We have visited this place on 31 Dec . We were 3 families with kids . Just want to appreciate Mr. Kedar and his mother for their hospitality . There rooms are really big and clean with all modern facilities. No pollution and real farm house atmosphere is a big break. Specially appreciate the cook who made some awesome Lunch , Dinner and Snacks for 31 Night Celebrations. Would love to visit again on long weekend.

An amazing experience at Kutir Farms Borle. It was a coincidence when I met Kedar after a long time in his shop. He suggested to checkout Kutir farms for our short summer break. I contemplated the feeling and suddenly I knew we were on our way to the farms. It’s the best impromptu decision we made and it turned out to be the most memorable trip. The farm is beautiful with lots of mango and pineapple trees. It was the first time we saw a pineapple crop…. Kedar’s father MR Vinayak Joshi had been at our service for all the three days. We had the best time as he took us swimming at a nearby river, got us delicious vada pav, gave us a tour of the famous zilla parishad school at Matheran and we also ate the scrumptious karvanda from the Adivasis at Jummapatti. All this experience would have not been possible without MR Joshi. A big thank you to your hospitality. Kedar it’s been a lovely experience and I wish you grow this farm with all your valuable and sustainable ideas for an experience for urban people like us… I would suggest all the youngsters to please go and experience a well deserved break at Kutir Farms Neral.

I wanted a place that is safe for senior citizens and has ample fun things for children. I had been researching many homestays and farmstays when I remembered that my friends Kedar and Binal had mentioned that they had built a few rooms at their farm and were open for business. I spoke to Kedar and I knew this was the place I was looking for. It was my husbands 50th, my 45th and cousin's 31st - all on the same day. I planned a surprise getaway weekend for our cosy close knit family at Kutir Farms. Kedar loves cooking and served us amazingly delicious food. The farm is lovely - many trees, a wood fired oven, lots of outdoor space, a beautiful outdoor seating area, an outdoor badminton court and super hosts Kedar and his family including his Mom and Dad. The family ensured that our platoon was comfortable and took care of so many things with ease...in fact I didn't have to ask... The rooms are spacious, well maintained and designed tastefully. They are all equipped with AC and a TV - which we didn't use as our intention was to stay away from the screen. The weather was pleasant and the nights were cold.

Lovely place near mumbai-thane to spend weekend. About 2 km from Neral railway station. Cool and calm place with lot of trees. Resort is very well managed by Mr. Joshi..& team. Delicious food is served in big size dining terence. Both veg and non veg options are available. Rooms are also clean and tidy. Hot water is available in bathroom. Play area for children and elders can enjoy badminton, carrom.

Great place and highly recommended..went here for a big family get together for my elder brothers 50th birthday. Delicious food...wood fired pizza is probably the best pizza I had in my life...very warm hosts mr Joshi added to the hospitality....clean and big rooms which wil easily accommodate an extra person. Overall a wonderful 2 days spent here with my family

I had been to Kutir Farms on the weekend of 6-7 February, 2021 with my family comprising 2 kids, parents and in-laws. Kids enjoyed a lot, and so did the grandparents. Turned out to be good outing for the elders after many months of forced isolation due to the Covid-19 situation. The owner Kedar Joshi was very much involved and ensured that our stay was comfortable. Had engaging discussions with Kedar on many topics, from business to parenting to home-schooling, etc. Food was awesome and home-cooked. The highlight was their wood-fire pizza. Anyone interested in unconventional or home-like tourist experience, then Kutir Farms is certainly the place to visit. Would love to go there again.
