service we received was terrible, we had to chase the waiter for starters, or else wait for your luck to get starters. Host, and DJ were hardly succeeded to engage people and make them feel something is going on the stage. Everyone was expecting some delicious food but they had to wait even for a single piece of starter. Not sure it's a part of party event planning or Conrad was unable to serve these many people at a time. Again there were no any other events or games or any options available to keep people engaged. Very poor party we observed.
