It is McD lounge and is open to take your orders till 1Am. The sitting area is cool and spacious. You will find it mostly empty yet operational after 11pm. College students visit this outlet often. The food is good and the staff is very helpful and good hospitality. The only sad part during my visit there was that there was nothing available from the food menu only beverages and shakes were available. Luckily I was able to get fried and nothing else to eat.

Taste-good taste I will give them 4 stars. They have their own taste flavors. Quantity -Quantity is also good. Quality-quality is wirth to spend. Ambience- Its located on JM road which very crowded road hence the this outlet also crowded. Specially on weekends college crowd is more. Overall the ambience is good. They arranged chairs very well so that we can see the street view also. Service- good Service. No wait time for food. You can visit there with anyone.

It's another McD outlet. The staff is good. The ambiance is nice. You can relax and have food. Not so crowded in the afternoons. You can use McD app and redeem offers. The service was fast. They can improve burgers by adding more veggies/ salad/ sauces

I recently visited this McDonald’s and happened to order the Mc chicken meal. The Mc chicken meal had no veggies inside it…no lettuce or anything. The fries were made out of rotten potatoes!! When informed to the staff they said its just extra starch and tried to destroy the bad fries and threw them, but fortunately I clicked these pictures!!……Worse experience ever!!!

I have been going here for 10 or more years and the ambiance is excellent. They have seating on the lower floor and also upstairs. The seating is a bit congested compared to the one on Baner Road but it is excellent. The burgers are good to go. Fries are good. Coke is like coke nothing different. Drinks are good. But when asked not to put ice in it they refused to do so even though I didn't wanted ice in my drink. They don't listen to customers from whom they are charging for the dishes/drinks. Even after paying you don't get what exactly you want. So everything is fine busy because of this behaviour now I won't be visiting Mac'Donalds ever again anywhere. Thanks for the bad service.

Counter service was poor. Sitting arrangements need to be revised. AC wasn't working. Ambiance is good. Working personals are humble and hard working. Food quality is good and was served quickly ☺️

Always crowded 😂 so have to wait in queue for order food & even to receive order. But as the other McDonald's they have good staff & help you with your order. Only thing is no proper air-conditioning, we actually feel good when we left the McD, it's so hot 😰 🔥 inside as hell don't know if the issue is that day only or what but really if it's the daily situation then 👎 Overall okay okay experience 😊

My recent visit to McDonald's made me reflect on the idea that the experience is more about the place and the people than just the things we have. Personally, I'm not particularly fond of frequenting fast-food establishments, but the positive vibes from the inviting environment and the company made the visit worthwhile. However, it's worth noting that for an average person, the cost might be considered on the higher side. Despite the expense, the overall ambiance and the time spent with good company created a positive impression during my visit.

Best in the city, the location of this food outlet is perfect, also the best part is the window seating on 1st floor it is what i prefer to have my meal on. I usually have a Chicken Burger meal ! 10/10 if you're grabbing an evening snack or also if you've a short lunch break 💯

It is a great place to go and eat i did not like the cold coffee it is mainly famous for burger and fries. I guess you shall stick to that. The sitting area is good. An intresting thing was we were asked for takeaway as it was late at night but we had to go upstairs for getting our drink and later because they gave us a glassware we had to sit there and drink coffee , i dont have an idea why it is so confusing.

I paid for soft serve choco dip ,they gave such petty amount , i asked for another one they gave another supersmall choco dip soft serve. Check the photo. V bad service and staff is not polite and not efficient.

Very good place. Paid car parking is just beside it. In this McD outlet, you will get coffee, cookies and few more bekary items. You can try icecream as well. Enjoy.

This particular outlet of McDonald's is the first one in Pune and is associated with alot of nostalgia round the years for me, teams have changed...themes have changed... but the view from the mezzanine floor still takes me down the memory lane every time I visit... One place to enjoy typical McDonald's burger meals.

As an ex modern college student, this was our goto place for small aalo tikki parties as it was pretty good deal. I still visit it for nostalgia and try something new on the menu whenever I am in the area. Staff is friendly and food is just like any other McDonald's but it can get crowded at specific time of day/weekend.

Nice place in the heart of the city (Deccan Area). Though it was Sunday eve time, the store guys did a great job ensuring Ordering and delivery process is smooth and food was ready in 10 minutes! There is a small area for Birthday Parties, if anyone wants to arrange.

No compromise with the quality. Great place for having light meals.

As it's MacDonald It's just like same which you all known. Now days MacDonald stated with cafeteria were you can enjoy cofee few drinks likes icetea, coke with ice. Recently MacDonald updated with new variety of burger 🍔. In which you will get really spicy burger name of then as below Mac spicy panner burger for vegetarians and Mac spicy fried chicken burger for non vegetarian.

The place is and has been good, the service is good, nice and fast, good taste. But what I've noticed is that the prices have escalated drastically decreasing the overall value and experience.

Does McDonald's even need a review? 😬 No it doesn't. Every visit proves why it's an outlier when it comes to quick-dine options. Yet this review is about its underrated menu item of ice-cream. I'm particularly fond of their Vanilla softy in waffle cone. No other ice-cream parlour comes close in terms of quality, taste & value for money.

Well I was traveling with my newborn and the staff was courteous enough to accommodate our request for a private place as he needed to be fed. The food served was hot and fresh. Loved cheese corn nuggets and cold coffee.

Well I wanted to have a quick bite with my kiddo. I would like to appreciate the staff at counter and also the person who handled the service. Please give a kuddos. For the latter coffee I was told to go upstairs. I was not in a position to climb the stairs as I was waiting for someone and watching outside the store. My kiddo had to bring it which makes the folks to climb stairs at night hours. Regards

They’re quick and efficient and have quite an interesting new cheesy menu. It’s a take away downstairs and upstairs, there is seating. Surprisingly the coffee is really good and the cafe has a coffee and muffin counter on the first floor as well, so you don’t need to go downstairs to do any extra billing. The staff was helpful.

Came for lunch with my sister. We loved our burger which were amazing with lots of flavour, very impressive for a vegetarian restaurant. But the service was below average and the chips were too terrible to finish. When we arrived at 1.40, we had to wait 20 minutes while they got our table ready. OK, so we didn't have a reservation, but the restaurant was only half full. There was no reason to make us wait at all. We ordered the chips as a side dish and they looked delicious. But, when we tasted them, they were overcooked and swimming in oil so we left most of them. We expected a lot more for $10! When the waiter asked if everything was ok, we said we really didn't like the chips and he said 'That's funny, I love them' and that was it. He didn't offer us anything else or take them off our bill. Also, when we didn't leave a tip, he looked annoyed. I was really excited about visiting mc Donald's, and the mains were just fantastic, but the rest of the experience was really disappointing

The ambience, the service and the location is all great ! It's just that the burgers & fries no longer fit my definition of even a snack, forget a meal. But it's a good meeting point; you can treat it as more of a cafe than a restaurant. Special mention for the staff at the store; they are the key differentiator. You always feel welcome to step in and hang around for as long as you like ☺️
