Good quality products but very expensive!

Terrible Customer Service!!! I was in the store about 10 minutes and NOBODY even ask me what do I need... Really BAD customer service... I'm a Montblanc Customer since 11 years ago and this is the first time that I had been ignore this way... Please don't waste your time visiting this store, Montblanc Brand name fits bigger than this poor customer oriented people...

You can call this a 5 star mall in Lower Parel, Mumbai. You have exclusive Indian brands and high end foreign brands here. You have Menswear, womenswear, children wear, cosmetic, watches, accessories, Jewellery, etc. A food mall has huge variety of food items, imported fruits, packaged food, etc. It has restaurants of various cuisine and bars.

Mr. Ibrahim Lakdawala did an amazing job towards arranging a particular Mont Blanc pen for my father as a Fathers Day gift. He not only suggested me various other models but also followed up daily and managed two different time zones to communicate with me. The model I liked and wanted wasn’t available in the Palladium Btq so he arranged it from Delhi which I really appreciate and I am grateful for. He is Diligent at his work and maintained great customer relationship skills by delivering the gift to my house before Fathers Day even when there were flight delays and cancellations from Delhi to Mumbai due to Covid. He also did an awesome job with adding a personalized note and arranged everything for me within a week and before time inspite so many different variables and circumstances. Great experience being his client. :)

This is the luxurious side of high street phoenix mall. Lots of foreign brands and very high priced brands , for example- Forest Essentials where one moisturizer costs Rs. 3000! Beautiful architecture though and sometimes they have nice sale options such as (Rs. 2000 worth merchandise free on buying Rs. 7000) so then it can be checked out.

One of the better malls of Mumbai. Great brands and great crowds. Nice place to hangout as well. Don't miss the stand-up comedy club inside.

This is one of the best mall's in Mumbai, where only high end clothing, jewelry and cosmetics are being sold. If you wanna buy something from this elite part make sure that you have at least 10k in your wallet. Haha that's not a problem since they are happy to swipe your CC/DC. This is where I saw an expensive pen @~23k for the first time in live. So this is the place where you can search for and reach your maximum expenditure limits in case if you've a great fortune to distribute. The next thing here we need to talk about is Chroma elections store where you can see and personally get hands on with most of the electronic gadgets which hits the market recently. So at last my suggestion even if you are not interested in buying anything just visit it once.

The service was very smooth and convenient

Consists of mostly all high-end luxury brands. Beautifully designed, this mall has night club like Palladium Social and has the very famous Canvas Comedy club. Traffic congestion to be expected on weekends.
