I
would
like
to
give
zero
stars
to
this
facility.
I
experienced
severe
chest
pain
and
decided
to
visit
this
hospital.
The
initial
EKG
showed
no
abnormalities,
and
the
X-ray
results
were
still
pending.
However,
the
doctor
Shashi
Singh
swiftly
diagnosed
it
as
a
viral
infection
and
prescribed
medication,
without
following
up
on
the
X-ray
results.
It
was
only
days
later
that
it
came
to
light
that
my
right
lung
had
collapsed
by
60%
due
to
a
spontaneous
pneumothorax,
a
life-threatening
condition.
I
had
to
undergo
lung
surgery,
with
my
lung
having
collapsed
completely
by
that
point.
This
incident
clearly
represents
a
case
of
negligence,
as
it
seems
the
doctor
or
staff
failed
to
properly
review
the
X-ray
results,
putting
my
life
at
risk.
Another
doctor
who
reviewed
the
X-ray
from
this
hospital
confirmed
the
negligence
on
their
part.

In
response
to
the
hospital's
communication,
it
seems
that
I'm
being
asked
to
take
responsibility
for
following
up
on
my
X-ray
results.
This
seems
unreasonable,
as
typically
it
should
be
the
doctor's
responsibility
to
review
X-ray
results
and
inform
the
patient,
especially
considering
my
symptoms
of
sharp
chest
pain,
shortness
of
breath,
and
chest
pressure,
which
led
to
a
diagnosis
of
a
viral
infection.
Do
these
conclusions
align
with
my
symptoms?
Additionally,
any
competent
doctor
should
be
able
to
detect
lung
issues,
including
collapse,
with
a
stethoscope.
We
requested
the
X-ray
results,
and
it's
concerning
that
the
diagnosis
states
everything
is
normal
when
multiple
other
doctors
who
reviewed
the
same
X-ray
indicated
that
my
lung
was
collapsed.
This
suggests
a
lack
of
thoroughness
in
examining
the
X-ray
results
by
both
the
doctor
and
hospital
staff.
This
is
a
serious
matter,
and
it's
crucial
not
to
jeopardize
someone's
life.
